疲劳开裂结构等效分析谱构造方法   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了解决外场疲劳裂纹排故中结构疲劳载荷谱数据不全或过于复杂的问题,提出了一种适用于飞机外场疲劳开裂结构的等效分析谱构造方法。该方法以细节疲劳额定值(DFR)法和结构细节有限元分析为基础,构建地—空—地最大应力与结构疲劳寿命的变化曲线,进而通过寿命反推,获取适用的地—空—地损伤比,以此构建等效分析谱,谱型为等幅谱。通过应用实例,将该方法构造的载荷谱与实测谱进行了对比,确认了该方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

提高总增压比是下一代民用发动机的重要发展趋势之一,有必要对于这一特征的涡扇发动机进行循环参数的研究。利用已有基于Gasturb平台开发的0维变比热部件级性能计算模型,在发动机安装尺寸给定的前提下,总增压比由40提高至60,分析比较不同构型的直驱风扇方案与齿轮传动方案对部件效率,冷却水平对循环参数优选过程的影响。结果表明:为实现更低耗油率,采用更高设计循环增压比,需要部件效率平均提高1%,冷却水平提高20%,此时性能均优于现有的大涵道比涡扇发动机GTF-11。因此,若技术水平未能达到预期目标,则需匹配合适的增压比才能达到更低的耗油率。  相似文献

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy (Al-Li alloy) Al-Li-S-4 was investigated by test in this paper. Alloy plate of 400 mm · 140 mm · 6 mm with single edge notch was made into samples bonded with Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Ti alloy) strap by FM 94 film adhesive after the surface was treated. Fatigue crack growth of samples was investigated under cyclic loading with stress ratio (R) of 0.1 and load amplitude constant. The results show that Al-Li alloy plate bonded with Ti alloy strap could retard fatigue crack propagation. Retardation effect is related with width and thickness of strap. Flaws have an observable effect on crack propagation direction.  相似文献

介绍了中国航空工业空气动力研究院基于分层策略遗传算法的多段翼型优化设计工具和高升力构型计算评估方法,参照国内外大展弦比运输机指标为FL-9增压风洞设计了高升力构型标模,为检验标模气动性能,在法国ONERA F1风洞进行了一系列风洞试验和采用UNSMB平台进行了数值模拟。结果显示计算结果与试验结果有着较好的一致性,设计方案具有较好的增升效果。  相似文献

In view of potential application as a construction material on the lunar surface the mechanical integrity of sulfur concrete was evaluated after being subjected to simulated temperature cycles. Here, small cubes of sulfur concrete were repeatedly cycled between room (20 °C) and liquid nitrogen (−191 °C) temperatures after which they, and non-cycled cubes, were evaluated by compression testing. The compression strength of the non-cycled samples averaged ∼35 MPa (5076 psi) before failing whereas the cycled samples fractured at about 7 MPa (1015 psi). Microscopic examination of the fracture surfaces from the cycled samples showed clear de-bonding of the sulfur from the aggregate whereas it was seen adhering in those non-cycled. Based on a simple analysis it was concluded that the large strength discrepancy between cycled and non-cycled samples is due to differences between the coefficients of thermal expansion of the materials constituting the concrete.  相似文献

Control Moment Gyroscope (CMG) is an effective candidate for agile satellites and large spacecraft attitude control because of its powerful torque amplification capability. The most serious situation, however, in using CMG is the inherent geometric singularity problem, where there’s no torque output along a particular direction. Space expansion method has been proposed in this work for the singularity analysis. Based on inverse mapping transformation, an expanded Jacobian matrix which is a full rank square matrix is obtained. The singular angle sets of the 3-parallel cluster and pyramid cluster are distinguished using space expansion method. An effective hybrid steering strategy, able to deal with the elliptic singularity, is further proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the excellent performance of the proposed steering logic compared to the generalized singular robust logic and pseudo inverse logic in terms of energy consumption and torque error.  相似文献

Leakage performance of floating ring seal in cold/hot state for aero-engine   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Rotating experimental investigations were carried out to study the oil sealing capability of two different floating ring seals in cold/hot state for aero-engine. High-speed Floating Ring Seal(HFRS) is a seal with the inner diameter of 83.72 mm and maximum speed of 38000 r/min, and Low-speed Floating Ring Seal(LFRS) is another seal with the inner diameter of 40.01 mm and maximum speed of 18000 r/min. In hot state, sealing air with the temperature of 371 K and oil with the temperature of 343 K was employed to model the working conditions of an aero-engine. Comparisons between floating ring seal and labyrinth seal were done to inspect the leakage performance.More attention was paid to the critical pressure ratio where the oil leakage began. Results show that the critical pressure ratio in cold state is obviously larger than that in hot state for both seals. An underlying sealing mechanism for floating ring seal is clarified by the fluid film, which closely associates with the dimensionless parameter of clearance over rotating diameter(2 c/Dr). Another fantastic phenomenon is that the leakage coefficient in hot state, not the leakage magnitude, is unexpectedly larger than that in cold state. Overall, the leakage performance of the floating ring seal is better than the labyrinth seal.  相似文献

为了满足大推力上面级发动机大面积比喷管的设计需求,采用了排放冷却前段和单壁辐射冷却尾段的分段式设计方案。在排放冷却前段传热计算的基础上,通过对内流场进行数值模拟,重点研究了单壁尾段在引入上游排放冷却气氢情况下的冷却特性和喷管效率。结果表明:对于大面积比喷管,采用带二次流的单壁金属喷管延伸段是现实可行的,有望达到较好的冷却保护效果并提高喷管效率。  相似文献
