飞机下滑波束导引系统设计及仿真

下滑波束导引系统是飞机在自动着陆时所采用的一种重要无线电波束导引系统。首先,简要阐述了下滑波束导引系统的基本工作原理;然后,对导引系统的运动学环节及下滑耦合器进行分析,对飞机下滑波束导引系统结构进行设计;最后,在MATLAB平台下,对所设计的下滑波束导引系统进行大量仿真研究。仿真结果显示。所设计的下滑波束导引系统结构是合理的,其控制系统是稳定的,且其稳态性能也得到改善。     

Antenna pattern control of planar arrays for long distance communications

As an alternative to standard antennas and due to the advent of low-cost digital processors and materials, adaptive antenna arrays are increasingly considered for applications in long distance communications. The pattern beam control potentialities provide the performance improvement of the communication systems. In this context, this work presents a technique that permits to synthesize the antenna pattern of a planar array. Considering that the relationship between the array factor and the array excitations for the far field region is a Fourier transform in the appropriate variables, the non-uniform sampling procedure is extended for planar arrays. These arrays permit a further control of the antenna pattern since two dimensions of space are used. The technique considers a number of array factor points equal to the array size, which is used to impose appropriated values in the antenna pattern. The produced array factor passes through those points with the desired values, which allows the synthesis of antenna patterns with appropriated characteristics. The theory is presented in order to develop the necessary direct expressions to calculate the array excitation. The array factor can be obtained using the inverse Fourier transform. As application examples, with this technique it is possible to define the level of each sidelobe of the antenna pattern, to control the main beam and to impose nulls in prescribed directions of the pattern.     

模具约束条件对H96黄铜双脊矩形管E弯截面变形的影响

 双脊矩形管的绕弯成形受内外侧模具的共同约束,不同模具约束下管坯的受力不同,使得其截面变形情况也不相同,而截面变形严重地影响弯管件的成形质量和使用性能。因此,基于ABAQUS有限元平台建立了双脊矩形管E弯成形三维有限元模型,并通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。采用所建模型,研究了内外侧模具约束条件对双脊矩形管E弯截面变形的影响规律,发现当只有内腹板脊槽受约束时,内腹板脊槽的内缩变形可得到较好的控制,而其他部位的变形则有增大的趋势;当只有外腹板脊槽受约束时,内腹板脊槽宽度变形基本不发生变化,而其他部位的变形则有减小的趋势;当内外腹板脊槽均受约束时,可较好地控制双脊矩形管E弯过程中的截面变形。芯头个数对整管截面高度、宽度、外腹板脊槽宽度与两脊槽底部的间距的变形影响较大,但对内腹板脊槽宽度的变形影响不显著。     

NH－93型有机氟涂料的研究

采用国产含氟乳液为基料，研究了辅料的种类和用量，涂料的组成及工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响，提出了能获得良好涂膜的ＮＨ－９３型氟涂料的配方和成膜条件。     

Experimental and numerical investigation on surface quality for two-point incremental sheet forming with interpolator

The unsatisfied surface quality seriously impedes the wide application of incremental sheet forming (ISF) in industrial field. As a novel approach, the interpolator method is a promising strategy to enhance the surface quality in ISF. However, the mechanism for the improvement of surface quality and the influence of interpolator properties on surface roughness are not well understood. In this paper, the influences of process variables (i.e. tool diameter, step size and thickness of interpolators) on the forming process (e.g. surface roughness, forming force and geometric error) are investigated through a systematic experimental approach of central composite design (CCD) in two-point incremental sheet forming (TPIF). It is obtained that the increase in thickness of interpolators decreases the surface roughness in direction vertical to the tool path while increases the surface roughness in direction horizontal to the tool path. Nevertheless, the combined influence between thickness of interpolators and process parameters (tool diameter and step size) is limited. Meanwhile, the placement of interpolator has little influence on the effective forming force of blank. In addition, the geometric error enlarges with the increase of step size and thickness of interpolator while decreases firstly and then increase with an increase in tool diameter. Finally, the influencing mechanism of the interpolator method on surface quality can be attributed to the decrease of the contact pressure due to the increase of contact area with the unchanged contact force. Meanwhile, the interpolator method eliminates the sliding friction on the surface of blank due to the stable relative position between the blank and the interpolator.     

自适应复合材料薄壁梁形状控制

针对翼面和桨叶等升力面结构,以单闭室薄壁梁为典型结构模型,讨论自适应复合材料薄壁梁的弯曲和扭转,探讨控制结构形状的途径     

复合材料层合梁分层问题中应力强度因子与守恒积分的解析变分解法

利用虚功原理导出了涉及两种不同介质的守恒积分表达式以及守恒积分J_Ⅰ与应力强度因子K_Ⅱ的关系式。对于对称正交铺层复合材料层合梁的分层问题,在利用分区广义变分原理确定了应力强度因子K_Ⅱ以及应力与位移本征展开式中的所有待定系数的基础上,进一步求出守恒积分值。最后,作为验证,由J_Ⅰ求出K_Ⅱ,并与由解析变分方法求出的K_Ⅱ相比较。计算表明,本方法前期准备工作少,计算节省机时,结果收敛迅速;沿不同积分路径求出的守恒积分保持恒定,并且用两种方法求出的K_Ⅱ具有很好的一致性。     

300M钢制内螺纹冷挤压研究

研究300M超高强度钢内螺纹的冷挤压成形以及工件预制底孔直径、冷却润滑液等因素对其内螺纹挤压成形的影响;对挤压螺纹轴截面上的显微硬度进行了测试,并对显微硬度的特征进行了详细分析,与45钢进行对比以此来表征挤压强化效果。
