Influence mechanism of machining angles on force induced error and their selection in five axis bullnose end milling

随机扰动下的航天器姿轨保持自抗扰控制

空间飞行器在轨运行过程中除受空间摄动外，还因飞行器任务需要产生随机扰动力和扰动力矩。针对空间飞行器受随机扰动产生的耦合运动控制问题，提出了利用自抗扰方法进行轨道保持和姿态稳定的控制方法。通过引入二阶线性扩展状态观测器，对系统总扰动和状态进行观测。结合PD控制方法结合总扰动前馈补偿，克服空间主要摄动及飞行器本身产生的随机扰动，实现轨道保持和姿态稳定。仿真试验结果表明:该方法可以有效克服总扰动的影响，实现姿轨协同控制。     

轴压载荷下薄壁整体壁板强度设计

在最佳设计面积比的情况下,整体壁板的设计可以得到较高的结构承载能力,但是对于整体壁板,蒙皮与筋条分离面的确定给实际设计工作造成很大障碍。本文针对这一问题开展了相关的研究工作,对蒙皮厚度在2.5mm～3.5mm范围内的“T”形整体壁板,在截面面积相同的条件下给定分离面位置,以最大失稳载荷为设计目标,得到蒙皮与筋条的最佳设计面积比。以此面积比设计的厚蒙皮“T”形整体壁板其承受轴压载荷的能力最强。
