关于加大产业结构调整力度的思考

本文从我国产业结构调整的现状及存在的问题出发，针对一般加工产业生产能力过大，高水平的加工能力不足这一突出问题进行了原因分析，在此基础上，就我国加速优化产业结构的客观基础和可能，提出了关于加大产业结构调整力度的七点思考建议。     

Space traffic control: a view of the future

This paper provides an overview of a system for providing reliable, ongoing, timely situational awareness services to satellite operators. Such services would include close approach warnings, warnings of potential radio frequency interference, and other offerings designed to help make operators aware of possible threats to the safe operation of their spacecraft and measures they can take to lessen these threats. The paper discusses current trends, proposes operational requirements, and speculates on the type of organization that may emerge to provide space traffic control services. It highlights how the detailed information required for such services may affect the evolution of the use of space.     

捷联导引头制导系统导引律及自适应滤波方案设计

本文推导了捷联导引头制导系统五维动态方程和二维测量方程。在设计导引律时，采用了“瞬态导引法”。同时，提出了有限记忆自适应卡尔曼滤波的算法，并将该算法用于制导系统的滤波方案设计。通过蒙特卡罗实验，验证了本文所提出的制导方案是可行的     

智能控制大功率氨压机制冷系统

本文将模糊控制、神经元控制等智能控制技术成功地应用于大型活塞式氨压机制冷系统，实现了恒转矩负载的变频调速节能。实际运行结果证明，该智能控制的大功率氨压机制冷系统工作稳定、控制精度高、节能效果显著，具有很好的经济效益及推广应用价值。     

飞机最快上升转弯轨迹的计算

70年代初,Miele A等人提出SGRA方法用于优化飞行轨迹计算。但方法存在时间加权系数难于确定、长时间的飞行轨迹计算积分精度不易控制及要计算数字微分等不足。对此提出一改进梯度方法,并计算了某型战斗机从亚音速三维转弯升高到超音速的最短时间飞行轨迹。结果表明,本方法稳定有效,为解决飞机最快机动轨迹的优,乜提供了一种行之有效的手段。

Spacecraft optimal rendezvous controller design using simulated annealing

A new global approach for rendezvous Linear Quadratic controller design is presented in this paper. Instead of solving the algebraic Riccati equation, a continuous simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is used to design rendezvous LQ controller. Optimization of one automatic rendezvous controller with 18 design parameters is illustrated. The results show that the SA algorithm can locate the global solution effectively and robust, besides a great number of global solutions have been obtained by the SA. The SA has demonstrated better performance than other optimization algorithms such as floating-coded Genetic Algorithm, Simplex method and Powell algorithm.     

三维可压缩混合层中扰动演化的研究

为了利用被动控制增强可压缩混合层中混合效率,本文用数值模拟的方法研究了三维可压缩混合层中扰动向下游的演化.通过在入口处引入不同的不稳定T-S波,给出了扰动随空间的演化过程,及马赫数对扰动演化的影响.计算结果表明在马赫数较小时,扰动波增长很快,当马赫数增大时,扰动所形成的流向涡的强度会减弱.这一结论与流动稳定性分析结果是一致的.
