对超声速湍流导管烧蚀流场进行理论计算,选取了初始面积比为2.0和3.0的超声速导管,得到了在绝热指数为1.1、1.2和1.3三个典型状态下总焓、马赫数、导管内压力、静焓及恢复焓随导管截面积加大的计算结果。研究表明:试验过程中总焓不变,但由于试验材料烧蚀导致导管的截面积加大将引起其余流场参数的变化,马赫数随导管的截面积加大而加大,其余参数随导管的截面积加大而降低,在导管截面积增大20%时,马赫数增幅在9%以内,导管内压力降幅在20%以上,静焓降幅在8%以内,恢复焓降幅在1%以内,绝热指数的上升将引起导管参数增幅或降幅加大,初始面积比加大,将引起导管参数增幅或降幅减小。  相似文献

The flexible attachments of spacecraft may undergo Thermally Induced Vibration (TIV) on orbit due to the suddenly changed solar heating. The unstable TIV, called thermal-flutter, can cause serious damage to the spacecraft. In this paper, the coupled bending-torsion thermal vibration equations for an open thin-walled circular cantilever beam are established. By analyzing the stability of these equations based on the first Lyapunov method, the thermal-flutter criterion can be obtained. The criterion is very different form that of closed thin-walled beams because the torsion has great impact on the stability of the TIV for open thin-walled beams. Several numerical simulations are conducted to demonstrate that the theoretical predictions agree very well with the finite element results, which mean that the criterion are reliable.  相似文献

为改善现有子空间跟踪方法的运算量大或鲁棒性/稳定性差等缺点,基于原数据映射方法(DPM),采用新的正交归一化,提出了一种快速稳健的修正DPM(MDPM)算法。通过改变符号选择跟踪信号子空间或噪声子空间,同时提供了子空间基的正交矢量,运行时无累积性误差。研究和仿真结果表明:与传统子空间跟踪算法相比,MDPM算法的鲁棒性/稳定性好、收敛速度快、运算量小。  相似文献

The influence of Axial-Slot Casing Treatment (ASCT) on the performance and stability enhancement mechanisms of ASCT were experimentally and numerically investigated in a high-speed mixed-flow compressor under three different tip clearances. Unsteady simulations showed the compressor stalled through end-wall stall route, i.e. the spike stall inception originating from rotor tip region, which was validated by dynamical measurements. When the ASCT was applied, greater than 20% of Stall Margin Improvement (SMI) could be achieved for the compressor under each tip clearance size. The streamwise velocity contours and flow structures in the tip region and axial slots were deeply analyzed to explore how the so called “suction and injection effects” generated by the ASCT manipulate tip clearance flow and enhance the stability of compressor under different tip clearances. It was found that the dominant stability enhancement mechanisms of ASCT varies with tip clearance size for the mixed-flow compressor. (A) For the small tip clearance, the dominant mechanism of stability enhancement is the blockage reduction generated in the blade passage by the suction effect of ASCT. (B) For the large tip clearance, the injection effect of the ASCT is the dominant mechanism of stability enhancement with ASCT, which plays the leading role in delaying the spillage of incoming/tip leakage flow interface at the rotor Leading Edge (LE) plane.  相似文献

Enhancing damping characteristic is one of the effective methods to solve the instability problem of the rotor system. The three-dimensional numerical analysis model of scallop damper seal was established, and the effects of inlet pressures, preswirl ratios, rotational speeds, interlaced angles and seal cavity depths on the rotordynamic characteristics of scallop damper seal were studied based on dynamic mesh method and multi-frequencies elliptic whirling model. Results show that the direct stiffness of the scallop damper seal increases with decreasing inlet pressure and increasing rotational speed and cavity depth. When the seal cavity is interlaced by a certain angle, which shows positive direct stiffness. The effective damping of the scallop damper seal increases with the increasing inlet pressure, the decreasing preswirl ratio and the rotational speed and cavity depth. There exists an optimal interlaced angle to maximize the effective damping and the system stability. The leakage of the scallop damper seal is significantly reduced with decreasing inlet pressure. The preswirl will reduce the leakage flowrate, and the rotational speed has a slight effect on the leakage performance. The leakage of the scallop damper seal decreases with increasing seal cavity depth.  相似文献

针对金属腹板在不同开孔直径下的剪切稳定性,采用有限元弹性屈曲分析方法进行研究。并为补偿开孔后稳定性的损失,探讨了常用的加强环、法兰的加强方式在不同开孔尺寸下的加强效果。结果表明:金属腹板的稳定性随开孔直径的增加呈下降趋势,增加法兰翻边高度和厚度提高腹板稳定性的效果明显,当翻边高16 mm,法兰厚度1.5 mm时补强效果最好。这是由于增加法兰翻边高度和厚度相当于提高了开孔周边的刚度,而刚度对腹板稳定性有显著的影响。  相似文献
