平台防飞软件的设计依据

本文叙述了在导弹控制系统试验中因平台倒台而造成飞转的基本原理，为了控制国平台飞转而造成的故障损失，提出建立平台防飞软件的设计依据。     

非圆截面弹体法向气动力估算方法研究

从位势理论出发 ,引进小扰动细长体理论中的部分思想 ,建立了任意截面弹体法向气动力的理论基础 ,推导出工程估算方法。该方法通过求解仅与截面形状有关系数 ,对已有的圆截面弹体气动力进行修正 ,很方便得到任意非圆截面弹体气动力特性。该方法预测结果与实验数据进行比较 ,具有较好精度     

根据"大震不倒"要求反演优化设计工程结构

工程结构系统在地震作用下的设计要求是“小震不坏,大震不倒”,现行的概念设计加抗震验算设计方法给出的只能是一个可用解,而不是满足“大震不倒”要求的最优解。本文结合钢筋混凝土框架结构,讨论了根据工程结构“大震不倒”的要求反演优化设计工程结构的有关参数(如钢筋混凝土框架的配筋率、混凝土标号、截面尺寸等)的概念、方法并给出了算例,说明这种不同于传统结构设计的新的设计理念是可行的,有关方法是有效的。     

公费医疗经费管理及信息分析系统

公费医疗经费管理及信息分析系统是应廊坊市卫生局的要求开发的。本系统以FOXPRO作开发平台，实现了用户提出的基本数据录入及修改、医疗经费核销与拨付、数据自动追加与核减、自动计算平均值及合计值、自动提供分析结果、浏览查询显示分析数据、打印分析总表及简化简化分析表、数据备份及恢复等功能。     

The Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) Systems Engineering Effort – A successful exercise in cheaper,faster and (hopefully) better systems engineering

The Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) is the latest Space Robot developed by the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and McDonald Detwiller Space and Advanced Robotics (MD Robotics, previously Spar Aerospace) for the International Space Station (ISS). The SPDM has presented its designers with a number of new challenges in performing the Systems Engineering effort required for a complex robotic system:(1) The SPDM initial design was started and attained various levels of maturity for various components under the Space Station Freedom environment, then the Program was stopped and finally restarted under the harsher environment in which the International Space Station is being built.(2) The SPDM is the first space robot to utilize previously developed and space certified robotic components, as well as components with high-commonality to the previously developed ones (electronics, S/W).(3) New requirements levied by the Customer during the negotiations leading to the Program re-start necessitated significant architectural changes versus the SPDM configuration `frozen' when the Program was shut down.(4) The SPDM is the first robotic system of this complexity that is being built under a Firm Fixed Price contract, with the commonality assumptions as one of the cost drivers.This combination of components of various pedigree, coupled with the constraints imposed by an FFP contract have been addressed by the designers through the definition of a novel approach to integrated Systems and Design Engineering.

针对航天建设工程的特点,运用模糊优选理论进行工程评标,量化了评标中的主观因素,使评标结果更趋合理;运用严格的配套措施和相关指标的经济折算的方法使合理最低价评标更优,最后结合航天建设工程的特点采取相关措施规避招标风险。     

人—机—环境系统设计中人的性能研究

为了提高人－机－环境系统的性能特性，目前发展了以人为核心的人－机－环境系统设计思想，本文结合该设计思想，进一步分析了人－机－环境系统中人的性能研究的主要方面，提出了多因素耦合作用下人机特性模型将成为今后的主要研究方向。     

通过多种措施预防737NG飞机引气故障

波音737NG飞机由于引气系统故障高发,可靠性较低,故障率和延误率较高。本文根据引气系统故障的特点和发生原因,采取培训、加强监控、工程技术改进等多项措施,有效控N7引气系统故障高发的情况。这些经验和方法在其他故障较多的系统中有较好的推广价值。     

Low-cost precise measurement of oscillator frequency instability based on GNSS carrier observation

Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) receivers can be used in time and frequency metrology by exploiting stable GNSS time scales. This paper proposes a low-cost method for precise measurement of oscillator frequency instability using a single-frequency software GNSS receiver. The only required hardware is a common radio frequency (RF) data collection device driven by the oscillator under test (OUT). The receiver solves the oscillator frequency error in high time resolution using the carrier Doppler observation and the broadcast ephemeris from one of the available satellites employing the onboard reference atomic frequency standard that is more stable than the OUT. Considering the non-stable and non-Gaussian properties of the frequency error measurement, an unbiased finite impulse response (FIR) filter is employed to obtain robust estimation and filter out measurement noise. The effects of different filter orders and convolution lengths are further discussed. The frequency error of an oven controlled oscillator (OCXO) is measured using live Beidou-2/Compass signals. The results are compared with the synchronous measurement using a specialized phase comparator with the standard coordinated universal time (UTC) signal from the master clock H226 in the national time service center (NTSC) of China as its reference. The Allan deviation (ADEV) estimates using the two methods have a 99.9% correlation coefficient and a 0.6% mean relative difference over 1–1000 s intervals. The experiment demonstrates the effectiveness and high precision of the software receiver method.     

考虑人及组织因素的航天工程项目风险分析模型

针对人及组织因素是造成航天工程项目风险的重要原因,在揭示了人及组织因素产生航天工程项目风险的机理基础上,构建了考虑人及组织因素的航天工程项目风险分析模型。模型首先评价人及组织因素对航天工程元器件建造工作质量的影响,接着测度工作质量与不同缺陷类型之间的一致性概率,并应用Poisson分布计算缺陷严重性,最后根据贝叶斯定理对元器件先验失效率进行修正,通过一个经过数据处理的航天工程项目对所构建的模型和方法进行了验证。
