Real time localization of gamma ray bursts with INTEGRAL

The INTEGRAL satellite has been successfully launched in October 2002 and has recently started its operational phase. The INTEGRAL burst alert system (IBAS) will distribute in real time the coordinates of the gamma ray bursts (GRBs) detected with INTEGRAL. After a brief introduction on the INTEGRAL instruments, we describe the main IBAS characteristics and report on the initial results. During the initial performance and verification phase of the INTEGRAL mission, which lasted about two months, two GRBs have been localized with accuracy of 2–4 arcmin. These observations have allowed us to validate the IBAS software, which is now expected to provide quick (few seconds delay) and precise (few arcmin) localization for 10–15 GRBs per year.     

基于实数编码的改进遗传算法研究

针对遗传算法运算速度低、容易陷入局部最优值、早熟收敛等缺点,提出了基于实数编码的遗传算法的改进算法,对基于实数编码的遗传算法的选择、交叉、变异算子以及操作方法进行了改进,采用最佳保留选择策略、多算子交叉和变异,并且采用自适应变焦变异,改进后的交叉与变异操作,使算法始终保持了种群的多样性,同时也提高了寻优最终结果的精确性。实验表明基于实数编码的改进遗传算法(R IGA)有效的改善了遗传算法的缺点。     

基于RTX的三轴仿真转台实时控制方法与实现CSCD

针对目前市场对三轴仿真转台控制系统的实时性需求,首先介绍了三轴仿真转台的控制系统,然后根据RTX的基本原理和转台控制系统的具体要求,采用"Windows+RTX"综合软件平台,设计并实现了转台的实时控制软件。实验表明,基于RTX的三轴仿真转台实时控制软件达到了系统的设计指标,实时性高,工作稳定可靠。     

FY-2C星后端应用系统设计与业务运行调度管理

介绍了风云二号(FY-2)C气象卫星地面应用系统中计算机网络及存储系统(CNAS)的总体设计目标、功能与组成,CNAS实时业务软件系统(CROSS)在系统中的调度和管理功能,以及在轨运行情况.从顶层设计的角度分别给出了网络系统、计算机系统和存储系统的总体框架,描述C星数据采集、传输、处理、存档和检索服务实时业务系统的功能与实现方法.分析了系统采用的软件工程化与公共服务、在线与存档文件规范、前置与收工处理、质量控制、设计与实现技术,以及部署方案与技术路线等关键技术及其特点.     

利用银河仿真机Ⅱ对某飞航导弹进行实时仿真

Exploration and implementation of commonality valuation method in commercial aircraft family design

Commercial aircraft family design can reduce development costs, shorten development cycles, and expand the market coverage of aircraft. Commercial aircraft family development has become one of the most important features of modern aircraft design. This paper explores the effects of commonality on different aircraft models in a commercial aircraft family. The existing product commonality indexes are summarized and their limitations in the application to aircraft design are discussed. Then a new component commonality index is proposed based on the component decomposition structure. A model for calculating the aircraft program value is established,which considers development costs, manufacturing costs, sale price, operation costs and residual costs. The effects of aircraft commonality on time and economic costs of both development and manufacturing, and on sale price, are analyzed and quantified. The commonality evaluation strategy is obtained, which features comprehensive consideration of the aircraft program value and time costs. The break-even analysis of aircraft is proceeded on the basis of costs and price data. By using a real option method, the strategy considers the uncertainty of the aircraft program and the flexibility of the manufacturer. This strategy proves to be rational and applicable to aircraft design based on the calculation of three examples and the analysis of parameter sensitivity.

应用BP-ART混合神经网络的推进系统状态监控实时系统

应用ＢＰ－ＡＲＴ混合神经网络提出了一种供推进系统状态监控实时使用的系统,其拓扑结构为： 第一层处理单元由ＢＰ神经网络组成, 每个ＢＰ网络代表一个相应的推进系统组件; 第二层处理单元为一个ＡＲＴ神经网络, 网络的每一个输出代表推进系统的一种“健康状态”, 据此可对其故障进行“诊断”。该混合结构充分发挥了两类网络的优点, 给出的具体应用实例也显示出在推进系统实时状态监控与故障诊断应用中的有效性     

一种基于小波变换的天水线提取算法

文中提出了一种基于小波变换多尺度分解图像快速提取天水线的方法,不仅省去了一般图像特征提取之前的图像预处理及图像分割步骤,而且提取的天水线效果好,处理周期短,自适应性强,同时能够滤除噪声并保持目标细节。
