Space traffic control: a view of the future

This paper provides an overview of a system for providing reliable, ongoing, timely situational awareness services to satellite operators. Such services would include close approach warnings, warnings of potential radio frequency interference, and other offerings designed to help make operators aware of possible threats to the safe operation of their spacecraft and measures they can take to lessen these threats. The paper discusses current trends, proposes operational requirements, and speculates on the type of organization that may emerge to provide space traffic control services. It highlights how the detailed information required for such services may affect the evolution of the use of space.     

从国外航天遥感器系统的发展现状中得到的启示

文中对德国、法国、印度和美国航天光学遥感器研制情况的一个侧面进行了简述。从中可了解到其发展态势,即朝着大型综合性系统、小卫星系统以及各种卫星的综合协作方向发展。文中着重就综合性、组合式系统的特点稍展开分析。值得提出的是,多相机组合以多种模式选择功能以及任务使命排序工作,有时又可以“大像元”形式工作,这种设计可以解决数传或图像数据记录能力的不足,能完成多种、多类用户的要求。     

TDICCD相机数据采集与图像处理技术

研制了一种TDICCD相机实时图像采集和微机快视系统,文中介绍了该系统的3个模块:信号采集电路、图像存储和微机滚动显示部分。     

Future spacelift projections

In 1996 the NASA Advisory Council asked for a comprehensive look at future launch projections out to the year 2030 and beyond. In response to this request NASA sponsored a study at The Aerospace Corporation to develop long-range space transportation models for future commercial and government applications, and to analyze the design considerations and desired characteristics for future space transportation systems. Follow-ons to present space missions as well as a wide array of potential new space applications are considered in the study. This paper summarizes the space transportation system characteristics required to enable various classes of future missions. High reliability and the ability to achieve high flight rates per vehicle are shown to be key attributes for achieving more economical launch systems. Technical, economic and policy implications are also discussed.     

光纤嵌入法监测复合材料固化的研究

通过嵌入光纤对芳纶／五氧复合材料板及环氧树脂浇注体的固化进行初步研究，结果表明，光纤嵌入法能准确监测出浇注体及芳纶／环氧复合材料的瞬时固化情况。     

ZN3火箭姿态测量用太阳角计

本文给出了用于ＺＮ３火箭姿态测量太阳角计的原理和测量结果，讨论了背景抑制和标定方法，分析了误差来源。该仪器采用选取适当探测波段和比值测量方法较好地消除了地外太阳辐照和大气消光的影响，也有效地抑制了背景辐射的干扰，大大提高了测量精度。实测结果表明，火箭姿态角测量的均方根误差约为０．７°。这一方法适用于各种自旋稳定飞行器的姿态测量。     

线性四元树表示图象的距离变换

二元数组表示的图象使用的距离概念运用于线性四元树表示。指出棋盘距离特别适合于线性四元树。定义线性四元树的棋盘距离变换为树中各个黑四分形中心到最近边界四分形黑一白边界的距离。这里提出的距离变换算法主要特点是(1)它是一种代数方法,(2)各个四分形只计算一次距离,和(3)距离信息非常快地传递到区域内部。该算法可以推广到线性八元树表示的三维客体。
