浅析项目管理在航空修理企业中的应用

以航空修理企业现行管理体制和运行机制为基础，以适用于航空修理企业生产中项目管理方法为研究对象，充分借鉴国内外项目管理领域研究成果、先进经验和成功做法，结合当前某工厂推行的项目管理模式，分析总结了项目管理实施的利弊，为更加科学地制定航空产品修理计划、有效降低修理风险，提供可行的技术手段和决策支持提供参考。     

An ion analyzer for the lunar surface with E-parallel–B

We present a novel instrument concept to measure the energy and mass spectra of ions incident on the lunar surface, based on the E-parallel–B or Thomson-parabola device used extensively as a diagnostic in the plasma fusion community. The Apollo-era Suprathermal Ion Detector Experiment (SIDE) was the first instrument package to perform in-situ measurements of ions incident on the lunar surface. The ions can originate from a variety of sources, including the solar wind, the Earth’s magnetotail, and photoionization of the thin lunar atmosphere. The species and energy distribution of ions arriving at the lunar surface depend in a complicated and poorly-understood fashion on the phase of the lunar day, the position of the Moon with respect to the Earth, and on the local plasma environment.     

The Solar Sail Materials (SSM) project – Status of activities

SSM (Solar Sail Materials) is an on-going project for the European Space Agency (ESA) relying on past and recent European solar sail design projects. It aims at developing and testing future technologies suitable for large, operational solar sailcrafts.     

Faster conception of radically innovative systems: the strategic and organizational challenge for space agencies

Are space agencies able to reform the way they are organized? Attempts to reduce the time it takes to conceive new systems and adapt project management while fostering innovation have so far shown mixed results. In this paper, we describe some of the intellectual, strategic and organizational challenges the agencies are about to face in the coming years: managing the ever growing complexity of space systems; defining a knowledge-based strategy as the basis of a renewed organization; and assuming a central role in the innovation process in relation to industry. This thesis is illustrated with a case study of the CNES Microsatellite Myriade program.

反舰导弹飞行试验的一项重要工作是检验发动机的工作性能及其他设备的匹配等。基于贝叶斯理论,利用数据综合技术设计反舰导弹换装发动机鉴定飞行试验方案,提出了小样本情况下弹上设备的鉴定方法,可为其他弹上设备鉴定提供重要参考。     

A permanent lunar base : Alternatives and choices

It appears virtually certain that humans will return to the lunar surface to stay and exploit the lunar resources. The only remaining question is who, when and how humankind will go there to establish a permanent lunar base. This article describes the decision-making process of determining the parameters of a lunar base. It offers modelling options as a frame of reference for planning the lunar base and its logistic support, and gives the reasons why a detailed analysis of the options and forward planning should have a high priority now.
