The visco-elastoplastic mechanical behavior related to the applied strain rate and temperature around the glass transition temperature of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) has been systematically investigated. The uniaxial tensile test was performed at strain rate and temperature rangs 1.0 × 10−4–1.0 × 10−2 s−1 and 363–393 K, respectively, and the Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) test was carried out between 363 K and 413 K at various frequencies. Moreover, the robust complex constitutive model considering the temperature and strain rate effect is proposed. A nonlinear viscoelastic model is established to describe the viscoelastic response on the basis of the Zhu-Wang-Tang (ZWT) model and the time temperature equivalence principle, including the dependence of strain rate and temperature. Considering the yield stress, the cooperative model is adopted. The viscoplastic mechanical response is manifested as the competition performance of the softening deformation and hardening behavior. The predicted mechanical responses maintain good consistency with the experimental results, indicating that the visco-elastoplastic constitutive model proposed can accurately predict the mechanical behavior of PMMA materials within the imposed strain rate and near the glass transition temperature range.  相似文献

Grinding is one of the most widely used material removal methods at the end of many process chains. Grinding force is related to almost all grinding parameters, which has a great influence on material removal rate, dimensional and shape accuracy, surface and subsurface integrity, thermodynamics, dynamics, wheel durability, and machining system deformation. Considering that grinding force is related to almost all grinding parameters, grinding force can be used to detect grinding wheel wear, energy calculation, chatter suppression, force control and grinding process simulation. Accurate prediction of grinding forces is important for optimizing grinding parameters and the structure of grinding machines and fixtures. Although there are substantial research papers on grinding mechanics, a comprehensive review on the modeling of grinding mechanics is still absent from the literature. To fill this gap, this work reviews and introduces theoretical methods and applications of mechanics in grinding from the aspects of modeling principles, limitations and possible future trendencies.  相似文献

搅拌针长度和前进侧位置对锁底接头Hook 型缺陷、力学性能、断裂方式的影响规律。结果表明:搅拌摩擦焊
锁底接头在短壳一侧存在Hook 型缺陷,短壳位于前进侧时的搭接界面上翘曲率和迁移量均大于叉形环位于
前进侧,且随着搅拌针长度的增加,搭接界面的向上迁移量逐渐增大。相同的焊透深度时,叉形环位于前进侧
的力学性能优于短壳位于前进侧;相同的前进侧位置时,随着焊透深度的逐渐增加,接头力学性能逐渐降低。
锁底接头搭接界面缺陷形貌及迁移量的变化是引起力学性能变化的主要原因。优化的试验结果显示,当焊透
深度和短壳板材厚度相同,且叉形环位于焊缝前进侧的力学性能最优,常温可达到300 MPa,低温可达到370
MPa,延伸率均超过3. 5%。锁底接头的拉伸断裂方式与焊缝前进侧位置密切相关。当短壳位于前进侧时,从
短壳一侧热力影响区断裂;当叉形环为前进侧时,从焊缝焊核区断裂。

A three-equation transition model based on the transition V-model is proposed for subsonic flows in this study. Considering the mechanical approximation of the generation process of the pre-transitional vorticities, the value of laminar Reynolds shear stress related to the mean shear deformation was calculated in the original transition V-model. Then a new transition model, named V-SA model, was proposed, which considered the phenomenological process of transition and presented great results for flows with and without pressure gradient. It is well-known that the baseline Shear Stress Transport (SST) turbulence model shows excellent performance of accuracy and robustness in plentiful flow cases, but it is important to predict boundary layer transition. The current model (V-SST) successfully couples the V-model to the SST turbulence model by introducing the effective turbulent viscosity and additional correction terms into the transport equations. A thorough evaluation of its ability to predict transition features is performed versus the well-documented flat plate of ERCOFTAC, including T3A and T3B without pressure gradient, T3L2 and T3L3 with semi-circular leading edge, the three-dimensional 6:1 prolate-spheroid under two angles of attack, and the NLR-7301 airfoil under different Mach numbers. A novel friction stir double-riveting welding (FSDRW) technology was proposed in order to realize the high-quality joining of upper aluminum (Al) and lower copper (Cu) plates, and this technology employed a Cu column as a rivet and a specially designed welding tool with a large concave-angle shoulder. The formations, interfacial characteristics, mechanical properties and fracture features of Al/Cu FSDRW joints under different rotational velocities and dwell times were investigated. The results showed that the well-formed FSDRW joint was successfully obtained. The cylindrical Cu column was transformed into a double riveting heads structure with a Cu anchor at the top and an Al anchor at the bottom, thereby providing an excellent mechanical interlocking. The defect-free Cu/Cu interface was formed at the lap interface due to the sufficient metallurgical bonding between the Cu column and the Cu plate, thereby effectively inhibiting the propagation of crack from the intermetallic compound layer at the lap interface between the Al and Cu plates. The tensile shear load of joint was increased first and then decreased when the rotational velocity and dwell time of welding tool increased, and the maximum value was 5.52 kN. The FSDRW joint presented a mixed mode of ductile and brittle fractures.  相似文献

面对(110~170) GHz天线准确计量的需求,设计了一套基于机械臂自动扫描的(110~170) GHz天线平面近场测量系统,它由矢量网络分析仪、扩频模块、机械臂扫描架、小型光学平台、扫描探头等硬件组成,通过测量软件设置仪器参数,控制机械臂扫描轨迹,采集扫描面上测试点的幅度和相位,将近场采集的数据用付氏近远场变换算法还原成天线增益方向图。采用标准增益喇叭天线对该系统进行实验验证,并将近场测量结果与远场测量结果进行比较,结果表明该系统测量方向图主瓣最大偏差为0.25 dB,能够满足天线计量的需求。  相似文献

文章主要针对爆炸破片作用下,垂直发射系统中舰载导弹战斗部的安全性进行分析,分别讨论了破片的质量、速度、侵彻角度和破片的数量等因素作用下,舰载导弹外防护设置以及战斗部的响应特性。结果表明:在临界起爆条件附近,炸药的点火增长对撞击速度的变化很敏感。同时,入射角对其是否引爆威胁战斗部的影响也很大;当两破片间距小于破片直径时,破片撞击战斗部形成的冲击波会相互叠加,压力峰值增大,更容易引爆战斗部,而当两破片间距大于1.7倍的破片直径时,此时两破片产生的冲击波叠加效应降低。  相似文献

针对某产品的防热需求,研究了一种轻质烧蚀结构一体化材料,对其坯料(材料A)的热处理制度及预固化程度进行了研究,确定了最佳的热处理温度和时间;对材料A成型得到的轻质烧蚀结构一体化材料(材料B)的拉伸性能和热物理性能进行测试,通过电弧风洞对烧蚀性能进行考核,并对烧蚀后材料的纵向密度分布进行了分析。结果表明,添加一定的处理剂可提高材料的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率,处理剂可有效增强材料各组分的界面结合强度;材料B的热扩散率比材料C(中密度)低,在中高热流状态下,材料B烧蚀表面碳层完整致密,与材料C相比,线后退率略大,质量损失率略小,背壁温度较低,材料B具有更好的烧蚀隔热性能。  相似文献
