Matching suitable feature construction for SAR images based on evolutionary synthesis strategy

In the paper,a set of algorithms to construct synthetic aperture radar（SAR）matching suitable features are frstly proposed based on the evolutionary synthesis strategy.During the process,on the one hand,the indexes of primary matching suitable features（PMSFs）are designed based on the characteristics of image texture,SAR imaging and SAR matching algorithm,which is a process involving expertise;on the other hand,by designing a synthesized operation expression tree based on PMSFs,a much more flexible expression form of synthesized features is built,which greatly expands the construction space.Then,the genetic algorithm-based optimized searching process is employed to search the synthesized matching suitable feature（SMSF）with the highest effciency,largely improving the optimized searching effciency.In addition,the experimental results of the airborne synthetic aperture radar ortho-images of C-band and P-band show that the SMSFs gained via the algorithms can reflect the matching suitability of SAR images accurately and the matching probabilities of selected matching suitable areas of ortho-images could reach 99±0.5%.     

An ion analyzer for the lunar surface with E-parallel–B

We present a novel instrument concept to measure the energy and mass spectra of ions incident on the lunar surface, based on the E-parallel–B or Thomson-parabola device used extensively as a diagnostic in the plasma fusion community. The Apollo-era Suprathermal Ion Detector Experiment (SIDE) was the first instrument package to perform in-situ measurements of ions incident on the lunar surface. The ions can originate from a variety of sources, including the solar wind, the Earth’s magnetotail, and photoionization of the thin lunar atmosphere. The species and energy distribution of ions arriving at the lunar surface depend in a complicated and poorly-understood fashion on the phase of the lunar day, the position of the Moon with respect to the Earth, and on the local plasma environment.     

基于伪随机序列调制的混合域自适应盲水印算法

在多小波变换和DCT变换混合变换域中，提出了一种基于伪随机序列调制的彩色图像盲水印算法。该算法先将原始彩色图像由RGB空间转换到YIQ空间．选取Y分量多小波变换后的中频区域作为水印的嵌入区域。水印嵌入前先对待嵌入水印区域8×8分块，然后对所有子块按照纹理和能量特征进行模糊分类，最后将置乱后的二值水印信息用两个互不相关的伪随机序列进行扩频调制．嵌入到8×8子块DCT变换后的交流系数上。提取水印时，通过比较两个伪随机数列和待检测系数相关性的大小来提取水印，不需要原始图像参与。实验表明，该算法对噪声、JPEG压缩和几何剪切等常见的攻击操作具有很强的鲁棒性。     

最佳传力特性的偏置曲柄滑块机构解析法设计

本文根据偏置曲柄滑块机构的运动特性和传力特性所建立的函数关系，运用极值理论推导出给定条件下传力特性最佳的计算公式，大大方便了设计应用，值得推广。     

ATM局域网仿真技术

简要介绍了 Ａ Ｔ Ｍ 局域网仿真的主要原理，以 Ｉ Ｂ Ｍ ８２６０ Ａ Ｔ Ｍ 交换机为例，具体分析了 Ａ Ｔ Ｍ 局域网仿真的实现细节。     

Integrity of sulfur concrete subjected to simulated lunar temperature cycles

In view of potential application as a construction material on the lunar surface the mechanical integrity of sulfur concrete was evaluated after being subjected to simulated temperature cycles. Here, small cubes of sulfur concrete were repeatedly cycled between room (20 °C) and liquid nitrogen (−191 °C) temperatures after which they, and non-cycled cubes, were evaluated by compression testing. The compression strength of the non-cycled samples averaged ∼35 MPa (5076 psi) before failing whereas the cycled samples fractured at about 7 MPa (1015 psi). Microscopic examination of the fracture surfaces from the cycled samples showed clear de-bonding of the sulfur from the aggregate whereas it was seen adhering in those non-cycled. Based on a simple analysis it was concluded that the large strength discrepancy between cycled and non-cycled samples is due to differences between the coefficients of thermal expansion of the materials constituting the concrete.

BP网络进行0-9十个数字图像的识别

在BP算法和数字图像处理技术的基础上,本文在MATLAB软件环境下提取Word文档中26种字体的0-9十个数字的图像,使用MATLAB神经网络工具箱及图像处理工具箱进行数字的识别,给出了较详细的处理步骤及相关程序,并比较了各种识别算法的收敛速度和识别率。     

国际空间太阳能电站的技术进展

综述了当前国际空间太阳能电站技术的研究进展与发展趋势。重点介绍了空间太阳能电站系统方案新构思“太阳塔”和“太阳盘”的特点；介绍了空间太阳能电站的主要相关技术———无线电能传输技术、太阳能转换技术和空间运输技术等的发展趋势；最后简要介绍了月球电站的进展情况。     

A non-local vectorial total variational model for multichannel SAR image speckle suppression

This paper aims at the multichannel synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image speckle reduction.This paper proposes a novel energy minimized regularization model for multichannel image denoising,which is an extension of the non-local total variational model for gray-scale image.It contains two terms,namely the vectorial data fidelity term and the non-local vectorial total variation term.The latter is constructed by high-dimensional non-local gradient that contains the structure information of the multichannel image.The existence and the uniqueness of the solution of the model are proved.A fixed point iterative algorithm is designed to acquire the solution of this model.The convergence property of this algorithm is proved as well.This model is applied to the multipolarimetric and multi-temporal RADARSAT-2 images despeckling.The result shows that this model performs better than the original vectorial total variational model on texture preserving.
