为了研究氢氧火箭发动机推力室喷注器多孔面板的发汗冷却特性,采用一维非热平衡能量方程模型对其进行了数值传热计算,计算模型考虑了冷却剂氢的变物性和多孔结构内固体与流体之间的对流换特征。分析总结了多孔结构固体导热率、孔隙率、颗粒特征直径和燃烧室热流密度等因素对多孔面板发汗冷却的影响。研究结果表明,选择较高导热率的多孔面板制造材料能够降低燃气侧面板温度和减小面板温度梯度;孔隙率一般在0.1~0.2为宜;随着颗粒特征直径增大冷却剂与多孔结构固体之间的换热能力明显下降,燃气侧面板温度呈先降低后升高的趋势。  相似文献

为提高模态密集大型星载天线在轨模态参数辨识精度,提出基于均匀设计的遗传算法对传感器数量和位置进行优化部署。根据模态空间H2范数确定参振模态阶数;分别以测量信息正交性和能量最大为优化目标,引入均匀设计方法对传感器数量、种群规模、交叉概率和变异概率4个组合参数进行选取;采用特征实现算法进行在轨模态参数辨识研究。数学仿真表明:所提出的方法可以有效解决传感器数量和位置的优化部署问题,避免了以往人为经验选取参数时存在的主观性和盲目性问题。  相似文献

以机载泵源系统的恒功率控制为目标,针对作业任务中系统负载随时间变化的情况,采用使液压系统输出功率保持恒定的控制方式来达到充分利用发动机功率的目的. 对于机载泵源控制系统的主要被控对象——轴向柱塞式变量泵,建立了其状态方程和流量输出方程,采用 H 鲁棒镇定控制策略实时调节泵的排量.仿真结果表明:当负载变化时,系统能根据压力的变化快速转换到恒功率工作曲线下对应的流量状态,所设计的 H 控制器能够减小干扰和模型参数不确定对系统稳定性的影响,具有良好的鲁棒性.表明该方法用于机载液压系统可以改善系统工作性能,提高系统功率的利用率.  相似文献

在某地球静止轨道通信卫星平台布局的基础上,通过合理地简化和假设建立了南蓄电池舱作为热分析计算模型,对影响蓄电池在轨温度波动的机理进行分析。分析结果表明:在冬至,西板、对地+Y板和背地+Y板受照外热流的日变化会引起其内表面温度大幅度波动,通过舱内热辐射又会引起服务舱南板等结构板内表面温度波动,而服务舱南板通过导热将引起安装其上的蓄电池温度波动,这是导致蓄电池温度波动的根本原因。  相似文献

During spaceflight the immune system is one of the most affected systems of the human body. During the SIMBOX (Science in Microgravity Box) mission on Shenzhou-8, we investigated microgravity-associated long-term alterations in macrophageal cells, the most important effector cells of the immune system. We analyzed the effect of long-term microgravity on the cytoskeleton and immunologically relevant surface molecules. Human U937 cells were differentiated into a macrophageal phenotype and exposed to microgravity or 1g on a reference centrifuge on-orbit for 5 days. After on-orbit fixation, the samples were analyzed with immunocytochemical staining and confocal microscopy after landing. The unmanned Shenzhou-8 spacecraft was launched on board a Long March 2F (CZ-2F) rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center (JSLC) and landed after a 17-day-mission. We found a severely disturbed actin cytoskeleton, disorganized tubulin and distinctly reduced expression of CD18, CD36 and MHC-II after the 5 days in microgravity. The disturbed cytoskeleton, the loss of surface receptors for bacteria recognition, the activation of T lymphocytes, the loss of an important scavenger receptor and of antigen-presenting molecules could represent a dysfunctional macrophage phenotype. This phenotype in microgravity would be not capable of migrating or recognizing and attacking pathogens, and it would no longer activate the specific immune system, which could be investigated in functional assays. Obviously, the results have to be interpreted with caution as the model system has some limitations and due to numerous technical and biological restrictions (e.g. 23 °C and no CO2 supply during in-flight incubation). All parameter were carefully pre-tested on ground. Therefore, the experiment could be adapted to the experimental conditions available on Shenzhou-8.  相似文献

文章研究热控涂层GEO带电粒子辐射效应加速试验的参数确定方法。根据轨道带电粒子辐射环境的特点,以效应等效为原则,建立了利用单一能量带电粒子产生的辐射效应模拟轨道带电粒子辐射效应时的等效注量率计算方法,称之为等效能谱模拟技术;并建立了利用高注量率来提高加速试验效率的加速因子计算方法,称之为加速试验的加速因子确定技术。利用这两项技术,研究设计了防静电Kapton二次表面镜GEO电子辐射效应模拟试验的参数。  相似文献

In this study, Sq(H) field results for Sonmiani geomagnetic observatory (SON), Pakistan are presented first time for solar cycle i.e., Solar Cycle 24. Sonmiani observatory was established in 2008 and was included in the list of INTERMAGNET Magnetic Observatory (IMO) in 2012. The analysis of Sq(H) field is performed to examine diurnal, annual and seasonal behaviour of Sq(H) field at Sonmiani along with Honolulu which is used as reference observatory. Both the observatories lie at the Equatorial Ionisation Anomaly (EIA) crest. In general strong dependency of Sq(H) field on solar cycle has been observed. First peak of SC24 was visible in Sq(H) field at both observatories. However, at HON maximum Sq(H) was observed in 2015 instead of 2014, a year later than the year of solar maximum. Prominent longitudinal difference has been noted between both observatories. At HON, maximum Sq(H) was observed during equinox while at SON it was noted during equinox and summer as a consequence of shift in latitude of Sq focus. Phase shift of Sq(H) at SON followed a general trend, that is maximum Sq(H) shifted to later hours in solar maximum as compared to solar minimum. Whereas, an opposite trend was noted at HON which might be due to coastal effect. In case of seasonal phase shift, at both observatories maximum Sq(H) occurred at later hours in summer than in winter which is opposite to the results obtained by many workers. These points need further investigation and geomagnetic as well as wind, and electric field data of other observatories situated at the EIA crest region is required to interpret the Sq(H) phase shift extensively.  相似文献

Different yield criterion has great difference in predicting the deformation of tube with different material. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the cross-sectional deformation of the double-ridged rectangular tube (DRRT) during rotary draw bending (RDB) process, Mises isotropic yield criterion, Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian anisotropic yield criteria commonly used in practical engineering are introduced to simulate RDB of DRRT. The inverse method combining uniaxial tensile test of whole tube and response surface methodology was proposed to identify the parameters of Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian yield criteria of small-sized H96 brass extrusion DRRT as well. Then based on ABAQUS/Explicit platform, the FE models of RDB process of DRRT considering Mises, Hill’48 and Barlat/Lian yield criteria were built. The results show that: The variation trend of cross-sectional deformation ratio is same when using different yield criteria. The cross-sectional deformation ratio by using Mises yield criterion is close to that by using Hill’48 yield criterion. However, there is a quite difference between by using Barlat/Lian yield criterion and by using Mises or Hill’48 yield criteria. The prediction values of cross-sectional height deformation by using three yield criteria all underestimate the experiment ones, and the prediction values of cross-sectional width deformation overestimate the experiment ones. By comparing the simulation results of cross-sectional deformation of the DRRT with different yield criteria and experiment ones, Barlat/Lian yield criterion is found to be suitable for describing the RDB process of DRRT.  相似文献

采用数值计算方法对氧化亚氮/丙烷火炬式点火器的燃烧室和火炬流场特性进行了数值仿真研究,获得了点火器在定混合比工况下工质流量对火炬性能的影响以及定流量工况下余氧系数对火炬性能的影响:在定余氧系数0.350工况下点火器燃烧室压强、火炬功率和点火有效长度与点火器的流量基本呈线性关系,有效火炬长度与实验中所观察到的基本一致;在定流量9 g/s工况下点火器燃烧室压强、喷管出口温度、火炬功率和点火有效长度随余氧系数的不断增加均先迅速增加到最高值后开始逐渐减小,燃烧室压强、喷管出口温度、火炬功率和点火有效长度的计算最高值分别为1.73 MPa,2 823 K,33.14 kW和86.5 mm.  相似文献
