With the increasing applications of novel materials and structures in new-generation aircraft, conventional joining techniques in aircraft component assembly are greatly challenged. To meet those challenges, the electromagnetic riveting (EMR) technique was developed as an advanced joining tool, which exhibits obvious advantages in the assembly of new-generation aircraft. In this paper, the riveting principle of EMR was analyzed, and its development history and status were presented in detail. Then, equipment features of three typical EMR systems were given. Moreover, three important applications of EMR were covered, i.e., composite structure riveting, titanium rivet and large-size aluminum rivet riveting, and interference fit bolt installation. Specially, a novel strengthening method for mechanical linking holes based on EMR was also presented, which can significantly improve the fatigue behaviors of mechanical joints. Finally, open questions in the EMR field were discussed, and some recommendations for future work were also made. This paper can be useful for optimizing the joint designs of aircraft components and improving the level of aircraft maintenance. 相似文献

围绕如何降低基于椭圆球面波函数的非正交调制(PSWF-NPSM)系统误码率,降低信号检测复杂度,引入调制信号功率复用思想,提出基于功率复用的椭圆球面波函数非正交调制(PD-PSWF-NPSM)方法。该方法对载波信号按子波带进行功率分配,增加了调制信号最小欧式距离,降低了系统误码率;在接收端,提出基于检测统计量的串行干扰相消信号检测方法,依据不同支路信号间功率差异,对信号进行分离、检测。理论与仿真分析表明,该方法在不降低系统频带利用率、调制信号功率谱、峰均功率比特性前提下,能够有效提高系统误码性能,降低调制信号检测复杂度;与原非正交调制方法相比,当误比特率(BER)为10-5时,所提方法系统误码性能提升约1.7 dB。 相似文献

As for ultra-precision grinding of difficult-to-process thin-walled complex components with ball-end grinding wheels, interference is easy to occur. According to screw theory and grinding kinematics, a mathematical model is established to investigate the interference and grinding characteristics of the ball-end wheel. The relationship between grinding wheel inclination angle, C axis rotation angle, grinding position angle and grinding wheel wear are analyzed. As the grinding wheel inclination angle increases, the C axis rotatable range decreases and the grinding position angle increases. The grinding position angle and wheel radius wear show a negative correlation with the C axis rotation angle. Therefore, a trajectory planning criteria for increasing grinding speed as much as possible under the premise of avoiding interference is proposed to design the grinding trajectory. Then grinding point distribution on the ball-end wheel is calculated, and the grinding characteristics, grinding speed and maximum undeformed chip thickness, are investigated. Finally, a complex structural component can be ground without interference, and surface roughness and profile accuracy are improved to 40.2 nm and 0.399 μm, compared with 556 nm and 3.427 μm before ultra-precision grinding. The mathematical model can provide theoretical guidance for the analysis of interference and grinding characteristics in complex components grinding to improve its grinding quality. 相似文献

提出一种低干扰力矩的三自由度球面磁轴承结构,球面磁轴承定、转子均采用球面结构。当磁通作用在转子的球形包络面时,产生的电磁力会指向转子球心,不会对转子产生干扰力矩,但少量的漏磁磁通会作用在转子的非球形平面上,导致低干扰力矩的出现。利用等效磁路法对球形转子偏转时轴向部分漏磁导致的干扰力矩进行分析,得出干扰力矩的数学表达式。运用有限元法分析球面磁轴承和柱面磁轴承产生偏转时的干扰力矩,结果表明干扰力矩随着转子偏转角度的增加而增大,当转子偏转角达到最大允许值0.3°时,球面磁轴承与柱面磁轴承相比干扰力矩减小两个数量级。球面磁轴承的低干扰力矩特性决定其特别适用于磁悬浮控制力矩陀螺,可提高陀螺的控制精度,在磁悬浮高能密度电机、其他飞轮系统等场合具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

由于传统PIC(Parallel Interference Canceller,并行干扰消除)检测器性能分析公式存在偏差,导致与仿真结果有一定的差异,不能准确反映系统性能。在对传统PIC检测器性能表达式和推导过程存在的偏差进行分析的基础上,通过公式推导,得到更为精确的PIC检测器任一级的误码率性能解析表达式。通过数值计算,偏差修正后的解析表达式对误码率估计的准确度比修正前提高了1个数量级,与仿真结果更为接近,并且干扰消除的级数越多效果越好。研究结果表明,修正后的PIC解析表达式是有效的。 相似文献

特高压输电线路的电晕放电是机场无方向信标台的主要干扰源之一。根据无线电罗盘的工作原理,在特高压输电线路电晕干扰条件下,通过理论推导得出了无线电罗盘测得的电台相对方位角误差。针对无方向信标台不同频率、台站与输电线路间不同的距离,对无线电罗盘受干扰影响产生的测角误差进行了仿真分析。研究表明:电晕放电干扰下,机载无线电罗盘测得的电台相对方位角误差随距离的增加而增大,随频率的增加而减小,且变化趋势由陡峭逐步趋近平稳。 相似文献
