回顾了学报的发展历程和所取得的基本成绩，阐述了学报坚持正确的编辑思想和贯彻正确的办刊方针与宗旨的若于做法与体会，指出学报今后的发展重点应由发展规模和数量转移到进一步全面提高质量和效益上来，并提出了几点具体措施．     

会计诚信缺失的原因分析

文章针对我国会计诚信缺失的现状,分别从社会历史文化、立法及社会体制、企业内部问题及会计自身的局限性等方面分析了其形成的原因.     

Cubesats: Cost-effective science and technology platforms for emerging and developing nations

The development, operation, and analysis of data from cubesats can promote science education and spur technology utilization in emerging and developing nations. This platform offers uniquely low construction and launch costs together with a comparative ubiquity of launch providers; factors that have led more than 80 universities and several emerging nations to develop programs in this field. Their small size and weight enables cubesats to “piggyback” on rocket launches and accompany orbiters travelling to Moon and Mars. It is envisaged that constellations of cubesats will be used for larger science missions. We present a brief history, technology overview, and summary of applications in science and industry for these small satellites. Cubesat technical success stories are offered along with a summary of pitfalls and challenges encountered in both developed and emerging nations. A discussion of economic and public policy issues aims to facilitate the decision-making process for those considering utilization of this unique technology.     

对我国促进环境保护的财税政策改革研究

从财税政策的视角，对我国现阶段环境保护工作中财政收入、支出等各方面政策的制定、实施情况进行分析，揭示环境保护工作中财政税策存在的不足，进而就建立环境财政体系、改革税收制度提出具体建议。     

NASA Human Health and Performance Center: Open innovation successes and collaborative projects

In May 2007, what was then the Space Life Sciences Directorate published the 2007 Space Life Sciences Strategy for Human Space Exploration, setting the course for development and implementation of new business models and significant advances in external collaboration over the next five years. The strategy was updated on the basis of these accomplishments and reissued as the NASA Human Health and Performance Strategy in 2012, and continues to drive new approaches to innovation for the directorate. This short paper describes the successful execution of the strategy, driving organizational change through open innovation efforts and collaborative projects, including efforts of the NASA Human Health and Performance Center (NHHPC).     

我国货币需求函数的影响因素——基于1992—2012年的数据

依据货币需求理论，采用1992～2012年的数据进行整理和计量分析，构建合理的货币需求模型，分析货币需求量与国内生产总值、利率、汇率、外汇储备等变量之间的因果关系，并对变量进行格兰杰因果关系检验，发现狭义货币量、广义货币量与各因素的因果关系并不完全一致。根据实证研究结果，解释了各变量对货币需求量的影响并对货币政策的实施提出建议。     

关于企业统计信息创新管理的研究

介绍了企业统计信息的创新管理,即运用创新管理理念,通过园区网,应用数据库和软件开发及网络技术实现了统计信息的网络数字化管理,包括统计报表的网络流程管理、统计数据的自动汇总、统计台帐与统计分析的数字化管理、统计信息的快速、准确的查询及统计信息的多用户的共享等功能的实现,促使企业统计信息管理迈上新的台阶,实现了统计信息管理的办公自动化,促进了企业的创新管理和精益管理。

在知识经济下，知识营销顺应了营销环境、消费者的消费观念的变化以及网络技术的迅猛发展，是企业营销理念和实践创新的必然结果。文章分析和阐述了知识营销产生的原因与机理、知识营销的内涵与特征以及实施知识营销对消费者、企业和社会的影响。
