利用综合加权法计算表征发动机整体性能的综合指数时,各参数的权系数难于确定。利用遗传算法确定各参数的权系数,使所得到的综合指数值比采用专家调查法所得综合指数值更能灵敏、准确地反映发动机整体性能的变化情况,提高了发动机性能正常与否的识别率,并以此来发现发动机潜在早期故障,防止故障的扩大。通过对某涡扇发动机进行监控,证明该方法确实有效。  相似文献

讨论光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感技术用于固体火箭发动机结构应变场、温度场和损伤状况健康监测的可行性。分析了利用FBG传感器组成固体火箭发动机结构健康监测系统的关键技术问题,包括光纤传感器的工艺集成,光纤传感网络的最优化布置,分布式传感器信号的解耦与处理等,并给出一些研究结论和初步解决方案。基于FBG传感器的健康监测系统在固体火箭发动机领域显示了良好的应用前景。  相似文献

针对滚动轴承早期故障状态难以监测的现状,文章采用小波包及主成分分析法对滚动轴承振动信号进行分析,提出了一种综合振动能量指标,用于监视滚动轴承状态。采用滚动轴承实验数据对该方法有效性进行了验证,结果表明:该方法构建的综合振动能量指标能够有效发现滚动轴承早期故障,对早期故障程度反应能力强,优于一些其他传统的监视指标。  相似文献

Advanced crack monitoring technique is the cornerstone of aircraft structural health monitoring.To achieve real-time crack monitoring of aircraft metal structures in the course of service,a new crack monitoring method is proposed based on Cu coating sensor and electrical potential difference principle.Firstly,insulation treatment process was used to prepare a dielectric layer on structural substrate,such as an anodizing layer on 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy substrate,and then a Cu coating crack monitoring sensor was deposited on the structure fatigue critical parts by pulsed bias arc ion plating technology.Secondly,the damage consistency of the Cu coating sensor and2A12-T4 aluminum alloy substrate was investigated by static tensile experiment and fatigue test.The results show that strain values of the coating sensor and the 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy substrate measured by strain gauges are highly coincident in static tensile experiment and the sensor has excellent fatigue damage consistency with the substrate.Thirdly,the fatigue performance discrepancy between samples with the coating sensor and original samples was investigated.The result shows that there is no obvious negative influence on the fatigue performance of the 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy after preparing the Cu coating sensor on its surface.Finally,crack monitoring experiment was carried out with the Cu coating sensor.The experimental results indicate that the sensor is sensitive to crack,and crack origination and propagation can be monitored effectively through analyzing the change of electrical potential values of the coating sensor.  相似文献

Surface roughness is a critical health parameter of a turbine blade due to its implications on blade surface heat transfer and structural integrity. This paper proposes a physics-based online framework for Gas Turbine Engines (GTE), in order to assess the blade surface roughness in a high-pressure turbine without engine shutdown. The framework consolidates Gas Path Analysis (GPA) based performance monitoring models and meanline turbomachinery analysis, using a novel GPA-meanline matching process. This extracts meaningful performance deviation trends from GPA, while addressing the uncertainties associated with the measurements and modelling. To relate efficiency loss to surface roughness severity, a meanline-based system-identification process has been developed to establish the meanline representation of the turbine stage, and to incorporate the empirical surface roughness loss correlations. The roughness loss correlations have been evaluated against recent transonic test data in the literature. A modification to the compressibility correction factor has been made according to the evaluation outcome, which improved loss predictions compared to the experimental measurements. The framework was tested on the three-year operational data of a cogeneration GTE, and the results verified the framework's potential for online surface roughness monitoring. The predicted surface roughness showed agreement in both trend and the magnitude-level with the measurements reported in the literature.  相似文献

Currently, due to the detrimental effects on surface finish and machining system, chatter has been one crucial factor restricting robotic drilling operations, which improve both quality and efficiency of aviation manufacturing. Based on the matrix notch filter and fast wavelet packet decomposition, this paper presents a novel pre-generated matrix-based real-time chatter monitoring method for robotic drilling. Taking vibration characteristics of robotic drilling into account, the matrix notch filter is designed to eliminate the interference of spindle-related components on the measured vibration signal. Then, the fast wavelet packet decomposition is presented to decompose the filtered signal into several equidistant frequency bands, and the energy of each sub-band is obtained. Finally, the energy entropy which characterizes inhomogeneity of energy distribution is utilized as the feature to recognize chatter on-line, and the effectiveness of the presented algorithm is validated by extensive experimental data. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect chatter before it is fully developed. Moreover, since both filtering and decomposition of signal are implemented by the pre-generated matrices, calculation for an energy entropy of vibration signal with 512 samples takes only about 0.690 ms. Consequently, the proposed method achieves real-time chatter monitoring for robotic drilling, which is essential for subsequent chatter suppression.  相似文献

固体发动机界面结构试件脱粘健康监测研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以复合材料壳体和绝热层脱粘模型试件为对象,利用粘贴于壳体外表面的压电主动激励传感器,基于高频机电阻抗方法,对模拟药柱/绝热层界面脱粘的结构健康状态监测进行了数值仿真和实验研究,得出了不同脱粘损伤工况下的导纳频谱曲线,计算了能表征脱粘程度的平均绝对偏差损伤指标。结果表明,高频机电阻抗方法可利用粘贴于壳体外表面的压电传感器有效地识别内部结构的界面脱粘,相比于传统检测方法,能实现实时的结构健康监测,损伤指标能量化表征脱粘程度,实验采用的两种压电传感器中,MFC传感器较PZT传感器更适合于曲面固体发动机壳体脱粘检测,为开展实际工况下的固体发动机药柱结构界面脱粘损伤监检测工作提供理论与技术支撑。  相似文献
