浅谈强夯块石墩复合地基－－东莞黄江泰安灯饰厂地基处理方案

结合实际工程特点，对强夯块石墩复合地基进行分析探讨，且对它的设计、施工、检测等作了较详细的介绍。     

GFS数值产品对高原机场地面阵性大风的预报检验

利用全球预报系统GFS(Global Forecast System)数值预报资料对2012年11月21日西南地区高原机场一次地面阵性大风天气过程进行预报和分析。对比预报和实况,结果表明:GFS数值预报产品对云南地区高原机场的阵风发生区域、影响时段和持续时间有较好的预报效果;对藏区的拉萨和康定机场强阵风发生情况也有一定的预报效果;但对阵风的极大值有着不同程度的误差。     

Adaptive Control of Helicopter Ground Resonance with Magnetorheological Damper

The methodology for adaptive control of helicopter ground resonance with magnetorheological （MR） damper is presented. The adaptive inverse control method is used to control the output damping force of MR damper and the range of the damping force is given. Through the adaptive inverse control, the damping force of MR damper is fit to a desired damping force. With the background of applying MR damper to control of helicopter ground resonance, a model of loss force and an adaptive arithmetic for stabilization of the coupled rotor/fuselage system are presented. The simulation shows that the controller presented in this paper can stabilize the rotor/fuselage coupling system quickly and control the helicopter ground resonance effectively.     

地空导弹地面设备维修性参数需求分析的途径

目前，在我国的武器装备研制论证中开展维修性需求分析尚在起步。为了从工程实践上寻求地空导弹武器装备维修性参数需求分析的途径，通过调研形成了本文所叙述的分析方法。该方法保证了我军首次在某型复杂地空导弹地面设备研制中的维修性参数需求分析研究的顺利完成。经评审认为该项分析研究，思路清晰，方法科学。     

The management of stray radiation issues in space optical systems

The performance of infrared and submillimeter systems can be severely degraded by stray light. Stray light includes off-axis radiation, system diffraction and scattering effects, and thermal self-emission. The purpose of this paper is to identify several keys to preventing system degradation due to stray radiation. The first key is to apply stray light design rules and analysis techniques early in the program before the design is finalized. A systems level analysis using stray light analysis software is often necessary in order to identify more subtle problems and to assess the magnitude of their effect on system performance. Another key is to address contamination control and the choice of surface coatings early in the program. The management of stray radiation issues is extremely cost-effective, if begun early in the program, and can reduce later schedule hardships.     

双频双星座地基增强系统精度和完好性算法

针对单频单星座地基增强系统（GBAS）无法满足飞机III类精密进近与着陆导航性能需求的问题，提出了将北斗导航卫星系统（BDS）与全球定位系统（GPS）进行融合，构建一种新型的基于GPS/BDS的双频双星座GBAS。首先，分析了GBAS的工作原理，并对Hatch滤波器的误差进行了分析，给出了一种适用于双频GBAS的无码载偏离载波相位平滑伪距算法；然后，对机载完好性算法进行了研究，给出了H0和H1假设下的机载保护级计算方法；最后，进行了系统验证实验，实验结果表明，单星座GBAS不能满足飞机III类精密进近与着陆导航的性能需求，GPS和BDS融合后可见卫星个数得到提升，优化了卫星几何分布，进而使得系统的可用性由80.6081%提升到大于99.9999%。     

神舟3号飞船上太阳辐射测量

2002年3月至9月间，用3台太阳辐照度绝对辐射计(SIAR)组装的太阳常数监测器在神舟3号飞船轨道舱上测量了太阳辐照度．改进了SIAR辐射计的锥腔结构，把电加热丝埋在薄锥腔壁中间，提高了绝对精度．采用了用宽视场辐射计飞船在轨运动中太阳扫过其视场期间进行测量的方法，测量值与美国EOS上ACRIM Ⅲ测量数据的最大偏差在0．2％以内．     

长波定时ASF修正的GIS软件

论述的长波定时ASF修正的GIS软件能快速数字化可视化显示和调用服务区域的地形地理信息、大地电参数和大气折射率等多种数据源。使用此软件可以非常方便容易地用不同模型计算在广阔区域接收到的多个长波信号在各种典型路径上的ASF和地波传播时间延迟,并提高定时精度。     

Ground experimental investigations into an ejected spray cooling system for space closed-loop application

Spray cooling has proved its superior heat transfer performance in removing high heat flux for ground applications.However,the dissipation of vapor–liquid mixture from the heat surface and the closed-loop circulation of the coolant are two challenges in reduced or zero gravity space environments.In this paper,an ejected spray cooling system for space closed-loop application was proposed and the negative pressure in the ejected condenser chamber was applied to sucking the two-phase mixture from the spray chamber.Its ground experimental setup was built and experimental investigations on the smooth circle heat surface with a diameter of 5 mm were conducted with distilled water as the coolant spraying from a nozzle of 0.51 mm orifice diameter at the inlet temperatures of 69.2 °C and 78.2 °C under the conditions of heat flux ranging from 69.76 W/cm~2 to 311.45 W/cm~2,volume flow through the spray nozzle varying from 11.22 L/h to 15.76 L/h.Work performance of the spray nozzle and heat transfer performance of the spray cooling system were analyzed;results show that this ejected spray cooling system has a good heat transfer performance and provides valid foundation for space closed-loop application in the near future.     

多载荷卫星高速信息处理技术研究

在某多载荷卫星数传分系统的信息处理器中，用高级在轨系统(AOS)的部分业务及功能，实现多种信息的交织、合路、纠错、数据传输和数据管理。将解扰和R-S译码2种关键技术，用于信息处理器地面测试系统的信息传输和处理，并设计为IP核，实现了与其他模块的无缝连接。在数据流仿真和高速数据接收中采用了通用化设计，提高了设计效率，减少了设计成本和时间。
