热处理对9 Cr13 Mo3 Co3 Nb2 V组织与硬度的影响

采用金相分析、硬度测试等技术手段,研究热处理对马氏体不锈钢9Cr13Mo3Co3Nb2V组织和硬度的影响。结果表明：9Cr13Mo3Co3Nb2V经淬火、冰冷处理及多次回火后,残余奥氏体充分转变为回火马氏体,并产生较强的二次硬化效果,进而获得稳定的组织和高的硬度;在350℃以上回火时,由于组织中二次碳化物的析出,开始出现二次硬化倾向,至480~520℃时,回火硬度达到了最大值。     

人控交会对接九自由度半物理仿真试验系统设计及验证

以人控交会对接半物理仿真试验需求为背景,提出了可对人控交会对接控制系统单机敏感器性能和控制律设计方案进行仿真验证的人控交会对接九自由度半物理仿真试验系统的设计方法,给出了利用该设计方法对神舟九号飞船人控交会对接控制系统的仿真验证结果.神舟九号飞船与天宫一号目标飞行器首次在轨人控交会对接的工程实践结果表明,人控交会对接九自由度半物理仿真试验系统的设计方法正确.     

Multi-objective output-feedback control for microsatellite attitude control: An LMI approach

Mixed H₂/H_∞ output-feedback controller with pole placement constraints against the internal uncertainty of moment-of-inertia variation and space environmental disturbances is proposed for mircosatellite attitude control. The multi-objective controller is designed based on linear model of attitude dynamics. The H_∞ performance takes into account both robustness stability against moments-of-inertia uncertainty and the disturbance rejection aspect. H₂ performance takes into account the LQG aspect which avoids the undesirable wheels’ saturation effect. In addition, the closed-loop poles can be forced into some sector of the stable half-plane to obtain well-damped transient responses. The problem is then reduced to a convex optimization involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), so it can be efficiently solved. The simulation results demonstrate that the presented mixed H₂/H_∞ control system is robust stable and optimal in the sense of H₂ norm, and has good steady-state and dynamic performances against the parameter uncertainties and various disturbances for the microsatellite attitude control system.     

Performance prediction and flowfield analysis of rotors in hover, using a coupled Euler/boundary layer method

The performance prediction of helicopter in hover is of key importance for manufacturers because hover is a design configuration for the definition of a rotorcraft. A lot of effort has been made for more than 10 years all over the world in order to develop and validate numerical methods based on CFD. An Euler method (WAVES) developed by ONERA and coupled with a boundary layer code (MI3DI) is presented, validated and applied to compute the total performance of rotors with different tip shapes. A new boundary condition for the Euler code has been tested and enables better calculation by eliminating ‘numerical' recirculation. The code has demonstrated its ability to rank two rotors with different planforms in good agreement with experiment. Under industrial requirements new grid strategies have been studied and should allow to reduce CPU time consumption. It is shown that WAVES/MI3DI can be efficiently used in the aerodynamic design process of a new rotor.

9Cr13Ni6Co5Be超硬不锈钢的接触疲劳行为研究

采用推力式接触方式研究了9Cr13Ni6Co5Be钢的接触疲劳性能,获得了不同破坏概率下接触应力与疲劳寿命的关系式,得到了P-S-N曲线。当破坏概率P=0.01,0.05,0.10和0.50时,不同接触应力下的疲劳寿命表达式分别为N=3.0930×1042×S-9.9602、N=2.9196×1039×S-9.0090、N=1.6505×1038×S-8.6133和N=1.0679×1035×S-7.5988,指定疲劳寿命为5×107的疲劳极限分别为S=3112 MPa,3358 MPa,3493 MPa和3950 MPa。     

基于RUP构建Web应用建模方法研究

Oracle9iAS是构建Web应用的理想平台，如何在Omcle9iAS平台上快速、有效地构建和部署Web应用有其内在的复杂性。通过对一个实际Web应用的建模过程，介绍了如何运用基于RUP应用UML，以及Oracle9i JDeveloper构建Web应用的方法。实践证明，在基于RUP以体系结构为中心的建模方法指导下，应用UML丰富的可视化建模元素，可以快速、准确地构建面向对象的Web应用模型。

基于ARM9的机场应急救援拖车同步控制研究

研究了一种机场应急救援拖车的同步电气控制系统。基于ARM—Linux平台．上位机以ARM9为核心，下位机以PLC为核心，使用Qt／Embedded和梯形图完成对上、下位机的GUI和程序设计，上下位机采用485通讯。连接试验模型和控制系统，实现了用遥控器控制机场应急救援拖车同步转向，通过对模型的测试，其可行性已被初步的实验证实.
