介绍了DPA—Switch芯片的外部引脚、内部电路及功能模块；讲解了同步整流电路的基本工作原理。根据DPA—Switch的特性给出了同步整流开关电源的设计方法和具体的设计电路，并对外围电路的设计进行了分析，最后给出了测试结果及设计注意事项。

单片机控制SA8282芯片的三相115V/400Hz交流电源设计

提出了利用PIC16F87X单片机控制SA8282产生SPWM波驱动智能IGBT,以逆变出纯正弦交流电的硬件和软件设计方案.采用数字PID电压调节,提高了稳态输出电压的精度和稳定性.试验结果表明,该电源输出波形良好,性能满足要求.     

Yield anisotropy and tension/compression asymmetry of a Ni3Al based intermetallic alloy

In order to investigate the yielding behavior of the newly developed Ni 3 Al-based intermetallic alloy IC10, yield stresses have been measured in tension and compression with different orientations. The specimens were cut from a sheet with different angles inclined from the solidification direction. The inclined angles were taken to be 0 , 22.5 , 45 , 67.5 and 90 . All experiments were conducted at room temperature except for orientation 0 , whose deformation temperatures ranged from 298 to 1273 K. Experimental results show that the yield strength of alloy IC10 has the anomalous behavior which has been observed for other Ll 2 -long-range ordered intermetallic alloys, but it is less pronounced. The abnormalities show the following characteristics: (i) the yield strength increases as the temperature is raised below the peak temperature, (ii) yield strength anisotropy, (iii) tension/compression asymmetry. Compared to Ni 3 Al single crystals, the polycrystalline exhibits some different yielding behaviors which may be due to the high volume fraction of c phase.     

Effect of creep feed grinding on surface integrity and fatigue life of Ni3Al based superalloy IC10

Ni₃Al-based superalloy IC10 is widely used in high temperature components of aero-engines because of its superior mechanical properties. In this paper, the creep feed grinding properties of IC10 were investigated experimentally. The effects of grinding parameters on the grinding forces and temperature were examined. Moreover, the influences of surface roughness and hardening on the high-cycle fatigue life of IC10 specimens were studied. To control the creep feed grinding parameters and enhance the fatigue life of IC10 components, the experimental results were summarized to offer a useful reference point. It is concluded that, the grinding depth is the most important factor which influencing the grinding forces and temperature; the surface roughness is the main and unfavorable factor on the fatigue life of IC10, while the surface hardening has a positive influence on the fatigue life; to obtain a better surface quality and improve the fatigue life of IC 10, the recommended grinding parameter domain involves wheel speed ∈ [15, 20] m/s, feed rate ∈ [150, 200] mm/min, and grinding depth ∈ [0.4, 0.5] mm.     

高温下IC10合金的动态再结晶特性研究(英文)

为了研究IC10合金的动态再结晶特性,利用MTS809材料测试系统对其在900°C、不同应变率(10-4～10-2s-1)下进行了拉伸试验。试验结果表明:(1)不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线具有类似的特征,并且IC10合金的流变应力对应变率敏感;(2)流变应力、临界应力和临界应变随着应变率的增加而增大。基于TEM和SEM试验IC10合金的力学特性机理。为了描述IC10合金的动态再结晶行为,本文提出了一个新的宏观唯象本构模型。该模型的预测与试验结果比较验证了其有效性。

集成电路测试系统程控直流电源校准技术研究

介绍了集成电路测试系统中程控直流电源的结构、工作原理,分析了影响程控直流电源准确校准的因素,提出采用开尔文连接校准程控直流电源的方法。根据该原理对ASL3000集成电路测试系统进行了校准实验,通过对测量结果的不确定度进行分析,证实了测量结果的准确性和可靠性。     

Comparison of RO tropopause height based on different tropopause determination methods

The tropopause is an important boundary in the Earth’s atmosphere, and has been the subject of close attention from atmosphere and climate researchers. To monitor the global tropopause using radio occultation (RO) data, there are two primary methods, one is the widely used temperature lapse rate method, and the other is the bending angle covariance transform method which is unique to RO data. We use FengYun3-C (FY3C) and Meteorological Operational Satellite Program (MetOp) RO data and European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) operational analysis data to determine differences in RO tropopause height calculated by these two methods. We compute biases of the RO lapse rate tropopause height (LRTH) and the RO bending angle tropopause height (BATH) relative to the ECMWF LRTH. The dependences of the tropopause height biases on tropopause height (TPH) retrieval method, latitude, season and RO mission are investigated. The results indicate that BATH show a consistent 0.8–1.2 km positive bias over the tropics and high latitude regions compared with LRTH, however, over 25° to 40° latitude in both hemisphere, BATH results are less stable. Furthermore, the mean bias between BATH and LRTH displayed a different symmetrical characteristic from 2017.12 to 2018.2 (DJF) compared to 2018.6–2018.8 (JJA). However, except for some bias over Antarctica, the mean value of both LRTH and BATH show a similar tropopause variation, indicating the consistency of both methods.
