在综述电容传感器工作原理和结构特点的基础上,依据传热学原理,提出了用陶瓷作为电容测微仪三层电极绝缘材料的新方法,提高了高频(4 MHz)平面变极间距型电容传感器在高温(700℃)环境下对于熔融态金属液面检测的灵敏度和准确度。通过对大量的动态试验测试数据的分析和计算,建立了电容传感器的输出信号与其相对锡液面的高度之间的对应关系。通过对电容传感器测试系统进行非线性补偿,解决了浮法玻璃在线CVD镀膜反应器相对于锡槽内高温熔融态锡液面位置在线测量的难题。测试结果表明,在熔融态金属锡液上方25 mm的有效量程内,动态测量的误差可达到±0.1 mm,系统工作可靠。  相似文献

For starved-oil or solid lubrication of high-speed instrument angular contact ball bearings, friction heating and wear are the main reasons of bearing failures. This paper presents a dynamic wear simulation model to investigate the impacts of different preload methods and the changes of preload caused by wear on bearing wear life. The integral value QV of stress and sliding velocity in the contact ellipses between a ball and the inner and outer races determines friction heating and wear. The changes of QV with the friction coefficient and the wear volume under constant-force preload and fixed-position preload are analyzed. Results show that under the same initial preload, the QV decreases with an increase of the friction coefficient for both preload methods, and the latter is slightly larger. The wear of the ball and the race is equivalent to the ball diameter reduction. The QV of constant-force preload is almost not changed with a decrease of the ball diameter, but for fixed-position preload, the value decreases firstly and then increases substantially due to insufficient preload, and slipping occurs, the ball diameter is reduced by 0.025%, while the preload is reduced by 60.33%. An estimation of the bearing wear life under different preload methods requires a consideration of the changes in the wear rate of bearing parts.  相似文献

With the consideration of rotation between canopy and payload of parafoil system,a four-degree-of-freedom (4-DOF) longitudinal static model was used to solve parafoil state variables in straight steady flight.The aerodynamic solution of parafoil system was a combination of vortex lattice method (VLM) and engineering estimation method.Based on small disturbance assumption,a 6-DOF linear model that considers canopy additional mass was established with benchmark state calculated by 4-DOF static model.Modal analysis of a dynamic model was used to calculate the stability parameters.This method,which is based on a small disturbance linear model and modal analysis,is high-efficiency to the study of parafoil stability.It is well suited for rapid stability analysis in the preliminary stage of parafoil design.Using this method,this paper shows that longitudinal and lateral stability will both decrease when a steady climbing angle increases.This explains the wavy track of the parafoil observed during climbing.  相似文献

The divergence of horizontal radiation in vegetation canopies is generally considered to be of negligible consequence in algorithms designed for the physically-based interpretation of space borne observations. However, non-zero horizontal radiation balances are likely to occur if the internal variability of a vegetation target and the typical distances that photons may travel horizontally within such three-dimensional (3-D) media extend to spatial scales that are similar to or larger than those of the nominal footprint of the measuring sensor. Detailed radiative transfer simulations in 3-D coniferous forest environments are presented to document the typical distances that photons may travel in such media, and to quantify the impact that the resulting net horizontal fluxes may have with respect to the local and domain-averaged canopy reflectance. Based on these simulations it is possible to identify a fine spatial resolution limit beyond which pixel-based interpretations of remote sensing data over tall forested areas should be avoided because the horizontal radiation transport at the surface may contribute to 10% or more of the measured reflectance signature of the target pixel.  相似文献

The analysis of the passive rotation feature of a micro Flapping Rotary Wing(FRW)applicable for Micro Air Vehicle(MAV) design is presented in this paper. The dynamics of the wing and its influence on aerodynamic performance of FRW is studied at low Reynolds number(~10~3).The FRW is modeled as a simplified system of three rigid bodies: a rotary base with two flapping wings. The multibody dynamic theory is employed to derive the motion equations for FRW. A quasi-steady aerodynamic model is utilized for the calculation of the aerodynamic forces and moments. The dynamic motion process and the effects of the kinematics of wings on the dynamic rotational equilibrium of FWR and the aerodynamic performances are studied. The results show that the passive rotation motion of the wings is a continuous dynamic process which converges into an equilibrium rotary velocity due to the interaction between aerodynamic thrust, drag force and wing inertia. This causes a unique dynamic time-lag phenomena of lift generation for FRW, unlike the normal flapping wing flight vehicle driven by its own motor to actively rotate its wings. The analysis also shows that in order to acquire a high positive lift generation with high power efficiency and small dynamic time-lag, a relative high mid-up stroke angle within 7–15° and low mid-down stroke angle within -40° to -35° are necessary. The results provide a quantified guidance for design option of FRW together with the optimal kinematics of motion according to flight performance requirement.  相似文献

针对多传感器交叉提示多目标连续、高概率探测问题,引入动态联盟思想,提出了多传感器交叉提示多目标探测的动态联盟机制,为解决被提示传感器的选择问题建立了动态联盟的数学模型,提出了对每个目标形成一个动态联盟进行探测求解多个传感器动态联盟的带变异算子的离散粒子群算法。仿真和实验结果表明该算法能够得到更满意的解,优化了系统综合探测概率、总消耗以及所有目标联盟成员总数三种性能,与实际情形要求一致,从而表明了模型的合理性和算法的有效性。
