福建与东盟经贸合作及深化合作的政策建议

东盟是福建省开展进出口贸易、引进外资以及实施走出去战略的重要地区。中国-东盟自由贸易区协议签订后，福建省抓住机遇，积极推进双方在经贸领域的合作，与东盟经贸往来日益密切，东盟已成为福建省重要的经贸合作伙伴。福建省应从实际情况出发，争取在建设中国-东盟自由贸易区的进程中找准位置并发挥作用，主要措施有：（1）充分利用东南亚华商网络，建立福建东盟合作机制；（2）利用中国-东盟自由贸易区的降税进程，努力扩大对东盟的出口；（3）在继续扩大吸收来自东盟外商直接投资的同时，鼓励省内企业开展对东盟投资；（4）发挥福建区位优势，加大与东盟各大港口合作力度；（5）利用优势互补，加大福建与东盟的资源合作力度。     

Challenges of future aircraft propulsion: A review of distributed propulsion technology and its potential application for the all electric commercial aircraft

This paper highlights the role of distributed propulsion technology for future commercial aircraft. After an initial historical perspective on the conceptual aspects of distributed propulsion technology and a glimpse at numerous aircraft that have taken distributed propulsion technology to flight, the focal point of the review is shifted towards a potential role this technology may entail for future commercial aircraft. Technological limitations and challenges of this specific technology are also considered in combination with an all electric aircraft concept, as means of predicting the challenges associated with the design process of a next generation commercial aircraft.

论股份合作制企业的劳动法律关系

本文结合股份合作制企业的特点，系统的分析了股份合作制企业的劳动法律关系的特殊性和这些特殊性产生的根源。文章对实践中股份合作制企业在处理劳动关系的过程中经常出现的问题进行了分析，并且提出了解决问题的建议和思考。     

挠性智能梁的可镇定性

研究采用共位配置的分布式压电敏感器和致动器的挠性悬臂梁的可镇定性问题，给出两种敏感器和致动器分布函数的表达式，并验证它们满足系统可镇定的条件。证明了在其中之一的一种分布函数下，闭环系统是指数稳定的。     

空间开发中的国际合作机制问题

回顾国际空间合作历史及相关问题。以法国国家科学研究中心研究为例，对未来国际空间开发合作机制进行了实验性探讨，分析了俄、美两国空间开发中的不同主张及合作前景。     

京津廊区域金融合作发展的问题研究

随着京津廊经济一体化进程的不断升级，区域金融合作也在快速发展。本文阐述了区域金融合作的主要原因，较全面地分析了京津廊区域金融合作现状，指出了目前京津廊区域金融合作存在的问题并提出了建议。     

A holistic approach to SIM platform and its application to early-warning satellite system

This study proposes a new simulation platform named Simulation Integrated Management (SIM) for the analysis of parallel and distributed systems. The platform eases the process of designing and testing both applications and architectures. The main characteristics of SIM are flexibility, scalability, and expandability. To improve the efficiency of project development, new models of early-warning satellite system were designed based on the SIM platform. Finally, through a series of experiments, the correctness of SIM platform and the aforementioned early-warning satellite models was validated, and the systematical analyses for the orbital determination precision of the ballistic missile during its entire flight process were presented, as well as the deviation of the launch/landing point. Furthermore, the causes of deviation and prevention methods will be fully explained. The simulation platform and the models will lay the foundations for further validations of autonomy technology in space attack-defense architecture research.     

一个DIS实时通讯网络的设计与实现

以一个ＤＩＳ（分布交互仿真）实时网络的设计和开发过程为背景,研究了ＤＩＳ实时网络开发中的几个问题。在进行实时ＤＩＳ网络规划时,采用了多点传送的通讯服务方式,保证每个仿真应用只发送变化的信息,只处理与自身相关的信息。指出了进行数据的实时传输格式定义时应注意的几个问题,这些数据定义必须支持多种不同的操作系统和平台。最后给出了开发ＤＩＳ实时通讯软件的方法,包括通讯协议和应用编程接口的选择。     

分布参数液体管道的分段近似状态空间模型

分别提出了分布参数层流和湍流液体管道的分段近似状态空间模型,模型考虑了稳态摩擦和频率相关摩擦损失两种情况,层流管道的分段近似状态空间模型是线性的,而湍流管道的是非线性的。包括频率相关摩擦损失的模型比只考虑稳态摩擦损失的模型更精确地描述流体管道的瞬变过程,但模型的阶次成倍地增加了。用单根管道阀门关断的水击问题仿真计算对模型进行了验证,采用２个分段的分段近似状态空间模型的计算结果已经与特征线方法的计算结果吻合较好。
