重复使用航天器发展趋势及若干思考

重复使用航天器具有快速、低成本的特性,是自由进出空间的重要技术途径之一。自从２0世纪50年代重复使用航天器的概念被提出以来,历经７０多年,重复使用航天器的研制取得了很大的进步,积累了丰富的经验和教训。基于国内外发展情况,梳理了重复使用航天器的技术路线,深入分析了其发展趋势,从设计、制造、试验、运行维护4个方面探讨了重复使用航天器的特点和难点,并提出了未来重复使用航天器发展的若干思考与建议。     

玻璃熔窑计算机控制的现状和展望

玻璃熔制是一个非常复杂的物理变化、化学反应过程，为了获得高质量的玻璃制品，必须要稳定熔窑热工制度，即习惯上称的“四大稳”。为此整个熔制过程控制分为五个系统：窑温控制系统、窑压控制系统、玻璃液面控制系统、燃烧控制系统以及火焰换向控制系统。目前，自动控制技术对提高玻璃熔窑热效率、降低能耗和稳定生产过程的作用，已充分被人们所认识。本文介绍了玻璃熔窑自动控制的现状，归纳并分析了四大类中小规模计算机控制系统在玻璃行业的应用现状，并对玻璃熔密计算机控制的发展方向。提出了一些看法。     

Recent progress of residual stress measurement methods: A review

Residual stress is one of the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of materials, such as their strength, plasticity and surface integrity. For instance, tensile stress conditions can adversely affect material performance or component life, while compressive stress conditions can improve material fatigue strength. During the processing of integrated aviation structures, machining deformation caused by residual stress has become one of the most prominent manufacturing problems. Therefore, it is very important to measure and evaluate the stress for real applications. This paper reviews the research of residual stress measurement methods over the past five years by classifying them according to the measurement methods appearing in each stage. The existing problems and difficulties of each measurement technology are summarized, and future trends are forecasted. This paper provides a reference for further in-depth study of residual stress measurement technologies.     

国际航空航天紧固件发展现状及趋势研究

随着航空航天工业的发展,紧固件越来越受到业内重视。聚焦世界航空航天工业发展现状及趋势,对国际航空航天工业发展情况、国外航空航天紧固件产业布局、主要供应商情况、发展现状及新产品开发进行叙述。分析了国内航空航天紧固件选材、种类及产品型谱,总结了近些年来国内航空航天紧固件在新产品研发、市场准入、质量控制等方面取得的成绩,对未来国内航空航天紧固件发展情况进行了预测。     

舰载直升机的研究现状与发展趋势

从舰载直升机的发展历史出发,首先给出了舰载直升机的主要使命和任务,并对国外先进舰载直升机主要机型进行梳理和分析,总结了国外舰载直升机的特点;然后,从舰载直升机使用特殊性考虑,详细阐述了其使用环境特点,提出了舰载直升机应具有的特殊要求,即良好的环境适应性和舰机适配性,同时分析给出了舰载直升机的指标要求;最后,通过对舰载直升机发展趋势的探究,提出了国内舰载直升机的发展建议.     

Remote sensing of Earth resources: emerging opportunities for developing countries

Land information from remote sensing satellites contributes substantially to the quality of decision making in development activities. However, participation in space-related activities by developing countries has historically been low in part due to the high costs and advanced technology inputs required. The paper discusses several technological and socio-political trends which now offer increasingly affordable opportunities for developing countries to increase their level of participation in activities related to satellite remote sensing of earth resources. Benefiting from these opportunities requires appropriate encouragement and support from national governments.     

Mapping seasonal trends of electron temperature in the topside ionosphere based on DEMETER data

The diurnal, seasonal and latitudinal variations of the electron temperature in the Earth‘s topside ionosphere during relatively low solar activity period of 2005 – 2008 are investigated. In order to examine seasonal variations and morphology of the topside ionospheric plasma temperature, CNES micro-satellite DEMETER ISL data are used. Presented study is oriented on the dataset gathered in 2005 and 2008. Within conducted analysis, global maps of electron temperature for months of equinoxes and solstices have been developed. Furthermore, simultaneous studies on two-dimensional time series based on DEMETER measurements and predictions obtained with the IRI-2012 model supply examination of the topside ionosphere during recent deep solar minimum. Comparison with the IRI-2012 model reveals discrepancies between data and prediction, that are especially prominent during the periods of very low solar activity.
