A common necessity for prior unsupervised domain adaptation methods that can improve the domain adaptation in unlabeled target domain dataset is access to source domain dataset and target domain dataset simultaneously. However, data privacy makes it not always possible to access source domain dataset and target domain dataset in actual industrial equipment simultaneously, especially for aviation component like Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) whose dataset are often not shareable due to the data copyright and confidentiality. To address this problem, this paper proposes a source free unsupervised domain adaptation framework for EMA fault diagnosis. The proposed framework is a combination of feature network and classifier. Firstly, source domain datasets are only applied to train a source model. Secondly, the well-trained source model is transferred to target domain and classifier is frozen based on source domain hypothesis. Thirdly, nearest centroid filtering is introduced to filter the reliable pseudo labels for unlabeled target domain dataset, and finally, supervised learning and pseudo label clustering are applied to fine-tune the transferred model. In comparison with several traditional unsupervised domain adaptation methods, case studies based on low- and high-frequency monitoring signals on EMA indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

The Radial Basis Function (RBF) method with data reduction is an effective way to perform mesh deformation. However, for large deformations on meshes of complex aerodynamic configurations, the efficiency of the RBF mesh deformation method still needs to be further improved to fulfill the demand of practical application. To achieve this goal, a multistep RBF method based on a multilevel subspace RBF algorithm is presented to further improve the efficiency of the mesh deformation method in this research. A whole deformation is divided into a series of steps, and the supporting radius is adjusted in accordance with the maximal displacement error. Furthermore, parallel computing is applied to the interpolation to enhance the efficiency. Typical deformation problems of the NASA Common Research Model (CRM) configuration, the DLR-F6 wing-body-nacelle-pylon configuration, and the DLR-F11 high-lift configuration are tested to verify the feasibility of this method. Test results show that the presented multistep RBF mesh deformation method is efficient and robust in dealing with large deformation problems over complex geometries. 相似文献

We investigate the geomagnetic field variations recorded by INTERMAGNET geomagnetic observatories, which are observed while the Moon’s umbra or penumbra passed over them during a solar eclipse event. Though it is generally considered that the geomagnetic field can be modulated during solar eclipses, the effect of the solar eclipse on the observed geomagnetic field has proved subtle to be detected. Instead of exploring the geomagnetic field as a case study, we analyze 207 geomagnetic manifestations acquired by 100 geomagnetic observatories during 39 solar eclipses occurring from 1991 to 2016. As a result of examining a pattern of the geomagnetic field variation on average, we confirm that the effect can be seen over an interval of 180?min centered at the time of maximum eclipse on a site of a geomagnetic observatory. That is, demonstrate an increase in the Y component of the geomagnetic field and decreases in the X component and the total strength of the geomagnetic field. We also find that the effect can be overwhelmed, depending more sensitively on the level of daily geomagnetic events than on the level of solar activity and/or the phase of solar cycle. We have demonstrated it by dividing the whole data set into subsets based on parameters of the geomagnetic field, solar activity, and solar eclipses. It is suggested, therefore, that an evidence of the solar eclipse effect can be revealed even at the solar maximum, as long as the day of the solar eclipse is magnetically quiet. 相似文献
