基于解线调处理的高速运动目标ISAR距离像补偿

分析了高速运动目标的逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)回波信号模型和目标高速运动对ISAR信号处理的影响。结果表明,目标高速运动会导致目标一维距离像的畸变和二维像的模糊。从通过补偿回波信号的调频斜率来补偿高速运动目标距离像的思路出发,提出了一种基于解线调处理的高速运动目标ISAR距离像补偿算法。该算法采用解线调处理谱包络最小Shannon熵准则进行参数估计,可解决在常规的幅度最大准则下参数估计性能恶化的问题。此外,距离像补偿算法中还用突变误差消除和最小二乘拟合处理以进一步提高参数估计精度。仿真结果表明该距离像补偿算法的有效性。     

伪随机码测距系统的双环路相关装置与浮动门限判决法

本相关装置和浮动门限判决法是在“阿波罗”系统的基础上改制而成的。比较适用于音—码混合测距系统。与“阿波罗”系统比,相关损耗降低6dB。浮动门限判决法与“阿波罗”系统的最大似然法比较,结构极其简单,使用效果很好。     

Constraints on a hadronic model for unidentified off-plane galactic gamma-ray sources

Recently the H.E.S.S. collaboration announced the detection of an unidentified gamma-ray source with an off-set from the galactic plane of 3.5°: HESS J1507-622. If the distance of the object is larger than about one kpc it would be physically located outside the galactic disk. The density profile of the ISM perpendicular to the galactic plane, which acts as target material for hadronic gamma-ray production, drops quite fast with increasing distance. This fact places distance dependent constraints on the energetics and properties of off-plane gamma-ray sources like HESS J1507-622 if a hadronic origin of the gamma-ray emission is assumed. For the case of this source it is found that there seems to be no simple way to link this object to the remnant of a stellar explosions.     

天线紧缩场测试技术研究

针对紧缩场应用初期,新技术使用过程中遇到的问题及积累的试验经验,文章介绍了我国首个整星级天线紧缩场测试成果,提出了应用紧缩场测试技术所需注意的方面和关键环节,并进行了紧缩场测试技术与传统远场测试技术的比较等,为今后紧缩场试验技术研究与应用发挥一定的作用。     

WMAP extragalactic point sources as potential Space VLBI calibrators

The point source list of the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) is a uniform, all-sky catalogue of bright sources with flux density measurements at high (up to 94 GHz) radio frequencies. We investigated the five-year WMAP list to compile a new catalogue of bright and compact extragalactic radio sources to be potentially studied with Very Long Baseline Interferometry at millimeter wavelengths (mm-VLBI) and Space VLBI (SVLBI). After comparing the WMAP data with the existing mm-VLBI catalogues, we sorted out the yet unexplored sources. Using the 41, 61 and 94 GHz WMAP flux densities, we calculated the spectral indices. By collecting optical identifications, lower-frequency radio flux densities and VLBI images from the literature, we created a list of objects which have not been investigated with VLBI at 86 GHz before. With total flux density at least 1 Jy and declination above −40°, we found 37 suitable new targets. It is a nearly 25% addition to the known mm-VLBI sources. Such objects are also potentially useful as phase-reference calibrators for the future Japanese SVLBI mission ASTRO-G at its highest observing frequency (43 GHz). The phase-referencing capability of ASTRO-G would allow long integrations and hence better sensitivity for observing faint target sources close to suitable phase calibrators in the sky.     

定位与测速数据融合估计弹道稳定性与精度分析

基于Kalman滤波思想，利用增加观测矩阵秩的方法，讨论了轨道重建时测速数据对系统稳定性的影响；以一个仿真计算结果，说明了测速数据对提高处理精度的作用。文中结论证明，增加测速数据是提高系统稳定性和数据处理精度的主要途径之一。     

国内外频率标准发展现状

时间频率在国家经济建设、科学研究、国家安全具有十分重要的意义。本文介绍了国内外高稳晶振、铷原子频率标准、守时型氢原子频率标准和铯原子频率标准、微型相干布局囚禁原子钟、低温蓝宝石微波源和超稳激光微波源以及铯原子喷泉钟的国内外发展情况、技术指标等。铷原子频率标准打破国外垄断，为北斗导航系统提供高精度的时间基准，守时型氢原子频率标准和铯原子频率标准已实现工程化，但日频率稳定度和日频率漂移率指标有待进一步提高，铯喷泉基准方面已接近国际先进水平，新型原子频标发展方兴未艾。     

USB测距测速数据误差建模和评估

统一S波段（UnifiedS-band,USB）系统是目前中国载人航天和月球探测任务的主要测控网。文章对中国USB系统的测距测速数据的误差构成进行了详细分析,给出了传播媒介、相位中心偏差、时标偏差、通道时延以及卫星星历误差的修正模型,并通过对实测数据的残差分析,对目前中国USB测量数据的精度进行了评估,给出了USB测距和测速数据的实际精度。最后,针对目前USB数据的处理和应用情况,提出了数据处理上需注意的一些问题。文章的结论对今后改善中国USB系统的测定轨精度具有一定的参考价值。     

RCS测试系统几何量参数综合校准技术研究

本文针对RCS测试系统的计量需求,阐述了RCS测试系统几何量参数校准技术研究情况。围绕雷达反射面型面参数、设备空间几何位置参数、定标体几何参数的有限目标开展了校准技术研究,研制了RCS测试系统的几何参数综合校准系统,并在国内几个典型的RCS测试系统进行了应用验证,初步建立了RCS测试系统几何量参数量值溯源体系,为国内RCS测试系统的量值统一、数据准确打下了坚实的技术基础。     

A refined design method for precoolers with consideration of multi-parameter variations based on low-dimensional analysis

The precooler is a distinctive component of precooled air-breathing engines but constitutes a challenge to conventional thermal design methods. The latter are based upon assumptions that often reveal to be limited for precooler design.
