对Cr含量变化对非晶态(Fe_(0.5)Ni_(0.5))_(80-x)Cr_xP_(14)B_6(x=0,1,2,3,4,6,10)合金薄带样品的内禀磁性和热稳定性进行了研究。对所得的随着Cr含量增加,样品的磁性原子的平均磁矩(?)和居里温度T_c的减少,热稳定性的提高等结果进行了讨论。当Cr含量x=4at%时,样品表现出一些特殊性质;而当x>4at%和<4at%时,样品的磁性和热稳定性的变化不尽相同。 相似文献

本文对近十年来国际上非晶态合金传感器的发展进行了综合评述。其中讨论了用于传感器的非晶态合金的特性,构成传感器的要素,介绍了非晶态合金传感器的分类、结构形式、实例及若干应用。按所利用的合金的磁致伸缩特性和物理效应把非晶态合金传感器分成5类:(1)利用零磁致伸缩合金制作的传感器;(2)利用超声传播效应的传感器;(3)利用应力-磁效应的传感器;(4)利用大巴克好森效应和迈悌欧锡斯效应的传感器;(5)利用电阻-应变等等其他物理效应的传感器。 相似文献

航空铝合金铣削加工中切削力的数值模拟研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
为了弥补当前斜角切削数值模拟多采用直线刀刃的不足,结合立铣加工的实际情况,提出了适合立铣加工的螺旋齿单刃斜角切削有限元模型,进而对航空铝合金7050-T7451进行了铣削加工切削力的数值模拟研究,得到了切削力值。通过铣削力实验测得了同样切削条件下的铣削力值,数值模拟结果与实验值比较吻合,从而证明所建立的有限元模型是正确的,可用于预报铣削力值。铣削加工切削力的数值模拟研究为航空铝合金切削加工的工艺参数优化、刀具的合理选择及其优化设计奠定了基础,同时也为进一步有效控制整体结构件的加工变形提供了新的研究手段。 相似文献

Ti2AlNb合金(O相)具有高的比强度、断裂韧性以及优良的抗蠕变性能,因而在航空制造中成为一种颇具吸引力的高温结构材料.但是,较差的耐磨性是其主要的缺陷并限制其实际应用.为解决这一问题,对Ti2AlNb合金进行双层辉光等离子表面渗Mo.探讨主要工艺参数对Mo的扩散行为的影响.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和辉光放电光谱仪(GDS)分析表面合金化层的成分分布和微观结构.测定从表面到中心的显微硬度变化曲线.结果表明温度与时间均对扩散过程具有显著的影响.最后通过回归分析计算出在优化的工艺温度980℃下的扩散系数. 相似文献

For a long time, chromate incorporated conversion coatings have been drawn special attention in corrosion protection of air-craft-used aluminum alloys. However,ever-increasing environmental pressures requires that non-chromate conversion coatings be developed because of the detrimental carcinogenic effects of the chromate compounds. In recent years, the sol-gel coatings doped with inhibitors were developed to replace chromate conversion coatings, and showed real promise. A sol-gel coating was prepared and its anti-corrosion behavior was investigated using the potentiodynamic scanning (PDS) and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is found that the sol-gel coating obtained by the hydrolysis and condensation of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) and tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) is prone to form defects if cured at the room temperature, whereas if cured at a higher temperature (100 ℃), these flaws can be avoided. Furthermore, it can be seen that addition of anti-foam agents and surfactants will reduce the faults if cured at the room temperature. Effects of the corrosion inhibitors, CeCl3 and mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), in the sol-gel coatings on 2024-T3 aluminum alloy were also investigated. Results show that the corrosion resistance of the sol-gel coatings containing CeCl3 proves to be better than that of the pure and MBT added sol-gel coatings by the electrochemical methods. 相似文献

The corrosion behavior of the nitinol alloy was studied in various corrosion media of different Cl^- ion concentrations. The results demonstrate that the Cl^- ion concentration has significant influences on the corrosion behavior of the nitinol alloy. In order to enhance the corrosion resistance, protective films were generated on the surface of the nitinol alloy by means of the electrochemical passivation method, for which five different electrolytic solutions were investigated. The surface analysis indicates full growth of all samples passivated in the different electrolytic solutions with layers, however, showing different morphological features. Without any defects like micro-cracks and pores, the surface of the samples passivated in the molybdate solution turns out smoother and denser than those passivated in other solutions. It is shown that the electro-chemical passivation will reduce Ni content but increase Ti content in the surface, reaching the Mole ratio of Ti:Ni = 9.01:1 on the outermost surface. Potentiodynamic polarization test demonstrates that the samples electrochemically passivated in the molybdate solution present a significant increase in breakdown potential due to titanium enrichment on the outermost surface. 相似文献

The microstructures, the phase transformation characteristics, and the mechanical properties of the Ti50Ni47Fe3 alloy in as-forged and as-cross-rolled states were investigated. It is found that, after cross-rolling, the phase transformation temperature (Ms) of the alloy decreases drastically and the grains get refined. Moreover, its yield strength and fracture strength after cross-rolling hit 540 MPa and 687 MPa respectively, up by about 200 MPa over those in as-forged state. 相似文献

Deformation behavior of the Mg-8 wt%Li alloy at high strain rate was studied by means of the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (with strain rate of 10^3 s^-1). It is found that shear localization proves to be the main damage mode for the alloy during dynamic loading. Strain and strain rate arc the two necessary parameters affecting the occurrence of deformation and shear bands. Deformation bands begin to form when the strain and strain rate reach 0.20 and 1 900 s^-1 respectively and will develop gradually with the strain rate increasing. Besides, deformation bands will transform into shear bands when the strain and strain rate reach above 0.25 and 3 500 s^-1 separately. 相似文献

钛合金以其良好的性能成为现代飞行器的重要材料,但其成形工艺性能较差,因此,对其进行翻边成形性能的研究就显得十分必要。在室温下采用厚度为0.8mm、中心有预制孔的TC2M圆板坯料进行了钛合金薄板圆孔翻边成形试验,试验中发现翻边试件卸载时发生突缘平面翘曲、翻边孔口部椭圆化、口部收缩等现象。文中对这些特异现象进行了详细的描述,并给出了理论上的分析和解释。 相似文献
