This paper presents a novel sizing and optimization approach for the emerging series-hybrid unmanned convertiplane, which can be used to translate the top-level design requirements into the design parameters corresponding to the optimal power supply strategy and minimum total takeoff weight. The method comprehensively considers the design constraints in the rotor, fixed-wing, and transition modes, and pays special attention to the characteristic response of Series Hybrid Electric System (S-HES) in complex application scenarios, especially the coupling of battery power, energy, and state-of-charge under high-power discharge conditions, the variation of fuel economy, and the adjustment of power supply strategy. With proposed method, it’s possible to rapidly explore the design space in the initial design stage and find out the optimal design results with high confidence. A case study was proposed to verify the approach. The results reveal the particularity of convertiplane in terms of power requirements, and prove the necessity to consider detailed S-HES characteristic responses during parameter determination. The optimal design parameters were obtained through the hybrid control parameter optimization, which verified the effectiveness of proposed method. Possible errors and corresponding correction methods were also presented.  相似文献

Propeller aircraft are widely used in general aviation. The rotating propeller has a strong effect on the aerodynamic performance of the wing. This paper uses an actuator disc to model the effect of the propeller. A wing optimization method is developed with the actuator disc method. Several wing optimizations with different slipstream settings are studied. The twist angle and airfoils of the wing are used as the design variables. The results show that the propeller slipstream and slipstream directions have a strong influence on the optimization process. Powered-on optimization with a slipstream can obtain better drag reduction results than unpowered optimization. The drag decomposition results show that most of the drag reduction comes from the form drag reduction. The symmetric “inboard-up” slipstream configuration is found to have the highest lift-to-drag ratios, which are 18.87 for the twist angle optimization and 19.15 for the airfoil optimization.  相似文献

With the wide application of electronic hardware in aircraft such as air-to-ground communication, satellite communication, positioning system and so on, aircraft hardware is facing great secure pressure. Focusing on the secure problem of aircraft hardware, this paper proposes a supervisory control architecture based on secure System-on-a-Chip (SoC) system. The proposed architecture is attack-immune and trustworthy, which can support trusted escrow application and Dynamic Integrity Measurement (DIM) without interference. This architecture is characterized by a Trusted Monitoring System (TMS) hardware isolated from the Main Processor System (MPS), a secure access channel from TMS to the running memory of the MPS, and the channel is unidirectional. Based on this architecture, the DIM program running on TMS is used to measure and call the Lightweight Measurement Agent (LMA) program running on MPS. By this method, the Operating System (OS) kernel, key software and data of the MPS can be dynamically measured without disturbance, which makes it difficult for adversaries to attack through software. Besides, this architecture has been fully verified on FPGA prototype system. Compared with the existing systems, our architecture achieves higher security and is more efficient on DIM, which can fully supervise the running of application and aircraft hardware OS.  相似文献

舰载飞机与岸基飞机相比,对全机电线电缆的选用提出了新的要求。根据舰载飞机服役的环境和技术要求,重点在于海洋环境对航空电线电缆的特殊耐受性要求,以及飞机自身对减重所提出的最大化可能性,结合航空电线电缆的国内外发展现状,提出舰载飞机全机电线电缆的选用方案,即常温区选用辐照交联ETFE绝缘电线电缆、高温区选用光滑无缝绕包PI/PTFE复合绝缘电线电缆、供电系统优选PFA绝缘挤出型电线、总线系统和高频信号传输选用FC光纤总线及发泡PTFE绝缘同轴电缆。该方案的最大优点在于将航空电线电缆的电性能、减重要求及耐海洋环境的特殊要求做到最大限度的结合,同时,对国内航空电线电缆的研发、制造技术水平亦具有深远的影响意义。  相似文献

To efficiently and fully utilize aircraft carrier resources, an optimization model is presented to deal with parameter matching between aircraft and carrier in the process of aircraft catapult launch. Based on carrier aircraft longitudinal dynamic equations and theorem of kinetic energy in catapult launch course, the work characteristics of different forces are learned and a theory model of parameter matching is deduced. In view of the uncertainty of the model parameters of the theory model and the low matching accuracy of the approximate model, an optimization model of parameter matching is introduced in line with the structure of theory model and the approximate model and is generated by the proposed immune genetic algorithm. Compared with the original genetic algorithm and immune algorithm, the proposed algorithm has better calculation accuracy and convergence. The calculation results show that the optimization model occupies certain application value of engineering estimation from the comparison with the relevant literature data and has higher precision than the approximate models. The validity of the proposed approach is verified with numerical case study on a carrier based aircraft.  相似文献

提出了一种基于TMS320 LF2407A DSP的航空发动机智能转速传感器。设计了转速信号处理电路、显示电路、数字信号处理(DSP)与控制器局域网(CAN)总线接口电路和电源电路。提出采用动态分频技术的转速测量方法,并分析了其在2407A DSP上的实现,提高了转速测量的精度。实验结果表明该智能转速传感器功能强大、实时性好、精度可达0.01%,可应用于航空发动机分布式控制系统中。  相似文献

介绍了人工神经网络专家系统在航空涡轮风扇发动机故障诊断上的应用。通过一个高涵道比涡扇发动机故障诊断的实例分析, 验证了三层逆传播网络的可行性。非常令人鼓舞的诊断结果证明:神经网络的模糊联想特点、分布存储和并行处理能力以及对随机误差的抑制作用, 使其成为一个有效的和快速的方法。它有很好的应用前景, 并可广泛用于航空发动机的故障诊断。   相似文献
