减速是航天飞行器必须面对的问题。充气气囊减速方案利用柔性编织材料外加涂层方式构成气囊,利用气体发生器快速产生高压气体,集防热、减速和着陆减振功能于一体,重量轻、成本低、适用范围广、可靠性高。设计了满足减速需求的气囊外形,利用数值求解NS方程和工程计算方法进行了气动力的预测和比较分析,利用六自由度动力学模型与气动力的耦合计算,对减速效果进行了计算与分析,并对热环境、温度场、应力、热应力及变形进行了计算,还对分离不确定性进行了研究。地面引导性风洞试验和理论分析表明,充气气囊减速方案具有十分明确的减速效果和优点,可用于未来航天飞行器实现减速飞行目的的技术方案。  相似文献

针对未来低运行成本、可直接水平起降、重复使用的大型天地往返运输系统平台飞行器研制所需重点解决的全速域气动力性能需求与气动热防护匹配等难题,分析了典型航天飞机方案所存在的能量运行缺陷等主要问题及可能的改善方案。基于放宽气动热防护设计、涡轮/冲压/火箭发动机三动力组合、嵌套式旋转机翼全速域变体、在爬升阶段将飞行动能转化为高度势能以及再入阶段“跳跃式”盘旋减速飞行轨迹控制等设计思想,从能量损失速率控制和回收利用等角度出发,开展了一种新型大型天地往返运输系统平台气动布局概念设计研究。全速域气动力/热性能工程估算以及内/外流整体气动效能初步分析结果表明,该方案可有效满足整个飞行包线内的升重平衡需求,相比航天飞机方案具有显著的整体气动效能优势,值得进一步开展深入研究。  相似文献

Continuously rotating detonation engine (CRDE) is a focus for concern in the field of aerospace propulsion. It has several advantages, including one-initiation, high thermal efficiency and simple structure. Due to these characteristics, it is expected to bring revolutionary advance-ments to aviation and aerospace propulsion systems and now has drawn much attention throughout the world. In this paper, an overview of the development of CRDE is given from several aspects:basic concepts, applications, experimental studies, numerical simulations, and so on. Representative results and outstanding contributions are summarized and the unresolved issues for further engi-neering applications of CRDE are provided.  相似文献

The huge and rapid progress in electric drives offers new opportunities to improve the performances of aircraft at all levels:fuel burn,environmental footprint,safety,integration and production,serviceability,and maintainability.Actuation for safety-critical applications like flight-controls,landing gears,and even engines is one of the major consumers of non-propulsive power.Conventional actuation with centralized hydraulic power generation and distribution and control of power by throttling has been well established for decades,but offers a limited potential of evolution.In this context,electric drives become more and more attractive to remove the natural drawbacks of conventional actuation and to offer new opportunities for improving performance.This paper takes the stock,at both the signal and power levels,of the evolution of actuation for safety-critical applications in aerospace.It focuses on the recent advances and the remaining chal lenges to be taken toward full electrical actuation for commercial and military aircraft,helicopters,and launchers.It logically starts by emphasizing the specificity of safety-critical actuation for aero space.The following section addresses in details the evolution of aerospace actuation from mechanically-signaled and hydraulically-supplied to all electric,with special emphasis on research and development programs and on solutions entered into service.Finally,the last section reviews the challenges to be taken to generalize the use of all-electric actuators for future aircraft programs.  相似文献

In this paper, we described the Comprehensive AeroSpace Index (CASI), a financial index aimed at representing the economic performance of the aerospace industry. CASI is build upon a data set of approximately 20 years of daily close prices set, from January 1987 to June 2007, from a comprehensive sample of leading aerospace-related companies with stocks negotiated on the New York Exchange (NYSE) and on the over-the-counter (OTC) markets. We also introduced the sub-indices CASI-AERO, for aeronautical segment, and CASI-SAT, for satellite segment, and considered the relation between them. These three indices are compared to others aerospace indices and to more traditional general financial indices like DJIA, S&P500 and Nasdaq. Our results have shown that the CASI is an index that describes very well the aerospace sector behavior, since it is able to reflect the aeronautical segment comportment as well as the satellite one. Therefore, in this sense, it can be considered as a representative index of the aerospace sector. Moreover, the creation of two sub-indices, the CASI-AERO and the CASI-SAT, allows to elucidate capital movements within the aerospace sector, particularly those of speculative nature, like the dot.com bubble and crash of 1998–2001.  相似文献

By integrating topology optimization and lattice-based optimization, a novel multi-scale design method is proposed to create solid-lattice hybrid structures and thus to improve the mechanical performance as well as reduce the structural weight. To achieve this purpose, a two-step procedure is developed to design and optimize the innovative structures. Initially, the classical topology optimization is utilized to find the optimal material layout and primary load carrying paths. Afterwards, the solid-lattice hybrid structures are reconstructed using the finite element mesh based modeling method. And lattice-based optimization is performed to obtain the optimal cross-section area of the lattice structures. Finally, two typical aerospace structures are optimized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed optimization framework. The numerical results are quite encouraging since the solid-lattice hybrid structures obtained by the presented approach show remarkably improved performance when compared with traditional designs.  相似文献
