Effects of the Fabrication Processes of NC-Si： H Films on Their Mechanical Properties

Studies of nanoindentation were performed on nc-Si：H films to evaluate the effects of the fabrication processes on their mechanical properties. It is observed that with the decrease of the SiH4 contents, the grain size of the films increases gradually, and as does the crystalline volume fraction. The smaller the grains become, the more homogeneous the films, and the more even the hardness as well as the modulus will be. The hardness and the modulus will increase with the substrate＇s temperature rising. The hardness and the modulus of the nc-Si：H films on the Si substrate prove to be higher than those on the glass substrate given the same technology parameters. How- ever, the films on the glass substrate appear to be more homogeneous.

Experimental study of partially-cured Z-pins reinforced foam core composites：K-Cor sandwich structures

This paper presents an experimental study of a novel K-Cor sandwich structure rein- forced with partially-cured Z-pins. The influence of pultrusion processing parameters on Z-pins characteristics was studied and the effect of Z-pins on mechanical properties was disclosed. Differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and optical microscopy （OM） methods were employed to determine the curing degree of as-prepared Z-pins and observe the implanted Z-pins in the K-Cor structure. These partially-cured Z-pins were treated with a stronger bonding link between face sheets and the foam core by means of a hot-press process, thereby decreasing burrs and cracking defects when the Z-pins were implanted into the Rohacell foam core. The results of the out-of-plane tensile tests and the climbing drum peel （CDP） tests showed that K-Cor structures exhibited superior mechanical performance as compared to X-Cor and blank foam core. The observed results of failure modes revealed that an effective bonding link between the foam core and face sheets that was provided from partially-cured Z-pins contributed to the enhanced mechan- ical performances of K-Cor sandwich structures.     

先进缝合预制件/RTM成型工艺制备新型飞机结构

虽然复合材料在航空行业的使用率越来越高,但复合材料的使用却不一定具有系统性。因此,在使用复合材料之前,经过有力的论证是必不可免的。使用大量采用了结构缝合技术和非密实的预制件,设计和制造了整体的飞机结构和无紧固件连接结构。这都将大量减少了装配工具的使用,加快了装配效率,并且降低了重量。相对于传统的复合材料,该结构不但减少了腐蚀问题以及维修问题,并且还降低了成本。     

航天标准紧固件研究与检测中心组织召开航天型号用紧固件复验检测工作研讨会

自1999年航天行业强制性标准QJ3112《航天产品用标准紧固件入厂(所)复验规定》颁布实施以来,航天两大集团公司各检测机构受型号委托开展了紧固件的复验检测工作,为保证航天型号用紧固件的质量起到了     

对螺纹概念和螺纹紧固件连接画法的探讨

本文结合教学和工程应用实际，对制图教材和现行国家标准中关于螺纹的牙型、中径概念，螺钉、螺柱紧固件装配画法等问题进行了分析，提出了个人观点。旨在使国家标准和工程图学学科的概念更清楚，以利于发挥标准在工程实践中的指导作用。     

2010年新版螺栓、螺钉和螺柱机械性能国家标准简析

对比分析2010年最新修订发布的GB/T 3098.1《紧固件机械性能螺栓、螺钉和螺柱》国家标准,指出新版标准与旧版标准和国际标准的主要差异,并对该标准的名称以及年代号的表示方法提出看法。     

飞机复合材料构件成本问题的技术分析及改进措施

复合材料构件的大量采用对减轻飞机重量、降低燃油消耗、延长飞机维修周期,以及改善飞机性能方面作用显著.但是其发展也受到了一定的限制,主要原因是技术问题和成本问题.
