浅析高职英语分层次教学——长沙航空职业技术学院英语教学改革个案分析

结合高职高专院校英语教学现状,以长沙航空职业技术学院为例,提出“分层次教学”是一条高职英语教学改革的特色之路,并对高职高专院校开展分层式教学进行了探讨。     

高职新生英语学习适应与学习策略的转变

通过对高职新生入学后英语学习适应调查结果的分析研究,探讨普遍存在的新生适应不良问题。高职新生必须在英语学习策略上做出改变,第一是学习观念与习惯的改变;第二是通过活动转变被动局面;第三是评价方式的改变。英语学习策略的转变有助于新生尽快适应高职英语学习。     

Driving major solar flares and eruptions: A review

This review focuses on the processes that energize and trigger M- and X-class solar flares and associated flux-rope destabilizations. Numerical modeling of specific solar regions is hampered by uncertain coronal-field reconstructions and by poorly understood magnetic reconnection; these limitations result in uncertain estimates of field topology, energy, and helicity. The primary advances in understanding field destabilizations therefore come from the combination of generic numerical experiments with interpretation of sets of observations. These suggest a critical role for the emergence of twisted flux ropes into pre-existing strong field for many, if not all, of the active regions that produce M- or X-class flares. The flux and internal twist of the emerging ropes appear to play as important a role in determining whether an eruption will develop predominantly as flare, confined eruption, or CME, as do the properties of the embedding field. Based on reviewed literature, I outline a scenario for major flares and eruptions that combines flux-rope emergence, mass draining, near-surface reconnection, and the interaction with the surrounding field. Whether deterministic forecasting is in principle possible remains to be seen: to date no reliable such forecasts can be made. Large-sample studies based on long-duration, comprehensive observations of active regions from their emergence through their flaring phase are needed to help us better understand these complex phenomena.     

不确定混沌系统的变论域直接自适应模糊滑模控制

提出了一种用于不确定混沌系统的变论域自学习模糊滑模控制方法.引入变论域自适应模糊控制器逼近滑模控制的等效控制,消除因系统不确定性及干扰导致的等效控制无法准确确定,同时使控制器设计不依赖被控对象的精确数学模型.基于李雅普诺夫函数给出规则参数调整的自适应率,并确定滑模切换控制项以保证闭环控制系统的稳定性.根据滑模控制原理给出4条模糊规则以平滑不连续控制,实现高烦抖振削弱.某Lorenz混沌系统控制仿真结果表明:该法对系统参数突变和外部干扰具强鲁棒性,同时削弱了抖振.     

元认知策略在高职英语写作教学中的应用

通过对高职学生进行以元认知策略训练为基础的英语任务写作教学实验研究,得出该教学方法有助于提高学生的写作能力和教学效果的结论。     

企业的知识管理及其措施探讨

知识经济时代已经到来,适应知识经济的企业管理方式正从工业社会的生产管理向知识管理和创新管理转变。笔者对企业知识管理的概念进行了分析,并探讨企业进行知识管理的具体措施。     

航空机电系统技术发展综述

文中总结了国际航空机电系统技术研究现状,以美国为代表的国际先进飞机研发体系,将机电系统技术提升至与飞机平台技术并重的地位,将综合推进、能源与热管理技术列为核心技术领域,持续开展了MEA、INVENT、INPPAT、AVEM、NGT-PAC等一系列面向机电领域的重大技术专项和演示验证计划;梳理了系统架构综合化、能源利用多电化、能量管理高效化的机电系统技术发展趋势;展开了机电系统技术研发思考,提出了强化机电系统技术发展规律和需求认识、升级机电系统技术基础研究,和仿真验证能力是引领机电系统技术发展的2个关键方向。     

Observations of the local interstellar medium with the Extreme Ultraviolet Explorer

Because of the strong absorption of extreme ultraviolet radiation by hydrogen and helium, almost every observation with the Extreme Ultraviolet Explorer (EUVE) satellite is affected by the diffuse clouds of neutral gas in the local interstellar medium (LISM). This paper reviews some of the highlights of the EUVE results on the distribution and physical state of the LISM and the implications of these results with respect to the interface of the LISM and the heliosphere. The distribution of sources found with the EUVE all-sky surveys shows an enhancement in absorption toward the galactic center. Individual spectra toward nearby continuum sources provide evidence of a greater ionization of helium than hydrogen in the Local Cloud with an mean ratio of H I/He I of 14.7. The spectral distribution of the EUV stellar radiation field has been measured, which provides a lower limit to local H II and He II densities, but this radiation field alone cannot explain the local helium ionization. A combination of EUVE measurements of H I, He I, and He II columns plus the measurement of the local He I density with interplanetary probes can place constraints on the local values of the H I density outside the heliosphere to lie between 0.15 and 0.34 cm^–3 while the H II density ranges between 0.0 and 0.14 cm^–3. The thermal pressure (P/k = nT) of the Local Cloud is derived to be between 1700 and 2300 cm^–3 K, a factor of 2 to 3 above previous estimates.     

应用微机校定三相变压器的联结组及标号

三相变压的联结组标号对其正常运行极为重要，必须校定，而目前变还缺少全面快捷的校定方法和设备。本文介绍采用微机系统来实现联结组桔的校定，首先把四类联结组差别区分开，然后分析指出同一类联结组中，除有六种正序标号外，存在六种逆序标号，提出用新的筛选法能简捷地判别校定同一类的十二种标号，当微机系统进行实际测试时，必须考虑电源电压三相不对称程序的影响，故经数学推导得出用实测计算值代替理想计算值作判别比较的基     

财务杠杆的使用条件研究及其与营业杠杆组合的效应分析

本文在阐述财务杠杆一般原理的基础上，对财务杠杆的使用条件进行了深入研究。结合量本利分析给出了财务杠杆所要求的最低生产规模。系统分析了财务杠杆和营业杠杆复合作用下股份盈利模型的使用条件及应用价值。
