复合材料层板低速冲击剩余强度的研究 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
针对复合材料层板受低速冲击后的剩余压缩强度问题进行分析计算,把冲击破坏区看作一个含有随机分布裂纹的圆形不均匀体,采用有限元建模分析,结合冲击后层板的试验所得的载荷/ 位移关系,计算得到冲击破坏区的剩余模量。再采用有限元建模分析含圆形冲击损伤区的矩形复合材料层板,求解应力及最大位移,并依据最大应力破坏准则,预测复合材料层板的冲击后压缩强度,计算结果与试验数据的比较表明分析结果可靠。 相似文献

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) play a vital role in military warfare. In a variety of battlefield mission scenarios, UAVs are required to safely fly to designated locations without human intervention. Therefore, finding a suitable method to solve the UAV Autonomous Motion Planning (AMP) problem can improve the success rate of UAV missions to a certain extent. In recent years, many studies have used Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) methods to address the AMP problem and have achieved good results. From the perspective of sampling, this paper designs a sampling method with double-screening, combines it with the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm, and proposes the Relevant Experience Learning-DDPG (REL-DDPG) algorithm. The REL-DDPG algorithm uses a Prioritized Experience Replay (PER) mechanism to break the correlation of continuous experiences in the experience pool, finds the experiences most similar to the current state to learn according to the theory in human education, and expands the influence of the learning process on action selection at the current state. All experiments are applied in a complex unknown simulation environment constructed based on the parameters of a real UAV. The training experiments show that REL-DDPG improves the convergence speed and the convergence result compared to the state-of-the-art DDPG algorithm, while the testing experiments show the applicability of the algorithm and investigate the performance under different parameter conditions. 相似文献

Although existing international instruments such as the Outer Space Treaty and Moon Agreement generally express sentiments for minimizing missions' extraterrestrial environmental impacts, they tend to be limited in scope, vague and generally unenforceable. There is no formal structure for assessing how and to what extent we affect those environments, no opportunity for public participation, no uniform protocol for documenting and registering the effects of our actions and no requirement to mitigate adverse impacts or take them into consideration in the decision-making process. Except for precautions limiting forward biological contamination and issues related to Earth satellites, environmental impact analysis, when done at all, remains focused on how missions affect the Earth and near-Earth environments, not how our actions affect the Moon, Mars, Europa, comets and other potential destinations. Extraterrestrial environmental impacts are potentially counterproductive to future space exploration, exploitation and scientific investigations. Clear, consistent and effective international protocols guiding a process for assessing such impacts are warranted. While instruments such as the US National Environmental Policy Act provide legally tested and efficient regulatory models that can guide impact assessment here on Earth, statutory legal frameworks may not work as well in the international environment of outer space. A proposal for industry-driven standards and an environmental code of conduct based, in part, on best management practices are offered for consideration. 相似文献

In all developed countries, once it emerged from the amateur era, Space (and especially rocketry) moved on the public agenda because of its potential significance for both the civil and military policies of governments (coupled with its appetite for new money). In the UK the policy treatment of Space broadly paralleled that in other countries until the post-Empire trauma, the burn-out of the White-Hot Technological revolution of Harold Wilson, and the financial crises of the 1970s exhausted the public appetite for large scale publicly funded projects in high technology. The culmination for Space of these pressures came in 1986–1987 when the UK rejected the emerging international consensus and, almost alone, stayed outside the manned space commitments which developed into the International Space Station. In this paper, Colin Hicks will review the UK political developments which led up to the 1986–1987 decision and how the politics and organisation of UK space activity have developed since then to the point where in 2008 a major government review of the UK involvement in manned space was commissioned. 相似文献

This study examines how political activists are framing the space weaponization debate in Canada and whether their arguments can influence public attitudes and perceptions about the issue. Eighty university students from two undergraduate courses were recruited as participants in a quasi-experiment. One class (n = 38) was exposed to the documentary Masters of Space, an episode of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's program The Nature of Things, and another class (n = 42) served as the control group. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were used to measure the effects of viewing anti-weaponization arguments in the media, while also controlling for the influence of prior beliefs and background characteristics of participants. Results suggest that visually depicting the use of satellite technology in society can convince viewers that satellites are important to their way of life, but not necessarily to the defense of North America. Framing missile defense as a ‘space weapon in disguise’ also seemed to raise opposition to Canada's participation in continental missile defense. The findings, meanwhile, indicate that viewers respond strongly to the issue of space debris and that mobilizing support for joint military space projects may best be achieved by emphasizing the usefulness of these projects for locating and tracking such debris. In the end, media exposure seemed to help legitimize anti-weaponization arguments based more on rational self-interests than on idealistic beliefs. These findings can have implications for the way space policies are communicated to the public. 相似文献
