不可微数学规划的高阶对偶性

文章首先引入了一类不可微数学规划的高阶Mond-Weir对偶模型以及高阶V-不变凸、高阶广义V-不变吐的概念。然后,在ShashiK.Mishra和Norma.G.Rueda所做工作的基础上,对于上述高阶对偶模型建立了高阶V-不变凸条件下的弱埘偶和强对偶理论。最后,进一步在更弱的高阶广义V-不变凸条件下的建立了Mond-Weir型对偶模型的弱对偶和强对偶理论。

具有Fuzzy约束的非光滑多目标规划的Fuzzy有效解的充分必要条件

本文研究具有Fuzzy约束的多目标规划（FVP）。在[6]的基础上，利用右上Dini导数，在目标函数和约束函数非光滑的情形下，讨论了FVP的Fuzzy有效解的几何型存在性及Fritz John型和Kunh Tucker型充分必要条件。     

客户机/服务器模式下开发MIS两个关键技术的实现

本文介绍了在基于客户机/服务器模式下，开发MIS所采用有效而安全访问数据库的技术和方法。首先是数据库安全性。对视图、存储过程，在数据库服务器(SQL Server)设置用户ID和口令；其次是应用程序安全性。所有的应用程序在数据库服务器设置用户组表，表中存储着应用程序为其访问数据库而设置的不同的权限。最后，应用ADO技术中的三个对象：Connection、Command、Recordset，对数据库服务器中的数据实现安全、快速地访问。     

Low-Cost Operation of the ORBCOMM Satellite Constellation

Financial pressures are forcing organizations to minimize operations costs. Although the easiest way to achieve this goal is simply to reduce operational requirements, often this is not possible. Therefore, automation must be employed. This paper discusses the system trade-offs that must be performed to maximize the impact of automation efforts. The discussion begins with the development of generic automation guidelines. Since many automation issues are program-specific, the paper addresses the application of these principles to operation of the ORBCOMM satellite constellation. This example demonstrates how automation can be used to produce a highly efficient satellite operations system.     

Shimmy analysis of a simple aircraft nose landing gear model using different mathematical methods

Shimmy oscillations are still a problem in design and operation of aircraft landing gears, and accurate and appropriate analysis is required to master the task. Based on a nonlinear model of the mechanics of the landing gear and tire elasticity according to elastic string theory, some well known linear and nonlinear mathematical methods are applied to the shimmy analysis of a simple model of a nose gear: Computing eigenvalues, solving analytically the stability boundaries with a parameter space method, getting limit cycles by analytical formulae from describing functions, and last but not least numerical simulation of time histories. It seems that linear or quasi linear methods and analytical solutions are well suited to obtain extensive insight, respecting limitations of these methods. Numerical simulation on the other hand is a valuable tool for pointing out specific effects of a nonlinear system in large amplitude regions.     

基于PD处理技术的雷达弱信号检测方法

针对脉冲跟踪测量雷达普遍存在的远距离弱信号检测能力不足的问题,基于PD（PulseDoppler,脉冲多普勒）雷达的杂波抑制与信号处理技术,提出脉冲雷达中的弱信号检测方法;详细分析了在脉冲跟踪测量雷达中应用PD处理技术的可行性,得出在一定约束条件下,可将PD处理技术运用于脉冲跟踪测量雷达,并提出了具体实现方法;最后,通过数据仿真和脉冲雷达实际测量数据进行验证,结果表明该方法能有效提高信噪比。     

弱模型依赖通用智能姿态控制技术

超高速跨域飞行、敏捷机动等是新一代飞行器发展方向,而长时高速飞行产生的气动外形变化带来的气动参数大范围改变等问题,都对控制系统设计提出了更高的要求。为提高飞行器对模型不确定性的适应能力及控制方法对不同外形、复合执行机构的通用性,深入研究了弱模型依赖的通用智能姿态控制技术,分层次地开展了基于深度学习(DL)的自适应姿态控制、基于深度确定性策略梯度算法(DDPG)的通用姿态控制、弱模型依赖的多维复合控制等技术研究,显著提高了控制系统的鲁棒性和通用性,对人工智能技术在飞行器姿态控制中的应用具有一定的指导意义。
