Characteristics of field line resonance type geomagnetic pulsations and variations of plasmaspheric plasma density distribution

The period of field line resonance (FLR) type geomagnetic pulsations depends on the length of the field line and on the plasma density in the inner magnetosphere (plasmasphere), where field lines are closed. Here as FLR period, the period belonging to the maximum occurrence frequency of the occurrence frequency spectrum (equivalent resonance curve) of pulsations has been considered. The resonance system may be replaced by an equivalent resonant circuit. The plasma density would correspond to the ohmic load. The plasma in the plasmasphere originates from the ionosphere, thus FLR period, occurrence frequency are also affected by the maximum electron density in the ionosphere. The FLR period has shown an enhancement with increasing F region electron density, while the occurrence frequency indicated diminishing trend (possible damping effect). Thus, the increased plasma density may be the cause of the decreased occurrence of FLR type pulsations in the winter months of solar activity maximum years (winter anomaly).

Equatorial F-region vertical ion drifts during quiet solar maximum

Median values of ionosonde h′F data acquired at Ibadan (Geographic:7.4°N, 3.9°E, Magnetic: dip 6°S, and magnetic declination, 3°W), Nigeria, West Africa, have been used to determine vertical ion drift (electric field) characteristics in the postsunset ionosphere in the African region during a time of high solar activity (average F_10.7 −208). The database spans from January and December 1958 during the era of International Geophysical Year (IGY) for geomagnetic quiet conditions. Bimonthly averaged diurnal variations patterns are very similar, but differ significantly in magnitude and in the evening reversal times. Also, monthly variations of F-region vertical ion drift reversal times inferred from the time of h′F maximum indicates early reversal during equinoxes and December solstice months except for the month of April. Late reversal is observed during the June solstice months. The equatorial evening prereversal enhancement in vertical ion drift (V_zp) occurs largely near 1900 LT with typical values 20–45 m/s. Comparison of Ibadan ionosonde V_zp with the values of prereversal peak velocity reported for Jicamarca (South America), Kodaikanal (India), and Scherliess and Fejer global model show considerable disparity. The changes of postsunset peak in virtual height of F-layer (h′F_P) with prereversal velocity peak V_zp are anti-correlated. Investigation of solar effects on monthly values of V_zp and h′F_P revealed that these parameters are independent of monthly averaged solar flux intensity during quiet-time sunspot maximum conditions.

两飞行器间无线数据链通信区域建模

为实现两飞行器在飞行过程中的正常通信,需建立一套通信区域的计算模型.基于空地无线数据链通信,从其实现正常通信的条件出发,考虑通信链路中的发射机、接收机、收发天线、传输空间及地球曲率、飞行器姿态角以及飞行器的空间位置关系等因素,分析研究了飞行器间无线数据链通信区域,建立了两飞行器间无线数据链通信区域的数学模型,包括天线、飞行高度、两飞行器空间位置关系、通信区域模型等.该模型已成功应用于某型号,为分析建立在无线数据链通信方式基础上的空地无线传输系统通信区域提供了参考,也适用于飞船、卫星等其它空空、空地无线数据通信系统.     

加强政策支持体系建设促进中部劳动力转移

在我国劳动力市场供求形势发生变化的新时期,进一步促进农村劳动力转移,中部地区既要靠继续加快工业化、城市化进程,为农村富余劳动力转移提供更多的就业岗位,更要依赖国家宏观政策的调整与经济社会管理体制的改革,建立和完善全国统一的劳动力市场体系和相应的政策支持体系。具体包括：（1）把统筹城乡就业放到经济发展战略的核心位置,促进中部农村劳动力转移;（2）创新就业制度,建立城乡统一就业、规范有序的劳动力市场;（3）深化户籍制度和土地制度改革,为农村劳动力转移就业创造良好的制度环境;（4）推行农村四项保障制度,使农村社保制度与城市社保制度逐步对接;（5）加强农村教育和培训工作,提高农村劳动力素质;（6）积极培育农村新型社会化服务组织,促进农村服务业的发展。     

一种基于N元语法分布的语言模型自适应方法

N元语法分布能恰当地描述语料库的特性,为了有效利用普通领域训练数据,提出一种基于N元语法分布的语言模型自适应方法.该方法定义一个小的领域内的高质量种子集和一个大的普通领域的质量不稳定的训练集,将训练集的N元语法分布自适应到和种子集的N元语法分布相似,以更好地进行特定领域单词识别.实验结果表明,基于N元语法分布的语言模型自适应方法可以使单词困惑度和词错误率分别比传统的简单插值法降低11.1%和6.9%.
