深空探测航天器巡航段自主导航方法研究

对深空探测航天器自主导航方法进行了研究。为了应对深空探测中航天器轨道动力学模型的误差，在分光计测量航天器相对于太阳径向速度基础上，引入了小行星的视线矢量测量。通过最小二乘法计算出由小行星视线矢量所得到的位置信息，采用改进的信息融合方法修正扩展卡尔曼滤波中不精确的动力学模型造成的状态估计误差。同时计算了模型的能观度，对模型的可观性进行了分析。最后对算法进行了仿真分析，仿真结果表明，该算法对动力学模型的依赖性明显低于其他算法，在相同模型精度下，可获得更好的滤波精度。     

Observations of wave activity in the ionosphere over South Africa in geomagnetically quiet and disturbed periods

The present paper deals with observations of wave activity in the period range 1–60 min at ionospheric heights over the Western Cape, South Africa from May 2010 to July 2010. The study is based on the Doppler type sounding of the ionosphere. The Doppler frequency shift measurements are supplemented with measurements of collocated Digisonde DPS-4D at SANSA Space Sciences, Hermanus. Nine geomagnetically quiet days and nine geomagnetically active days were included in the study. Waves of periods 4–30 min were observed during the daytime independent of the level of geomagnetic activity. Amplitudes of 10–30 min waves always increased between 14:00 and 16:15 UT (16:00–18:15 LT). Secondary maxima were observed between 06:00 and 07:00 UT (08:00–09:00 LT). The maximum wave amplitudes occurred close to the time of passage of the solar terminator in the studied region which is known to act as a source of gravity waves.     

两种升降回转定位装置的设计

介绍了功能完全相同、结构不同的两种升降回转定位装置的设计实例,讨论了两种设计结构各自的特点。两种结构分别命名为框架式结构和中空柱式结构,框架式结构以标准直线光轴为结构件主体和导向部件,优点是加工装配方便,适用于行程短,负载小,结构轻巧,预算成本小的场合;中空柱式结构以结构用无缝钢管为结构件主体,优点是结构刚性和导向稳定性好,适用于行程长、负载大、结构紧凑、预算成本大的场合。     

Theory and detection scheme of seismic EM signals transferred into the atmosphere from the oceanic and continental lithosphere

Due to the compound structure of the medium and large portions of energy transferred, a seismic excitation in the oceanic or continental lithosphere disturbs all types of geophysical fields. To investigate the problem of electromagnetic (EM) disturbances in the atmosphere from the seismically activated lithosphere, we have formulated two mathematical models of interaction of fields of different physical nature resulting in arising of the low-frequency (from 0.1 to 10 Hz by amplitude of a few hundreds of pT) EM signals in the atmosphere. First we have considered the EM field generation in the moving oceanic lithosphere and then in the moving continental one. For both cases, the main physical principles and geological data were applied for formulation of the model and characteristics of the computed signals of different nature agree with measurements of other authors. On the basis of the 2D model of the seismo-hydro-EM-temperature interaction in the lithosphere–Ocean–atmosphere domain, a block-scheme of a multisensory vertically distributed (from a seafloor up to the ionosphere) tsunami precursors’ detection system is described. On the basis of the 3D model of the seismo-EM interaction in a lithosphere–atmosphere domain, we explain why Prof. Kopytenko (Inst. IZMIRAN of Russian Acad. Sci.) and co-authors were able to estimate location of the future seismic epicenter area from their magnetic field measurements in the atmosphere near the earth’s surface.     

Chaotic Characteristic Analysis of Air Traffic System

Chaotic characteristics of traffic flow time series is analyzed to further investigate nonlinear characteristics of air traffic system. Phase space is reconstructed both by time delay which is built through mutual information, and by embedding dimension which is based on false nearest neighbors method. In order to analyze chaotic characteristics of time series, correlation dimensions and the largest Lyapunov exponents are calculated through Grassberger-Procaccia （G-P） algorithm and small-data method. Five-day radar data from the control center in Guangzhou area are analyzed and the results show that saturated correlation dimensions with self-similar structures exist in time series, and the largest Lyapunov exponents are all equal to zero and not sensitive to initial conditions. Air traffic system is affected hy multiple factors, containing inherent randomness, which lead to chaos. Only grasping chaotic characteristics can air traffic be predicted and controlled accurately.

高校战略人力资源管理系统模型的构建

在战略人力资源管理理论的基础之上,提出了高校战略人力资源管理系统模型构建的方法,分别从系统的目标、运行机制、维度等方面进行了分析。高校战略人力资源管理系统的目标包括社会与经济两个方面的效益实现,运行机制包括激励、学习、约束、牵引与压力等方面,而维度则包括人力资源的招聘、培训、考核、管理、沟通等方面。通过高校战略人力资源管理系统模型的架设,以及针对现阶段高校人员管理方法的探究,缓解我国高等教育人力资源管理方面的压力。     

二元结构中的工资差距、失业与环境问题

以开放经济与贸易的理论模型为基础,对工资差距、失业和环境污染等问题进行综合考量.认为要素禀赋（如非熟练劳动力的数量、熟练劳动力的数量）和相关变量（如城市工业部门的固定工资、对进口工业品的关税政策）的变化会对工资差距、失业和环境产生十分复杂的影响.文章对这些影响进行了系统的理论分析,为制订解决这些问题的经济政策提供理论观点和参考意见.     

大容量光通信系统中规则LDPC码的研究

为研究规则LDPC码在大容量光通信系统的性能,对不同列重和不同迭代次数的短规则LDPC码在大容量光信道中的误码率性能进行了数据仿真。发现确定码长的规则LDPC码,存在最优的列重,使得在相同的冗余度时,最大程度地改善大容量光通信系统的性能;此外,误码率随迭代次数的增加具有收敛的特性,LDPC码译码时应合理地选取迭代次数。     

河南省城乡社会养老保障统筹的思考

当前,社会养老保障的城乡差异制约着河南经济社会的进一步发展。河南是人口大省和农业大省,人口老龄化压力大,家庭和土地保障功能弱化,加快社会养老保障的城乡统筹势在必行。马克思主义的统筹学说、社会公平正义理论、福利经济思想等为城乡统筹提供了理论依据,国际社会的统筹经验为河南省城乡统筹提供了一定的借鉴。河南城乡社会养老保障的城乡统筹,需树立科学的统筹观、发挥政府主导作用、完善城乡居民养老保险制度、加快城乡养老保险制度的衔接转换、推进养老制度并轨改革。
