Distribution of chlorophyll and harmful algal blooms (HABs): A review on space based studies in the coastal environments of Chinese marginal seas

Monitoring of spatial and temporal distribution of chlorophyll (Chl-a) concentrations in the aquatic milieu is always challenging and often interesting. However, the recent advancements in satellite digital data play a significant role in providing outstanding results for the marine environmental investigations. The present paper is aimed to review ‘remote sensing research in Chinese seas’ within the period of 24 years from 1978 to 2002. Owing to generalized distributional pattern, the Chl-a concentrations are recognized high towards northern Chinese seas than the southern. Moreover, the coastal waters, estuaries, and upwelling zones always exhibit relatively high Chl-a concentrations compared with offshore waters. On the basis of marine Chl-a estimates obtained from satellite and other field measured environmental parameters, we have further discussed on the applications of satellite remote sensing in the fields of harmful algal blooms (HABs), primary production and physical oceanographic currents of the regional seas. Concerned with studies of HABs, satellite remote sensing proved more advantageous than any other conventional methods for large-scale applications. Probably, it may be the only source of authentic information responsible for the evaluation of new research methodologies to detect HABs. At present, studies using remote sensing methods are mostly confined to observe algal bloom occurrences, hence, it is essential to coordinate the mechanism of marine ecological and oceanographic dynamic processes of HABs using satellite remote sensing data with in situ measurements of marine environmental parameters. The satellite remote sensing on marine environment and HABs is believed to have a great improvement with popular application of technology.     

语用信息的类型与词典中的语用信息

语用信息在语言学习中的作用已经受到越来越多的关注。文章考察了语用信息在英语中的表现类型 ,主要有两大类 :即语义———语用信息和文化———语用信息。并以《朗文当代英语词典》(1987)为例介绍常用英语学习词典在提供语用信息方面的一些做法。

心理健康教育与思想政治教育都有各自的目的和任务。又不可避免地存在着关联。对两者关系的认识上，有两种偏差存在，即心理问题德育化和德育问题心理化，这对教育工作和学生全面发展都会产生不利影响。本文从两者关联性出发，重点探讨心理健康教育在思想政治工作中的作用和补偿功能，剖析了补偿功能存在的可能性以及补偿功能的具体表现。     

探索教改途径 促进教改深化——我院机制工艺专业教改总结与探讨

我院机制工艺专业改革试点工作已走过了五个循环。通过对毕业生跟踪调查，试点专业毕业生的确表现出许多优异之处，受到用人单位的好评，但同时也发现还存在一些不足，本文提出了改进建议。     

Organizing and managing satellite solar power

Building an organization and management structure to create, launch, utilize and protect a satellite solar power energy system will require a global policy for the beneficial use of SSP. The fundamental organizational tasks are: (1) R&D, achieved through a project organization characterized by the integrated management of applied science, development research and construction engineering; (2) investment, generated by a series of groups creating financial vehicles for public and private investment; (3) transmission and distribution, characterized by attention to an engineering and maintenance process emphasizing high reliability; and (4) crisis response, demanding readiness for instant response to potential internal or external scenarios. A differentiated global organization spanning the long timeframe of SSP will need to have a central management core representative of all parts of the organization, with the capacity for self-renewal and re-adaptation. To be successful over its long timeframe, the SSP organization will need to build continuity and public confidence through intergenerational communication, public education, and community outreach. Integrating structures must be created at all levels of the organization, and should encompass joint work tasks and information-sharing among both industrial and government members. Developmental and alliance partners who support the formation and financing of a differentiated satellite solar power organization will share commensurately in the technologies and competencies that are created.     

体表电位标测系统中关键技术——心电信号数据高速采集

心电信号的数据采集是体表标测系统中关键技术之一。文中提出了128通道高性能体表标测系统中心电信号数据采集的VxD算法，在Wind9x系统下利用VxD技术、锁定内存和临界资源互斥访问算法相结合，实现了心电数据高速实时采集。该软件充分利用了硬件的等待时间，具有实时性高，运行速度快占内存少的特点。该软件在VtoolsD开发平台上用VisualC＋＋开发。     

GaInP2外延膜中施主—受主对复合发光带的能量关量

通过变温与变激发强度的近红外光致发光研究了用ＭＯＣＶＤ方法、生长在ＧａＡｓ衬底上的Ｇａ０．５Ｉｎ０．５Ｐ（ＧａＩｎＰ２）外延薄膜的１．１７ｅＶ发射带的发光特性。１．１７ｅＶ发光带性质与０．９９ｅＶ及０．８５ｅＶ发光带的性质有着明显的差别。１．１７ｅＶ发光带的机理可用施主－受主对的复合发光来解释，其中施主－受主对系白处在Ｇａ格位上的Ｓｉ（ＳｉＧａ）及其最邻近的Ｇａ空位（ＶＧａ）所组成，记作ＳｉＧａ－ＶＧａ。考虑到ＧａＩｎＰ２中存在着很强的电子－格子耦合作用及其Ⅲ族子格子为部分有序，所以在施主－受主对复合发光中应计及Ｆｒａｎｃｋ－Ｃｏｎｄｏｎ位移△ＦＣ及该对在等效的部分有序势场中的相互作用能Ｅｓ（ＤＡＰ）。Ｘ—射线衍射实验表明，部分有序结构相当于成分调制，因而可用Ｋｒｏｎｉｇ－Ｐｅｎｎｅｙ模型来计算Ｅｓ（ＤＡＰ）值。这样，我们就导出了施主－受主对复合发光的新的能量表示式。     

变长竿式制导问题数学模型

制导问题数学模型对研究交会及拦截问题都具有重要意义，本文提出一种变长竿式制导问题数学模型，此模型视线被当作一条变和旋转竿，通过研究其旋转，长度变化来研究制导系统性能，比常用模型含有更多关于制导问题性能的信息。用它释放了比例导引律下小视线距视线角速率失稳原因，提出了制导系统视线全值域角速率稳定以提高制导精度的设计方法，讨论了比例导引能否实现预测栏截问题等。
