飞行仿真获取气动力/力矩的传统方法主要是将气动力模型硬编码在仿真程序进行求解。由于气动力模型和求解程序耦合,一旦修正或更换气动力模型,需要花费大量代价来重新构建仿真过程,无法满足现代飞行器仿真的需求。根据气动力模型树形结构的特点,提出了气动力模型树的概念并基于XML语言的特点设计了一种模型存储格式(MBX)来存储气动力模型树。MBX存储格式不仅提高了飞行仿真系统更换和修正气动力模型的效率,而且提高了气动力/力矩解算的通用性,使得气动力/力矩的求解能够被标准化。MBX存储格式作为气动力模型交换标准不仅能把不同部门交换气动力模型的时间从几周/人缩短至几天/人,也能加快气动力模型逼近飞机真实气动特性的进程。 相似文献

In order to ensure machining stability, curvature continuity and smooth cutting force are very important so as to meet the constraints of both cutting force and kinematics of machine tools. For five-axis flank milling, it is difficult to meet both of the constraints because tool path points and tool axis vectors interact with each other. In this paper, multiple relationships between tool path points and tool axis vectors with cutting force and kinematics of machine tools are established, and the strategies of corner-looping milling and clothoidal spirals are combined so as to find feasible solutions under both of the constraints. Tool path parameters are iterated by considering the maximum cutting force and the feasible range of the tool axis vector, and eventually a curvature continuity five-axis flank milling tool path with smooth cutting force is generated. Machining experimental results show that the conditions of cutting force are satisfied, vibration during the process of machining is reduced, and the machining quality of the surface is improved. 相似文献

An improved method to determine cutting force coefficients for bull-nose cutters is proposed based on the semi-mechanistic cutting force model. Due to variations of cutting speed along the tool axis in bull-nose milling, they affect coefficients significantly and may bring remarkable discrepancies in the prediction of cutting forces. Firstly, the bull-nose cutter is regarded as a finite number of axial discs piled up along the tool axis, and the rigid cutting force model is exerted. Then through discretization along cutting edges, the cutting force related to each element is recalculated, which equals to differential force value between the current and previous elements. In addition, coefficient identification adopts the cubic polynomial fitting method with the slice elevation as its horizontal axis. By calculating relations of cutting speed and cutting depth, the influences of speed variations on cutting force can be derived. Thereby, several tests are conducted to calibrate the coefficients using the improved method, which are applied to later force predictions. Eventually, experimental evaluations are discussed to verify the effectiveness. Compared to the conventional method, the results are more accurate and show satisfactory consistency with the simulations. For further applications, the method is instructive to predict the cutting forces in bull-nose milling with lead or tilt angles and can be extended to the selection of cutting parameters. 相似文献

螺旋波等离子体具有密度高,可控性强且无电极等优点,被应用于可变比冲磁等离子体火箭(VASIMR,Variable Specific Impulse Magnetoplasma Rocket)中.设计了一个螺旋波等离子体源,并给出了其中2个关键部分——磁场线圈和螺旋波天线的设计.对螺旋波等离子体源进行了初步实验,结果表明,电子密度随射频输入功率的增加几乎呈线性上升,估计电子密度的量级在通入工质后完全可达1011 cm-3. 相似文献

This work is a continuation of the previous article and it focuses on low solar activity and modeling effort. NeQuick model uses Epstein layer formalism to model each part of the profile. We study the diurnal and seasonal variations of B2bot, ΔB2 (B2best − B2NeQuick2) and R (B2best/B2NeQuick 2) at Hainan station during low solar activity. The results show it is possible to improve the B2bot parameter of the NeQuick model at that region during low solar activity. Then, we use a function ?(t) with LT in different seasons to correct the B2bot formula of NeQuick 2. The correction shows that (1) By the correction formula, the B2bot of NeQuick is improved. The maximum standard deviation is improved for 9 km. (2) The correction formula is more effective in summer than in equinox and winter and performs better during early morning hours than during the rest of the day. 相似文献

研究非固定时间的航天器双脉冲交会轨迹优化问题,设计了基于梯度分割区间优化算法(GIOA)。该算法结合所研究问题的特点,使用每次只选择有限个区间进行操作的区间选择策略、基于梯度优化结果的区间分割策略、基于单调性的区间紧缩策略以及约束条件测试和基于梯度的目标优化估计值更新策略等。梯度优化算法仅用于区间分割和目标优化估计值更新,不但没有影响GIOA对区间优化算法全局性和收敛性的继承,同时加快了包含优化解的小宽度区间的出现,提高了目标优化估计值的更新速度,并由此提高了运算效率。区间选择策略的使用,控制了决策变量区间数量的增长,降低了算法运行的存储需求。算例仿真中,成功求解非固定时间双脉冲交会问题,并展示出算法的优势。 相似文献
