卫星控制中心系统平台的高可用设计与实现

卫星控制中心是卫星地面测控管理系统的重要组成部分。随着信息技术的飞速发展和测控关键业务量的增长,高可用性、高可靠性及易维护日益成为卫星控制中心系统的设计目标。为满足卫星测控任务的需求,本文描述了卫星控制中心的网络系统、数据处理系统和数据库集群系统的高可用设计,并给出具体项目的成功实现。     

Response of the EIA ionosphere to the 7-8 May 2005 geomagnetic storm

In this paper, response of low latitude ionosphere to a moderate geomagnetic storm of 7–8 May 2005 (SSC: 1920 UT on 7 May with Sym-H minimum, ∼−112 nT around 1600 UT on 8 May) has been investigated using the GPS measurements from a near EIA crest region, Rajkot (Geog. 22.29°N, 70.74°E, Geomag.14°), India. We found a decrease in total electron content (TEC) in 12 h after the onset of the storm, an increase during and after 6 h of Sym-H deep minimum with a decrease below its usual-day level on the second day during the recovery phase of the storm. On 8 May, an increase of TEC is observed after sunset and during post-midnight hours (maximum up to 170%) with the formation of ionospheric plasma bubbles followed by a nearly simultaneous onset of scintillations at L-band frequencies following the time of rapid decrease in Sym-H index (−30 nT/h around 1300 UT).     

Assessing the feasibility of involving gaseous products resulting from physicochemical oxidation of human liquid and solid wastes in the cycling of a bio-technical life support system

The study addresses the possible ways of involving gaseous products produced by “wet” incineration of human wastes mixed with H₂O₂ in an alternating electric field in the cycling of the physical model of a bio-technical life support system (BTLSS). The resulting gas mixture contains CO₂ and O₂, which are easily involved in the cycling in the closed ecosystem, and NH₃, which is unacceptable in the atmosphere of the BTLSS. NH₃ fixation has been proposed, which is followed by nitrification and involvement of the resulting products in the mass exchange of the closed system. Experiments have been performed to show that plants can be grown in the atmosphere resulting from the closing of the gas loop that includes a physicochemical installation and a growth chamber with plants representing the phototrophic compartment of the BTLSS. The results of the study suggest the conclusion that the proposed method of organic waste oxidation can be a useful tool in creating a physical model of a closed-loop integrated BTLSS.     

手持式激光测距仪"测距标准偏差综合评定"的扩展不确定度

在确定的函数关系(数学模型)中,因变量(输出量)随自变量(输入量)的变化规律完全由数学逻辑所确定,自变量到因变量的传递系数(灵敏系数)也可由因变量的标准差和自变量的标准差之比所决定,而与自变量的来历(测量的或者给定的)没有关系[1].本文根据这一基本原理,采用模拟自变量随机变化的方法,成功计算了手持式激光测距仪的测距固定偏差和比例偏差系数的测量不确定度,从而计算出测距标准差综合评定的扩展不确定度,同时解决了复杂的数学模型中多个输入量到输出量的灵敏系数和输出量的不确定度的计算问题.     

Cr（Ⅵ）对镍沉淀的影响

采用周期伏安技术，恒电位阶跃法和恒电流阶跃法研究了Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）对镍电沉淀的影响。研究表明，正常镀镍液中，Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）在电极上形成一种“吸附膜”抑制Ｍｉ（２＋）离子的还原，此效应随ｐＨ值降低而减弱，并在一定ｐＨ值下发生Ｎｉ（２＋）离子的沉积。     

滑动运行继电式激光制导系统

 继电控制式激光制导系统的简单性使它具有高可靠性、低成本等优点。而系统自振使得弹着点散布大,降低了制导精度。将滑动运动模态引人系统,使其变成滑动运行的继电控制方式。结果,弹着点散布压缩,制导精度提高,而且保持了原系统的优点。介绍了该系统的组成,分析了提高制导精度的原理,并提供一些仿真结果。     

Analysis of total visual and CCD V-broadband observations of Comet C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp): 1995–2001

We developed a general method for determination of water production rates from groundbased visual observations and applied it to Comet Hale–Bopp. Our main objective is to extend the method to include total visual magnitude observations obtained with CCD detector and V filter in the analysis of total visual magnitudes. We compare the CCD V-broadband careful observations of Liller [Liller, W. Pre-perihelion CCD photometry of Comet 1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp). Planet. Space Sci. 45, 1505–1513, 1997; Liller, W. CCD photometry of Comet C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp): 1995–2000. Int. Comet Quart. 23(3), 93–97, 2001] with the total visual magnitude observations from experienced international observers found in the International Comet Quarterly (ICQ) archive. A data set of ∼400 CCD observations covering about the same 6 years time span of the ∼12,000 ICQ selected total visual magnitude observations were used in the analysis. A least-square method applied to the water production rates, yields power laws as a function of the heliocentric distances for the pre- and post-perihelion phases. The average dimension of the nucleus as well as its effective active area is determined and compared with values published in the literature.     

系统辨识的计算机辅助设计实现

探讨了通过脉冲响应法来求取被识别系统的传递函数的过程,给出了计算公式,最后利用MATLAB对计算过程进行了可视化的编程实现。     

应急动力系统的优化

国内飞机首次采用的应急动力系统,在研制过程中对系统的起动信号、工作状态、控制逻辑、设计参数和人机对话等方面进行了改进和优化,使系统的功能更加完善和可靠。
