试论高职院校对企业文化资源的利用

如何充分利用企业资源,有效开展工学结合、产学合作是各高职院校共同面临的课题和任务。就企业文化资源在高职院校办学和教育教学改革过程中的独特性及高职院校如何利用企业文化资源来培养技术技能型人才问题,作一些初步的分析和论述,希望引起教育研究者的思考和各类办学主体的重视。     

基于模型的系统工程方法在载人航天任务中的应用探讨

针对基于文档的航天任务设计中设计数据分散、一致性差、跟踪难度大等问题,引入了基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法。首先,介绍了MBSE方法理念,即通过构建图形化的模型来支持系统的需求捕获、设计、分析、验证和确认等全生命周期活动。然后,给出了MBSE方法的一般工作流程,即先构建系统的需求模型,用于指导功能模型、物理架构模型等的构建,按照事先制定好的逻辑规则建立模型间的关系,依靠模型间的关系实现设计过程中的关联性分析、参数查询等工作。最后,应用MBSE方法于载人飞船交会对接任务中。结果表明,此方法改善了人员沟通,提高了设计效率,降低了设计风险,可为MBSE方法在航天任务设计中的进一步应用提供参考。     

某飞翼布局隐身飞行器的翼型优化

对某飞翼布局无人机的翼型进行考虑隐身迎角的气动、隐身综合优化研究。采用基于非均匀有理B样条曲线的自由变形方法实现翼型的参数化表达;无限插值动网格方法生成气动求解的计算网格;分别采用基于雷诺平均N—S方程求解的计算流体力学方法及物理光学法计算翼型的气动、隐身性能;选择多目标遗传算法进行综合寻优设计研究。优化翼型兼顾了气动与隐身的要求,其综合性能优于原翼型。结果表明,方法具有较好的实用性。     

Passive inter-modulation scattering analysis of reflector considering contact nonlinearity

 Passive inter-modulation (PIM) is a form of nonlinear distortion caused by the inherent nonlinearities of the passive devices and components in RF/microwave system. It will degenerate the performance of communication system with broad-band channel and high-sensitivity receiver. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a model to simulate this process in order to predict the level of PIM. This paper is aimed at constructing some plate models with one-dimensional and two-dimensional contact nonlinearity sections illuminated by two-tone waves, and calculating the scattered field at a fixed-point in space using time-domain physical optics method. By taking fast Fourier transform (FFT), we get the spectrum of the scattered field and then analyze the generated PIM products. At the end of this paper, some numerical examples are presented to show the influence rules of the relative factors on PIM. The results indicate the variation of the level of PIM with the number of the nonlinear regions, the nonlinear spacing, and the incident power levels.

社会文化变迁将会更新社会文化的内容体系,影响社会文化的传承方式。当今社会中80后、90后大学生已经出现了社会化程度过高或社会化速度加快的趋势,过度社会化导致在大学生群体中出现与其年龄阶段不符的思想与行为,影响了大学生社会化的顺利开展,不利于高校思想政治教育的顺利开展。本文以文化反哺现象为视角,探讨在大学生过度社会化进程中辅导员的嵌入性行为模式,以期为新时期高校思想政治教育改革与发展提供新思路。     

高职高专英语教学中的文化导入

通过对文化和语言的关系及对高职高专学生对英语应用能力的研究,系统分析了在高职高专英语教学中的文化导入的切入点,阐述了在英语词汇教学中、英语听说教学中和英语读写教学中文化导入的相关内容及必要性,对高职高专英语教学的方法导入提出了积极可行的方法。     

Host–parasite interactions in closed and open microbial cultivation system

The study addresses interaction of bacteria and phages in the host–parasite system in batch and continuous cultures. The study system consists of the auxotrophic strain of Brevibacterium – Brevibacterium sp. 22L – and the bacteriophage of Brevibacterium sp., isolated from the soil by the enrichment method.

Closed system. In the investigation of the relationship between the time of bacterial lysis and multiplicity of phage infection it has been found that at a lower phage amount per cell it takes a longer time for the lysis of the culture to become discernible. Another important factor determining cytolysis in liquid medium is the physiological state of bacterial population. Specific growth rate of bacteria at the moment of phage infection has been chosen as an indicator of the physiological state of bacteria. It has been shown that the shortest latent period and the largest output of the phage are observed during the logarithmic growth phase of bacteria grown under favorable nutrient conditions. In the stationary phase, bacterial cells become “a bad host” for the phage, whose reproduction rate decreases, and the lysis either slows down significantly or does not occur at all.
