后掠翼下炸弹气动特性试验研究

为获得某后掠翼飞机机翼下不同外挂形式的单独炸弹/炸弹组合体气动特性,在气动中心高速所1.2m×1.2m风洞中进行了试验研究。在M=0.60～0.95,α=-4°～14°,β=-6°～6°条件下,采用7台外挂天平对炸弹/炸弹组合体模型进行了测量。结果表明:飞机后掠翼和机身带来的侧洗流动使炸弹在零侧滑时存在较大的横向气动载荷;各炸弹不仅受到飞机的侧洗和下洗影响,而且各弹之间的相互干扰也非常严重。     

敏捷型卫星的相机外热流变化及其抑制措施效果分析

文章根据空间外热流理论建立了敏捷型遥感卫星的空间相机外热流计算模型,针对相机的外热流变化情况,选择典型计算工况并对其外热流特性进行了仿真分析,得出了工作模式及卫星姿态变化对相机主要部件热流的影响。为解决外热流分布不均和波动剧烈问题,提出了加长相机遮光罩和加装热防护门2种抑制方案,并对方案的效果进行了分析评价。     

Expert Algorithmic and Imagistic Problem Solving Strategies in Advanced Chemistry

Abstract

Visualization and imagistic reasoning appear central to expert practice in science; however, expert use of these strategies on authentic tasks has not been examined in detail. This study documents how science experts use both algorithms and imagistic reasoning to solve problems. Using protocol analysis, we report expert chemists' preferential use of algorithms for solving spatial problems and imagistic reasoning for deducing spatial transformations. We observed experts employ algorithms to solve the majority of spatial tasks while reserving imagistic strategies to solve a class of tasks that required translating between representations. Strategy used varied widely among experts and tasks.     

机载用电设备的供电适应性试验系列标准制定与实施

机载用电设备的供电适应性试验是对各类机载用电设备在各种供电状态下的性能以及用电设备工作对供电系统影响的验证，是保证用电设备（尤其是大功率电子设备）与飞机供电系统相兼容的重要措施和方法。本文阐明了我国机载用电设备的供电适应性试验系列标准的组成和相互关系，着重对供电适应性试验方法标准的定位、框架、结构要素的确定和主要内容进行了分析，并提出实施供电适应性方法标准的建议。     

粗糙条件熵算法在故障诊断中应用分析

给出了一种基于条件熵的算法,并应用于弹载电子设备故障诊断中。结果表明,诊断结果准确可靠,且弥补了差别矩阵算法和差别函数算法的不足。     

车辆及高速公路护栏清洗设备的现状与展望

本文简要地介绍了国内外对汽车、列车及高速公路护栏的清洗设备的设计思路、设备构成及使用情况，并分析提出了车辆及高速公路护栏的清洗设备的发展方向。     

Stellar winds of massive stars in M31

We have obtained the first UV high resolution spectra of hot luminous stars in M31 with the FOS onHubble Space Telescope. The spectra, combined with optical spectroscopic and photometric observations, enable us to study their stellar winds and photospheric parameters. We derive mass-loss rates and velocity laws from the wind line profiles, with the SEI method, as well as information on abundances. The wind lines and photospheric spectra are compared with galactic stars of the same spectral type.The spectra analyzed so far indicate that the stars have mass-loss rates comparable or slightly lower than galactic stars of the same spectral type, but possibly different velocity laws in their winds. The spectra of two stars are discussed here.     

乡镇财政风险的外部因素分析及对策

乡镇财政风险影响着基层政权的正常运转与稳定，是制约地方经济发展，关系社会稳定的重大问题。近几年，随着我国农村税费改革的推进，乡镇财政潜伏的风险和隐患也日益增多。文章仅就造成乡镇财政风险的外部因素进行了分析，并提出了规范政府行为、完善财税管理体制、提高财政资源使用效率等对策建议。     

圆锥形薄壁壳体的弹性稳定性

基于Donnell型扁壳理论,利用法分析了在均布外压作用下圆锥形薄壁壳体的弹性稳定性问题。根据外压实验观察结果和通过选取适当的位移分量表达式,文中给出了临界外压的近似表达式。数值结果表明,本文理论分析预示值与临界载荷的实验值很吻合。文中还对有关参数对临界载荷的影响进行了讨论。本文所得结果可供工程应用参考。     

公共设施投资的决策模型探讨

公共设施投资的成本与产生的社会福利如何比较，社会效益的提高有多大等等一系列基本问题为政府所关心。这一问题的解决需要通过结合公共经济学的原理与近几年出现的一些新观点做出系统的可行性分析模型加以解决。本文就是基于公共经济学的理论并结合了笔者的一些新的观点所作的常识性的探索。
