对于线性和均布荷载共同作用下的简支圆板,本文采用统一强度理论对其进行了塑性极限分析。考虑了两种作用形式,分别得出了统一解。利用该解可得出一系列不同屈服准则下的解析解和极限荷载随不同屈服准则的变化曲线。在统一强度理论中,不同的b值得到不同的屈服准则,对应不同的工程材料,其中α可根据实际的工程材料拉压强度比确定。当α≠1时,统一强度理论适用于拉压强度相同的材料,当α≠1时,适用于拉压强度不同的材料。已有的Mises解是本文解的特例,从文中的统一解得知,正确认识材料强度并合理运用屈服准则对发挥材料潜能具有重要意义。  相似文献

数据驱动模型的设计可以利用虚拟模型作为开发过程的核心,从而改进设计复杂系统的方式。使用 MATLAB中Simulink进行基于模型的设计,可以缩短开发周期。文中基于Simulink研究了数据驱动下的互耦机械容器液位控制系统,在不同PID整定下的性能指标,根据仿真结果成功指导了系统设计。文中首先介绍了互耦机械容器模型,基于给定的数据集进行传递函数建模,并验证了模型的准确程度。然后对传递函数模型进行了频域分析,并利用几种不同的 PID 整定方法进行参数整定,通过仿真方法比较了这些方法的性能,最后得出了一种有效系统设计方案,验证了数据驱动模型仿真方法在开发过程中的有效性。  相似文献

Acceleration of DDT by non-thermal plasma in a single-trial detonation tube   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper compares the flame acceleration in single-trial dual-detonation tubes triggered by a spark plug and non-thermal plasma igniter. The low-temperature plasma was generated by an in-house novel AC-driven dielectric barrier discharge igniter, which reduces the power supply requirements and was applied in the quiescent ignition of a single-trial detonation tube. Three different types of detonation mixtures were tested with flame propagation tracked by ion probes and pressure waves recorded by high-frequency pressure transducers. The flame propagation speeds were calculated and compared based on signals from the ion probes. The detonation combustion succeeded in the dual tubes, but the deflagration-to-detonation transition could be significantly accelerated by the plasma for all mixtures, as it was shortened by more than 50% compared to that of the spark plug. The present study provides a suitable technological approach for igniters of PDEs.  相似文献

The morphing trailing edge based compliant mechanism is a developing technology which can increase lift-drag ratio for variable flight modes by bending down the trailing edge. Composite material design is integrated into topology optimization for the morphing trailing edge based compliant mechanism in the paper. A two-step optimization strategy is established to solve the integrated design problem. Initially, lamination parameters are introduced and viewed as a bridge between structure stiffness and fiber angles for composite material. Design variables include the lamination parameters and element density. The least-squares between actual and desired displacements at output points along trailing edge is adopted to evaluate the deformed capability of the trailing edge. An integrated optimization model for the composite morphing trailing edge is established with the volume constraints. The optimal topologic shape and lamination parameters are initially obtained. Subsequently, a least-squares optimization between fiber angles and the optimal lamination parameters is implemented to obtain optimal fiber angles. Finally, morphing capability of composites trailing edge based compliant mechanism is investigated by simulation and experiments. The results indicate the composites trailing edge based compliant mechanism can approximately bend down 8 degrees and satisfies the design requirement.  相似文献

核心机驱动风扇级(CDFS)是双涵道变循环发动机的关键部件之一。为了开展CDFS在非设计模式下(双涵道模式)的匹配分析,利用速度三角形建立了CDFS在双涵道模式下的匹配特性图,该图能够正确反映双涵道模式下CDFS的工作特点和主要气动参数的变化趋势。结果表明:给定CDFS在双涵道模式下流量时,随着压比下降,需要降低CDFS在双涵道模式下的转速才能保证转子进口相对气流角不变;给定双涵道模式的流量和压比时,若要使转子进口相对气流角下降,需要增加CDFS在双涵道模式下的转速。  相似文献

与双外涵模式相比,三外涵变循环技术将使发动机工作范围更广,更易满足未来发动机的自适应要求,及更大提升飞机综合性能。在带核心机驱动风扇级(CDFS)双外涵变循环发动机性能仿真方法基础上,构建了前调节阀门、后调节阀门、第三外涵等的数学模型,开展了三外涵变循环发动机性能模拟方法研究,重点分析了三外涵变循环发动机的稳态性能。结果表明:相比单外涵和双外涵模式,三外涵模式总涵道比调节程度更大,发动机最大状态与亚声速巡航状态间的燃油经济性更明显。  相似文献

In this paper, a new displacement based high-order shear deformation theory is introduced for the static response of function-ally graded sandwich plate. Unlike any other theory, the number of unknown functions involved is only four, as against five in case of other shear deformation theories. The theory presented is variationally consistent, has strong similarity with classical plate theory in many aspects, does not require shear correction factor, and gives rise to transverse shear stress variation such that the transverse shear stresses vary parabolically across the thickness satisfying shear stress free surface conditions. Two common types of functionally graded sandwich plates, namely, the sandwich with functionally graded facesheet and homogeneous core and the sandwich with homogeneous facesheet and functionally graded core, are considered. Governing equations are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. The closed-form solution of a simply supported rectangular plate subjected to sinu-soidal loading has been obtained by using the Navier method. The validity of the present theory is investigated by comparing some of the present results with those of the classical, the first-order and the other higher-order theories. It can be concluded that the proposed theory is accurate and simple in solving the static bending behavior of functionally graded sandwich plates.  相似文献

The numerical analysis for the matching of the core driven compression system in a double bypass variable cycle engine was presented in this paper.The system consists of a one-stage-core driven fan stage(CDFS),an inner bypass duct and a five-stage high pressure compressor(HPC),providing two basic operating modes: the single bypass mode and the double bypass mode.Variable vanes are necessary to realize the mode switch of the system.The correct matching in the double bypass mode requires a proper combination of the mass flow,total pressure ratio and blade speed.The work capacity of the system decreases in the double bypass mode and the pressure ratio tends to decrease more for the CDFS and the front stages of the HPC.The overall system efficiency is higher in the double bypass mode.The radial distributions of aerodynamic parameters are similar in different modes.The notable redistribution of mass flow downstream the CDFS in the single bypass mode leads to strong radial flows and additional mixing losses.The absolute flow angles into the inner bypass increase for the inner span and decrease for the outer span when the system is switched from the single bypass mode to the double bypass mode.  相似文献
