双变异率自适应遗传算法研究及其应用

针对标准遗传算法的不收敛性，提出一种双变异自适应遗传算法，即通过全局变异算子和局部变异算子共同作用，增加种群的多样性，提高算法的全局收敛能力。实例证明：改进算法具有很好的寻优能力和效率。     

超声横波斜探头K值对缺陷定位的影响

本文重点分析了影响横波斜探头K值测量的因素之一的测试用横孔埋深,对实测K值的影响,通过实验,得出了两个修订方程,可以提高横波斜探头在探伤时对缺陷的定位精度。     

Longitudinal variation of the equatorial ionosphere: Modeling and experimental results

We describe a new version of the Parameterized Regional Ionospheric Model (PARIM) which has been modified to include the longitudinal dependences. This model has been reconstructed using multidimensional Fourier series. To validate PARIM results, the South America maps of critical frequencies for the E (foE) and F (foF2) regions were compared with the values calculated by Sheffield Plasmasphere-Ionosphere Model (SUPIM) and IRI representations. PARIM presents very good results, the general characteristics of both regions, mainly the presence of the equatorial ionization anomaly, were well reproduced for equinoctial conditions of solar minimum and maximum. The values of foF2 and hmF2 recorded over Jicamarca (12°S; 77°W; dip lat. 1°N; mag. declination 0.3°) and sites of the conjugate point equatorial experiment (COPEX) campaign Boa Vista (2.8°N; 60.7°W; dip lat. 11.4°; mag. declination −13.1°), Cachimbo (9.5°S; 54.8°W; dip lat. −1.8°; mag. declination −15.5°), and Campo Grande (20.4°S; 54.6°W; dip lat. −11.1°; mag. declination −14.0°) have been used in this work. foF2 calculated by PARIM show good agreement with the observations, except during morning over Boa Vista and midnight-morning over Campo Grande. Some discrepancies were also found for the F-region peak height (hmF2) near the geomagnetic equator during times of F₃ layer occurrences. IRI has underestimated both foF2 and hmF2 over equatorial and low latitude sectors during evening-nighttimes, except for Jicamarca where foF2 values were overestimated.     

基于Web Service的B2B电子商务系统模型的研究

B2B电子商务是目前最具潜力的商务形式。但传统B2B电子商务系统的基本结构和交互接口均没有统一的标准和解决方案，带来了系统可重构性和可移植性差等缺陷。针对这种缺陷，结合Web Service技术，提出基于Web Service的B2B电子商务系统模型。该系统模型通过构建核心应用程序整合Internet和Internet范围内相对独立的Web Service，并作为供应链的一部分，能提供标准接口实现和其他应用程序如ERP，CRM和SCM等的交互，这种形式的B2B电子商务系统能很容易地进行开发和维护。最后以其中一个模块为例，给出了具体实现基于WebService的B2B电子商务系统的解决方案．     

An attempt to study long-term variation of sporadic E layers using neural networks

Strong positive correlation between sporadic E layers and the solar activity and the long-term declining trend of Es were found in this paper. Then the feed-forward back propagation neural networks (NNs) were used to simulate the long-term variation of Es at four stations and predict foEs yearly average values. The inputs used for NNs are the yearly mean values of foEs in the daytime of the past ten years and the yearly averaged data of solar 10.7 cm radio flux (F107) of the present year, and the output is the present yearly mean value of daytime foEs. The outputs of trained NNs have high correlation with the desired values and the foEs yearly mean values predicted by NNs have good agreement with the observed data. The results indicate that NNs can make full use of the observed data to simulate the long variation rule of Es. Also, the results confirm the effect of solar activity on Es.     

论带通信道的信道容量的不确定性

依据山农的经典论证方法 ,证明山农信道容量定理仅适用于低通信道 ,不适用于带通信道。对于带通信道 ,信道容量将随信道通带的中心频率而改变。所以带通信道的信道容量具有不确定性。     

Pro／E二次开发技术在卫星结构设计中的应用

为解决卫星协同设计过程中总体、结构信息同步滞后问题,基于Pro／E软件进行二次开发,实现对总体与结构接口文件的自动解析;利用解析出来的接口数据,在模型上进行表阵列的自动创建,使总体设计模型的变更能够在结构设计模型中及时得到反映,从而实现“总体一结构”设计结果的快速同步。文章中开发的软件工具,在多颗卫星的研制过程中得到了应用。     

高温合金K38G微晶涂层氧化动力学研究

研究了溅射微晶涂层对K38G在800℃和900℃空气中氧化动力学的影响。发现微晶化后K38G的氧化动力学与经典的抛物线规律存在负偏差。分析认为,微晶化后氧化物形核率大大提高,氧化膜中的扩散由晶格扩散变为晶界短路扩散为主,从而改变了氧化膜的生长动力学。根据Wagner高温氧化的基本理论,对微晶合金高温氧化动力学规律进行了探讨,导出微晶K38G合金氧化动力学遵循四次方规律,即x4=kPt。     

基于任务科目的直升机飞行品质评定试飞技术研究

主要对ADS-33E中飞行品质评定的要求进行分析,从任务科目、响应类型和可用感示环境3个维度进行飞行品质的等级评定研究,提出了直升机飞行品质综合评定的试飞技术研究思路,并对某型号直升机的试飞结果和有关问题进行了初步分析。
