Adverse weather during aircraft operation generates more complex scenarios for tactical trajectory planning,which requires superior real-time performance and conflict-free reliability of solving methods.Multi-aircraft real-time 4D trajectory planning under adverse weather is an essen-tial problem in Air Traffic Control(ATC)and it is challenging for the existing methods to be applied effectively.A framework of Double Deep Q-value Network under the Critic guidance with heuristic Pairing(DDQNC-P)is proposed to solve this problem.An Agent for two aircraft syner-getic trajectory planning is trained by the Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)model of DDQNC,which completes two aircraft 4D trajectory planning tasks preliminarily under dynamic weather conditions.Then a heuristic pairing algorithm is designed to convert the multi-aircraft synergetic trajectory planning into multi-time pairwise synergetic trajectory planning,making the multi-aircraft trajectory planning problem processable for the trained Agent.This framework compresses the input dimensions of the DRL model while improving its generalization ability significantly.Sub-stantial simulations with various aircraft numbers,weather conditions,and airspace structures were conducted for performance verification and comparison.The success rate of conflict-free trajectory resolution reached 96.56%with an average calculation time of 0.41 s for 350 4D trajectory points per aircraft,finally confirming its applicability to make real-time decision-making support for con-trollers in real-world ATC systems. 相似文献

This paper examines the longitudinal tensile behavior and failure mechanism of a new unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum composite through experiments and simulations.A Weibull distribution model was established to describe the fiber strength dispersion based on single-fiber tensile tests for carbon fibers extracted from the composite.The constitutive models for the matrix and interface were established based on the uniaxial tensile and single-fiber push-out tests,respectively.Then,a 3D micromechanical numerical model,innovatively considering the fiber strength dispersion by use of the weakest link and Weibull distribution theories,was estab-lished to simulate the progressive failure behavior of the composite under longitudinal tension.Due to the dispersion of fiber strength,the weakest link of the fiber first fractures,and stress concentra-tion occurs in the surrounding fibers,interfaces,and matrix.The maximum stress concentration fac-tor for neighboring fibers varies nonlinearly with the distance from the fractured fiber.Both isolated and clustered fractured fibers are present during the progressive failure process of the composite.The expansion of fractured fiber clusters intensifies stress concentration and material degradation which in turn enlarges the fractured fiber clusters,and their mutual action leads to the final collapse of the composite. 相似文献

Future piloted missions to explore asteroids, Mars, and other targets beyond the Moon will experience strict limitations on communication between vehicles in space and control centers on Earth. These limitations will require crews to operate with greater autonomy than any past space mission has demonstrated. The Antarctic Search for Meteorites (ANSMET) project, which regularly sends small teams of researchers to remote parts of the southern continent, resembles a space mission in many ways but does not rely upon a control center. It provides a useful crew autonomy model for planners of future deep space exploration missions. In contrast to current space missions, ANSMET gives the crew the authority to adjust competing work priorities, task assignments, and daily schedules; allows the crew to be the primary monitor of mission progress; demands greater crew accountability for operational errors; requires the crew to make the most of limited communication bandwidth; adopts systems designed for simple operation and failure recovery; and grants the crew a leading role in the selection and stowage of their equipment. 相似文献
