10月25～30日，巴西航空工业公司召开了第九届维修成本研讨会（MCW），会议的重点是通过采用创新技术降低维修成本。研讨会主要面向全球正在运营或已经订购了巴西航空工业公司商用喷气飞机的公司，     

浅析飞机空中释压故障

飞机空中释压故障易导致飞机返航、紧急下降等事件。下面以波音737—300飞机为例，分析空中释压发生的机理及其影响因素。     

Integrated Safety Culture Model and Application

A new safety culture model is constructed and is applied to analyze the correlations between safety culture and SMS. On the basis of previous typical definitions, models and theories of safety culture, an in-depth analysis on safety culture＇s structure, composing elements and their correlations was conducted. A new definition of safety culture was proposed from the perspective of sub-culture. 7 types of safety sub-culture, which are safety priority culture, standardizing culture, flexible culture, learning culture, teamwork culture, reporting culture and justice culture were defined later. Then integrated safety culture model （ISCM） was put forward based on the definition. The model divided safety culture into intrinsic latency level and extrinsic indication level and explained the potential relationship between safety sub-culture and all safety culture dimensions. Finally in the analyzing of safety culture and SMS, it concluded that positive safety culture is the basis of im plementing SMS effectively and an advanced SMS will improve safety culture from all around.     

电长度测量方法探究

从电长度的概念出发，主要介绍了使用网络分析仪来实现电长度测量的三种方法，分别是频域电延迟法、时域反射法和时域传输法；针对三种不同方法分别做了试验。     

中科院物理所研制原位透射电镜测量仪器

最近，中国科学院物理研究，彤北京凝聚态物理国家实验室SF1组研制出的原位透射电镜测量装置，实现了纳米管／纳米线场效应晶体管器件单元在透射电镜中的原位表征。在确定器件材料结构的同时，原位测量电输运性质。     

一种基于混合规则的作业车间计划调度方法

针对多品种小批量生产车间计划调度存在的复杂度高、实用性差等问题,在分析车间计划调度相关的任务、资源和约束等要素的基础上,提出了一种基于混合规则的计划调度编制算法,该算法综合考虑了零件差异性、工艺差异性、设备差异性、以及交货期约束等因素,使得该方法具有可行性高、实用性强等特点,较好地满足了离散制造车间的实际需求.     

中航飞机公司2月18日在西安正式挂牌成立

中航飞机有限责任公司2009年2月18日在西安正式挂牌成立。中国航空工业集团公司总经理林左鸣和陕西省省长袁纯清共同为中航飞机公司揭牌。在揭牌仪式上,中国航空工业集团公司副总经理耿汝光与陕西省副省长吴登昌分别代表中航工业和陕西省政府签订了《战略合作协议》。     

基于多DSP芯片的实时SAR雷达转角变换模块设计

设计了一款基于多DSP芯片的并行SAR雷达转角变换模块,用于协调合成孔径雷达(SAR:SyntheticAperture Radar)雷达距离处理模块和方位处理模块间的数据转换。设计采用了多片AD公司的超级哈佛结构的DSP芯片,这样能进行高速大容量的浮点运算。为满足SAR雷达的大数据量存储,选用了大容量的DRAM,并配有CPLD模块用于接口控制。设计解决了处理时间与容量的矛盾,实现了SAR雷达转角模块数据的实时高速处理。     

具有老化效应的单机多目标排序问题

讨论工件具有老化效应的单机多目标排序问题,目标函数分别为极小化提前时间、延误时间、共同松弛时间的加权和,极小化等待时间和与等待时间偏差和的线性组合,极小化提前时间、延误时间、最早交货期及窗口长度的加权和. 用数学规划的方法证明了这三类多目标单机排序问题在工件引入老化效应后都可以转化为指派问题,从而都多项式时间可解.
