A novel environmental control system based on membrane dehumidification

This paper conducts a simulation study of a novel aircraft environmental control system based on membrane dehumidification(MD-ECS),and compares the system with the up-to-date four-wheel high pressure de-water system(4WHPDW-ECS).Mathematical models for the two systems are established,and a system simulation using a numerical technique is performed to analyze and compare the cooling performance of the two systems.Simulation results show that the cooling capacity of MD-ECS is much higher than that of 4WHPDW-ECS under the same working conditions,indicating that the novel system is theoretically feasible and promising.The effects of the sweep ratio of the membrane dehumidifier on the dehumidification and cooling performance of the system is also investigated.     

How Galactic Cosmic Ray models affect the estimation of radiation exposure in space

The radiation environment in space is a major concern for human spaceflight because of the adverse effects of high levels of radiation on astronauts’ health. Therefore, it is essential to perform radiation risk assessments already during the concept studies of a manned mission. Galactic Cosmic Rays (GCR) have been identified to be one of the primary sources of radiation exposure in space.     

多点静压落差法在风洞稳速压控制系统中的分析与应用

先介绍了两种测量风洞稳速压控制系统风速反馈值的常用方式-单点风速测量法和多点静压落差法,并对其特点和应用场合进行了分析;然后对多点静压落差法进行数学建模,给出了静压落差与风洞试验段中心点风速的关系;最后用一个工程实例说明此方法在实际风洞设计中的应用。     

扇环形截面弯曲管道内的粘性流动

本文利用涡量－流函数法系统地研究了扇环形截面弯曲管道内的二次流动，计算结果表明了采用控制体积积分法对涡量－流函数方程进行离散来求解弯曲管道内粘性流动问题是成功的，这样可以避免对压力项的处理；对所得结果的分析揭示了该二次流动不仅受雷诺数和曲率影响，而且扇形中心角、内外径之比对该流动的影响也是显著的。     

高压液氧供应系统管路设计

高压液氧供应系统是我国压力最高的挤压式液体火箭发动机试验台的关键分系统。在系统设计过程中，通过合理布置管路，设计专用固定支架，采用自然补偿和堆积绝热技术，解决了高压低温推进剂系统管路设计中的难题。该系统顺利通过气密性检查和调试，经多次热试车考核，系统稳定可靠，满足设计要求。     

国产着色渗透探伤剂主要性能的普查

本文对国产大部分着色渗透剂、清洗剂、显像剂的主要性能进行了测试，提出了存在的问题，供用户在使用过程中，对探伤剂的性能要求及监督引起重视。     

论国际服务贸易的国家管制

国际服务贸易的国家管制基于维护国家主权的需要、市场失效的存在和服务贸易自由化的驱动等因素,其以形式多样的国内规制为主要管制方式、以市场准入作为服务业对外开放的管制要点、以保护性立法作为扶植国内服务业的重要手段.WTO框架下的<服务贸易总协定>作为最重要的国家管制国际服务贸易的国际协调规范,在尊重国家管制的自主权的前提下明确规定了国内规制的基本纪律.     

Relationship Between Corrosion Level of Steel Bar and Diameter of Corroded Sensing Steel Wire in Wireless Sensor

A kind of wireless sensor was previously developed,which is powered and transmit signals wirelessly instead of using an electrical connection to the embedded reinforcement.Based on this technique,the relationship between diameters of corroded sensing steel wires and corrosion levels of steel bars is established by experiments.Quadratic function is utilized to fit the experiment results,and the correlation coefficients are all larger than 0.95.Estimated corrosion levels of commonly used steel bars are given for different diameters of corroded sensing steel wires fractured due to corrosion.     

Some additional results in the regular balloon monitoring of cosmic rays in the Earth’s atmosphere

The different types of the data recorded in the experiment of the regular balloon monitoring of cosmic rays (carried out since 1957 by Lebedev Physical Institute, Moscow, Russia, in several locations) are described. So called detailed information (the form of each pulse detected by the ground-based receiver) recorded during the last 12 years is discussed in more details. The use of these data both for getting and correcting the standard results of the experiment and for obtaining some additional information on the cosmic rays in the Earth’s atmosphere is considered.
