大学生马克思主义信仰教育：问题与对策

本文在调查研究的基础上对大学生的马克思主义信仰状况进行了分析，找出了理性信仰感性化、信仰分布多元化、入党动机功利化、理论教育不得力等问题。问题的原因有理论教育队伍的素质与教育目标的要求不相适应，教育的方式方法与目标要求不相适应，应试教育的弊端、就业的压力与迷茫、多元信息的吸引与诱惑，马克思主义在大学生信仰中的地位悄然变化等。相应的思路与对策有切实加强师资队伍建设，切实把信仰教育纳入社会系统工程，切实加强党风廉政建设、消除腐败现象对信仰教育的负面影响，切实提高大学生信仰选择能力。     

Classification of hyperspectral remote-sensing data with primal SVM for small-sized training dataset problem

With recent technological advances in remote sensing, very high-dimensional (hyperspectral) data are available for a better discrimination among different complex land-cover classes having similar spectral signatures. However, this large number of bands makes very complex the task of automatic data analysis. In the real application, it is difficult and expensive for the expert to acquire enough training samples to learn a classifier. This results in a classification problem with small-size training sample set. Recently, a regularization-based algorithm is usually proposed to handle such problem, such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), which usually are implemented in the dual form with Lagrange theory. However, it can be solved directly in primal formulation. In this paper, we introduces an alternative implementation technique for SVM to address the classification problem with small-size training sample set. It has been empirically proven that the effectiveness of the introduced implementation technique which has been evaluated by benchmark datasets.     

行为艺术中的若干著作权问题研究

行为艺术展示本身不是我国著作权法规定的一种独立的作品，但是当行为艺术展示被摄影、摄像等方式固定下来后，其就是一种思想构想的表达形式，构成著作权法中的作品，根据其固定下来后的形式，受著作权法保护。     

Optimal station-keeping near Earth–Moon collinear libration points using continuous and impulsive maneuvers

In this study the gravitational perturbations of the Sun and other planets are modeled on the dynamics near the Earth–Moon Lagrange points and optimal continuous and discrete station-keeping maneuvers are found to maintain spacecraft about these points. The most critical perturbation effect near the L₁ and L₂ Lagrange points of the Earth–Moon is the ellipticity of the Moon’s orbit and the Sun’s gravity, respectively. These perturbations deviate the spacecraft from its nominal orbit and have been modeled through a restricted five-body problem (R5BP) formulation compatible with circular restricted three-body problem (CR3BP). The continuous control or impulsive maneuvers can compensate the deviation and keep the spacecraft on the closed orbit about the Lagrange point. The continuous control has been computed using linear quadratic regulator (LQR) and is compared with nonlinear programming (NP). The multiple shooting (MS) has been used for the computation of impulsive maneuvers to keep the trajectory closed and subsequently an optimized MS (OMS) method and multiple impulses optimization (MIO) method have been introduced, which minimize the summation of multiple impulses. In these two methods the spacecraft is allowed to deviate from the nominal orbit; however, the spacecraft trajectory should close itself. In this manner, some closed or nearly closed trajectories around the Earth–Moon Lagrange points are found that need almost zero station-keeping maneuver.     

基于创收的高职院校财务管理研究

随着高职教育的发展,创收已突破高职教育服务区域经济和社会发展的瓶颈成为当务之急,但目前高职院校在大力开展创收过程中存在着观念落后、财务分析不够、分配不尽合理等诸多财务管理方面的问题。加强对创收项目的财务管理,充分发挥创收的经济效益,必须更新管理观念,增强服务意识;必须规范会计核算,加强财务分析;明晰财务关系,合理分配收入。     

一种求解背包问题的混合遗传算法

将启发式贪婪算法与简单遗传法相结合构成一种混合遗传算法,用该混合遗传算法求解大规模背包问题,含有５０个物品的背包问题的试算结果表明,用这种方法求解大规模背包问题,其解的质量和求解性能较简单遗传算法和贪婪算法都有很大的改善。     

用优化方法求解飞行力学逆问题

本文用优化方法对几种简单的飞行力学逆问题进行了求解。结果表明,最优化方法有时可作为一种求解飞行力学逆问题的方法。如有需要,可对更复杂的一类逆问题,如飞机的急剧机动飞行,作进一步的探讨和试算。     

激光燃速仪的燃烧室流场分析计算

 Numerical method of flow field of laser servo-controlled strand window bomb was studied and discussed. Stream function and vorticity method of axisymmetric, steady, incompressible flow field was also studied and discussed. Axisymmetric finite difference stream function-vorticity equations on interior points and the points near oblique boundary were derived. Boundary conditions were given and initial interative field was offered before calculation. Cross-bidirectional scanning method was used for increasing parameter transmission rate and relaxation method which could increase convergent stability was applied. At last, the flow field of laser servo-controlled strand window bomb was shown, including motion patterns and vorticity flow scatter diagrams. The solutions were in concordance to the solutions by Mills et al. and the theories by Pan and Acrivos.     

二阶离散系统LQ问题加权阵的选择

本文针对单输入条件下二阶定常线性离散系统,讨论了线性二次型(LQ)问题中加权阵的选择问题。证明并给出了当要求闭环系统是渐近稳定时,加权阵与系统开、闭环特征多项式之间以及系统开、闭环极点之间的一组解析关系式。对实例的计算结果表明,利用这组关系,可以很方便地得到加权阵。
