安全风险评估在装备维修保障中的应用研究

通过对安全风险评估的三个因素进行归纳总结，并将其应用在装备维修保障中；分析研究了装备维修保障中的安全风险因素及其内在依附关系，建立了安全风险评估的两级指标；归纳总结了陆航装备维修保障的风险评估要素，可以为风险量化和有针对性地开展装备安全管理提供参考，为建立基于风险评估的装备维修策略提供依据。     

Stable two-sided matching of slot allocation in airport collaborative decision making by top trading cycles mechanism

The problem of capacity shortage in some airports needs to be dealt with sustainable solutions including a more efficient use of the existing runway slots at the airports. The Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) is an important approach applied to Air Traffic Management (ATM) to achieve this efficient use of the slots allocation. Using the Matching approach for two-sided markets of Game theory, the Top Trading Cycle CDM (TTC-CDM) algorithm developed in this research is an extension of the CDM approach aggregating the Ground Delay Program (GDP) of the air sector. The paper compared the developed TTC-CDM model to the existing models such as the conventional Compression algorithm in CDM, the Trade Cycle algorithm and the Deferred Acceptance CDM (DA-CDM) model to evaluate the performance of the proposed model. Through a case study, the results show the effective application of TTC-CDM model to slot allocation in ATM and also presents the advantage of considering the preferences of airport managers beside ATC controllers and airlines in the decision processing.

基于MBSE的飞机大部件智能装配能力建设方法

飞机大部件智能装配能力建设涉及领域多、范围广,多学科、多专业交叉融合特点显著,是一项复杂的系统工程。近年来,飞机智能装配能力建设已实现相当程度的单点技术突破与应用,但并未达到全局最优,亟需采用科学的方法对智能装配体系能力建设进行整体规划与全局优化。提出采用基于模型的系统工程(Model-Based Systems Engineering,MBSE),科学开展飞机大部件智能装配体系能力建设的方法研究,逐级明确、细化智能装配能力建设需求与技术方案,构建相对应的数字模型并采用仿真技术进行不断验证、迭代优化,最终实现智能装配能力效能的最大化。     

基于S3000L的MTA方法在民用飞机领域的应用研究

目前大多数国际主流民用飞机制造商均开始采用S3000L标准进行综合后勤保障设计,以提高飞机的可靠性和维修性。本文通过研究维修任务分析的原理和方法,结合民用飞机研制经验制定出一套可行、有效的维修任务分析操作程序,并运用实例进行了验证和说明,为国内开展民用飞机维修工程分析及其他相关保障工作提供了参考。

民用飞机地面支援设备/工具清单的编制是一项极其重要而又繁杂的工作。研究清单的编制原则、设备/工具的确定方法、清单的主要内容以及清单编制工作流程,可为地面支援设备/工具清单的编制工作提供参考。     

基于支持向量回归代理模型的气动力优化设计

目前,气动力优化设计中通常基于经验风险最小化原则构建代理模型,预测精度的提高需要更多的训练样本,计算代价较大,同时盲目降低代理模型的训练误差难以避免过学习问题。针对上述问题,首先提出采用支持向量回归(SVR)方法基于结构风险最小化原则构建代理模型的思路,然后对测试函数和翼型阻力进行预测,最后对某型运输机机翼进行优化设计试验。结果表明:与其他代理模型对比,基于SVR的代理模型在小样本情况下具有较好的泛化能力,并且能够快速准确地预测气动特性,在飞机优化设计中,可以提高工作效率,优化结果可靠、可控。     

Uncertain multiobjective redundancy allocation problem of repairable systems based on artificial bee colony algorithm

Based on the uncertainty theory, this paper is devoted to the redundancy allocation problem in repairable parallel-series systems with uncertain factors, where the failure rate, repair rate and other relative coefficients involved are considered as uncertain variables. The availability of the system and the corresponding designing cost are considered as two optimization objectives. A crisp multiobjective optimization formulation is presented on the basis of uncertainty theory to solve this resultant problem. For solving this problem efficiently, a new multiobjective artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to search the Pareto efficient set, which introduces rank value and crowding distance in the greedy selection strategy, applies fast non-dominated sort procedure in the exploitation search and inserts tournament selection in the onlooker bee phase. It shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms NSGA-II greatly and can solve multiobjective redundancy allocation problem efficiently. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate this approach.     

基于角色的飞机起飞协同决策并发机制研究

为了解决飞机起飞决策中存在缺少信息共享的问题,引入了基于角色的协同模型。通过对协作过程中协作主体与任务之间相互关系的分析以及各协作主体在协作中关系研究,提出了基于角色的飞机起飞协同机制模型。该模型能够动态地组建虚拟活动,形成虚拟工作流,并进行交互和协作;通过对各角色和任务间动态考察,采用加锁机制来协调各角色之间的关系,从而有效地避免了各角色之间的冲突,实现了各角色之间的高效协同和数据的实时传输,从而提高运行效率。
