论中国金融风险问题

文章结合国内金融市场的发展和国际金融市场的大趋势，阐述了中国金融风险突出的种种原因，进一步提出了防范和化解金融风险的有效对策。     

切割法测取螺旋弹簧的残余应力

通常用实验方法测定园柱螺旋弹簧残余应力。本文提出了切割法对比测试技术，为确定高应力、高疲劳强度的弹簧制造工艺提供了依据。     

水面波作用下平面射流振翅运动的频率锁定现象

通过激光流动显示 (LIF)和测量方法 ,就表面水波对垂直平面射流的振翅运动的影响进行了实验和理论研究。研究表明 ,在表面波的影响下 ,振翅运动依然存在。同时 ,波高计和多谱勒激光测速仪的测量结果显示 ,当表面波的频率接近但低于射流振翅运动的自然频率时 ,射流振翅运动的实际振动频率将被锁定在表面波的频率上。而当表面波的频率大于射流振翅摆动的自然频率时 ,频率锁定现象将不存在。     

管材探伤中最佳水声程问题的探讨

多年来，中小直径薄壁管超声水浸聚焦探伤法中，Ｈ＝Ｆ－√Ｒ＾２－Ｌ＾２被称为最佳水声程公式，但探伤实践中发现，实际最佳声程和由此式计算出来的理论最佳水声程出入较大，甚至完全不符。其原因是什么？此式存在的条件是什么？其适应性怎样？最佳水声程的涵义是什么？应如何确定？本文从理论和实践两方面对上述问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的结论。     

太阳活动区R9077引起的强烈吸收事件

利用南极中山站的观测数据分析了太阳活动区R9077所引起的强烈吸收事件，其中2000年7月14日的太阳质子事件引起了持续3天多强烈的极盖吸收，同时，激烈的太阳活动使磁层处于极度扰动状态，磁层高能粒子沉降使许多持续时间较短的吸收峰叠加在极盖吸收背景之上，最突出的是7月1日的吸收增强事件，其最大值达26dB。这是自1997年2月中山站安装成像式宇宙噪声接收机以来观测到的最强的吸收，另一个较突出的吸收峰发生在14日1753UT前后，本文还讨论了产生这些吸收的原由。     

Time variations of the total electron content in the Southeast Asian equatorial ionization anomaly for the period 2006–2011

This study presents the time variations of the total electron content in the South East Asian equatorial ionization anomaly. The time variation of the TEC is analyzed through the period 2006–2011 by using a latitudinal chain of GPS stations extending in the northern and southern hemisphere. The data shows that the shape of the diurnal variation of the TEC depends on the latitude: a plateau is observed at the stations near the equator and a Gaussian at the station distant from the equator. We observe a semiannual pattern in all the stations with maxima at equinox. In both hemispheres, the amplitude of the crest is larger in spring than autumn from 2006 to 2008 and smaller in spring than in autumn from 2009 to 2011. We also observe an asymmetry between the amplitude and the position of the two crests of ionization. There is a very high level of correlation between the amplitude of the TEC at the two crests and the sunspot number: ∼0.88. During the deep solar minimum 2008–2009, the amplitude of crests of ionization becomes small during several months in summer and winter. The results show that both crests move significantly equatorward in winter than other seasons and there is a tendency for both crests to appear earlier in winter and later in summer.     

基于模糊控制的空气悬架模型建立

空气悬架以其优良的减振性能，在汽车振动控制中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文以空气悬架为研究对象，构建了带附加空气室空气悬架系统的1／4车辆振动模型；分析了空气悬架刚度调节原理和控制特性，本文采用了不依赖于被控对象精确数学模型的模糊控制策略进行空气悬架控制器的设计。     

Ф4米直升机风洞试验台动力系统研制

动力系统是Ф4m直升机旋翼机身组合模型试验台的关键子系统,主要由150kW高速中频电机、控制器和控制计算机等组成。对整套系统来说,转速闭环控制的实现及变频器参数的调整、远程监控的实现是其关键技术,这些关键技术的解决及系统的调试,使系统具备了调速范围宽、机械特性硬、精度高及运行可靠等优点,达到了研制的目的。     

A continual model of soil organic matter transformations for predicting soil forming dynamics inside higher plant CELSS

A continual model of humification and mineralization of soil organic matter (SOM) formed under the conditions of a Lunar base from biological waste materials is proposed. The model parameters corresponding to the conditions of several Earths climatic regions are estimated. The time necessary for the formation of organic matter in the soil based on regolith and higher plant residues has been evaluated. Soil formation under tropical conditions are shown to be the most appropriate for Lunar base CELSS due to high matter turnover rate, relatively short formation time, minimum deposited mass, and satisfactory predictability of expected soil parameters.
