针对高温环境下轴承材料性质和润滑状态变化,造成轴承磨损加剧,过早丧失精度的问题。首先开展高温环境下轴承用材料的摩擦磨损试验,获取材料的磨损系数。在此基础上,考虑温度、润滑、轴承材料属性等对轴承磨损性能的影响,建立高温角接触球轴承磨损模型,通过数值求解探讨工况参数和结构参数等对轴承磨损性能的影响,并评估轴承的磨损寿命。结果表明:对于高温轴承材料无磁合金GH05,在高温300 ℃摩擦状态下平均磨损系数为2.5×10-7 mm2/N;随着载荷、转速、温度的增加,轴承内、外滚道的磨损率均不断增大,其中内圈磨损率大于外圈,内圈磨损特性决定着轴承的磨损寿命;载荷和转速是决定轴承磨损寿命的主要因素,轴承主结构参数对磨损寿命具有重要影响,通过结构优化可提高轴承磨损寿命。 相似文献

Interference fit has advantages in improving fatigue behaviors of composite bolted joints; however, interference fit bolt insertion tends to cause damages in laminates weakening joint mechanical properties. Therefore, an experimental study was conducted to investigate bolt insertion damages of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP)/CFRP interference fit bolted joints. Mechanical behaviors of joints were also evaluated experimentally under both quasi-static loads and cyclic loads. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and high-resolution X-ray micro-CT scan were used to examine micro damages in laminates. Damage and failure behaviors of joints were characterized. The results demonstrated that the hole entrance in upper laminate and the laminate boundary near the hole wall were the most critical regions for damages during bolt insertions. However, the influence of those damages on quasi-static failure loads and fatigue failure modes of joints was minimal. Delamination and matrix cracking occurred first in laminates following fiber and matrix fracture in quasi-static tensile tests. Interference fit could improve the fatigue resistance of the laminate hole; however, the bolt seemed to suffer a more critical local fatigue loading condition. 滚动轴承是航天器转动类产品的关键零部件,对其开展寿命和可靠性评估的重要方式之一是加速寿命试验。文章提出两种工程化的航天器用滚动轴承加速寿命试验方法,介绍在加速应力、加速模型、样本量、试验时间方面的选取思路和依据,以及模型参数的估计方法;以具体的航天型号产品为对象,进行这两种方法的算例对比分析。结果表明:鉴定性试验(方案1)成本低廉,操作难度较低,但只能给出定性结论;摸底性试验(方案2)能够提供寿命、可靠度等定量结果,但所需样本量较大,试验时间较长,试验成本较高,参数估计计算过程较复杂。 相似文献

全球导航卫星系统反射测量(GNSS-R)是一种新兴的海面风速遥感技术,对GNSS-R反演风速进行详细定量分析是该技术从科学研究走向业务应用的必要条件。 以气旋全球导航卫星系统(CYGNSS)的风速数据为例,利用时空匹配的浮标风速和欧洲中期天气预报中心(ECMWF)的预报风速数据,详细分析了CYGNSS遥感风速的气候态特征和时空分布特征。基于三配对数据分析方法,阐明了CYGNSS遥感风速的固有误差,并提出了相应的风速标定系数。研究表明:GYGNSS的中低风速(w <10 m·s–1)精度较好,但高风速的误差显著增大;风速误差具有良好的时间一致性,但呈现明显的空间分布不均匀现象;总体而言,CYGNSS风速的固有误差约为1.79 m·s–1。研究结果一方面可为CYGNSS风速数据的业务应用提供参考,另一方面也为进一步标定CYGNSS的反射测量信号提供依据。 相似文献

A hazard analysis via an improved timed colored petri net with time–space coupling safety constraint
Petri nets are graphical and mathematical tools that are applicable to many systems for modeling, simulation, and analysis. With the emergence of the concept of partitioning in time and space domains proposed in avionics application standard software interface(ARINC 653), it has become difficult to analyze time–space coupling hazards resulting from resource partitioning using classical or advanced Petri nets. In this paper, we propose a time–space coupling safety constraint and an improved timed colored Petri net with imposed time–space coupling safety constraints(TCCP-NET) to fill this requirement gap. Time–space coupling hazard analysis is conducted in three steps: specification modeling, simulation execution, and results analysis. A TCCP-NET is employed to model and analyze integrated modular avionics(IMA), a real-time, safety-critical system. The analysis results are used to verify whether there exist time–space coupling hazards at runtime. The method we propose demonstrates superior modeling of safety-critical real-time systems as it can specify resource allocations in both time and space domains. TCCP-NETs can effectively detect underlying time–space coupling hazards. 相似文献
