本文给出了一种基于区域分解算法的可考虑动叶顶部间隙和机匣刮削作用的涡轮级计算方法。并对NASA实验涡轮级进行了计算, 计算结果和实验结果吻合得很好。通过分析, 可以发现动叶顶部间隙流动将引起动叶顶部气流的欠偏转, 从而降低顶部的做功能力, 并且这一影响区域会达到一个相当大的范围。在动叶叶片顶部尾缘存在激波的情况下, 尾缘激波和顶部泄漏流动相互作用使激波结构变得十分复杂和无序, 这种无序的结构必然带来较大的损失。   相似文献

本文针对由陶瓷层和粘结层构成的热障涂层(TBC)双层材料结构,探讨了应用裂纹面位移数据及J积分计算分析陶瓷层/粘结层界面裂纹应力强度因子的有限元方法。考虑了拉伸及热应力两种载荷情况。在传热分析时,考虑了界面裂纹对传热的影响。对于这类双材料界面裂纹,应力强度因子是型和型裂纹复合的,它包括应力强度因子的模和相位角。根据所得的结果比较。   相似文献

利用高频感应加热的方法对DD6单晶合金的高温蠕变/疲劳损伤性能损伤统一本构方程对其各向异性特点和损伤发展规律进行了有限元数值计算。研究发现,DD6单晶合金的高温蠕变/疲劳性能存在明显的方向性,同时在高温条件下蠕变损伤对试件破坏起重要作用,蠕变与疲劳的交互作用会大大缩短材料的循环寿命。  相似文献

Y型喷嘴反压环境粒径的图像捕捉测量技术   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
鉴于Y型喷嘴反压条件下的粒径难以采用传统光学测量手段获得有效数据,提出一种基于图像捕捉的粒径处理程序,通过微距镜头拍摄雾场图像,通过图像识别和数据统计获取有效索太尔平均直径(SMD)。该处理方法在大气下与相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)测量结果误差不超过12%。实验结果表明:在反压条件下,当气流量为0g/s时,雾化粒径较大,随着环境压力升高和液流量增大,雾化粒径呈减小趋势;当加入气流量为55g/s时,雾化粒径显著降低,并且粒径随着环境压力升高而增大(该结果与不加气时恰恰相反),而在同一反压、不同液流量工况下,雾化粒径基本保持不变。在燃烧室变工况条件下,加入少量的气体即可使雾化粒径显著减小且在变工况条件下基本保持一致。   相似文献

The work aims to provide a further investigation of the dynamic characteristics of an integral bladed disk(also called ‘blisk') with a Parallel Piezoelectric Network(PPN). The PPN is constructed by parallelly interconnecting the piezoelectric patches distributed in the blisk. Two kinds of PPN are considered, namely mono-periodic PPN and bi-periodic PPN. The former has a piezoelectric patch in each sector, and the later has one patch every few sectors. The vibration suppression performance of both kinds of PPN has been studied through modal analysis, forced response analysis, and statistical analysis. The research results turn out that the PPN will only affect mechanical frequencies near the electrical frequency clusters slightly, and the bi-periodic PPN will make the nodal diameter spectrum of the modes more complex, but the amplitude corresponding to the new nodal diameter component is much smaller than that of the nodal diameter component corresponding to the mono-periodic system. The mechanical coupling between the blades and the disk plays an important role in the damping effect of the PPN, and it should be paid attention to in applications. The mono-periodic PPN can effectively suppress the amplitude magnification of the forced response induced by the mistuning of the blisk; meanwhile, it can mitigate the vibration localization of the mistuned electromechanical system. If piezoelectric patches are set only in part of the sectors, the bi-periodic PPN still has a vibration suppression ability, but the effect is related to the number and spatial distribution of the piezoelectric patches.  相似文献

Anomalous behavior of ionospheric total electron content (TEC) prior to earthquake has been observed in many studies. Evidence of such seismo-ionospheric coupling effects suggests that it is plausible to rely on TEC signatures for early earthquake warning. However, the detection of pre-earthquake TEC anomalies (PETA) has not been adopted in practice due to two pertinent issues. Firstly, the effects of space weather activity can affect TEC levels and cause anomalous behavior in the TEC. Usually arbitrary thresholds are set for space weather indices to eliminate TEC anomaly due to space weather effects. Secondly, the choice regarding moving time-window length used to characterise background variation of TEC within the statistical envelope approach has an effect on detection of PETA. While the rule-of-thumb in selecting the moving window length is to have a time window capable of capturing background variability and short-term fluctuations, the length of the time window used in the literature varies with little justification. In this study, a critical examination is conducted on the statistical envelope approach and in particular, to eliminate the effect of space weather activity without the use of arbitrary space indices to detect PETA. A two-part PETA identification procedure is proposed, consisting of wavelet analyses isolating non-earthquake TEC contributions, followed by the statistical envelope method using a moving window length standardized based on observed periodicities and statistical implications is suggested. The approach is tested on a database of 30 large earthquakes (M?≥?7.0). The proposed procedure shows that PETA can be detected prior to earthquakes at higher confidence levels without the need to separately check for space weather activity. More importantly, the procedure was able to detect PETA for studies where it was previously reported that PETA could not be detected or detected convincingly.  相似文献

Satellite launch vehicle lies at the cross-road of multiple challenging technologies and its design and optimization present a typical example of multidisciplinary design and optimization(MDO) process.The complexity of problem demands highly effi-cient and effective algorithm that can optimize the design.Hyper heuristic approach(HHA) based on meta-heuristics is applied to the optimization of air launched satellite launch vehicle(ASLV).A non-learning random function(NLRF) is proposed to con-trol low-level meta-heuristics(LLMHs) that increases certainty of global solution,an essential ingredient required in product conceptual design phase of aerospace systems.Comprehensive empirical study is performed to evaluate the performance advan-tages of proposed approach over popular non-gradient based optimization methods.Design of ASLV encompasses aerodynamics,propulsion,structure,stages layout,mass distribution,and trajectory modules connected by multidisciplinary feasible design approach.This approach formulates explicit system-level goals and then forwards the design optimization process entirely over to optimizer.This distinctive approach for launch vehicle system design relieves engineers from tedious,iterative task and en-ables them to improve their component level models.Mass is an impetus on vehicle performance and cost,and so it is considered as the core of vehicle design process.Therefore,gross launch mass is to be minimized in HHA.  相似文献
