This paper presents an novel extreme learning machine (ELM)-based prediction model for the ionospheric propagation factor M(3000)F2 at Darwin station (12.4°S, 131.5°E; −44.5°dip) in Australia. The proposed ELM model is trained with hourly daily values of M(3000)F2 from the period 1998–2014 except 2001 and 2009. The hourly daily values of 2001 (high solar activity) and 2009 (low solar activity) are used for validating the prediction accuracy. The proposed ELM for modeling M(3000)F2 can achieve faster training process and similar testing accuracy compared with backward propagation neural network (BPNN). In addition, the performance of the ELM is verified by comparing the predicted values of M(3000)F2 with observed values and the international reference ionosphere (IRI −2016) model predicted values. Based on the error differences (the root mean square error (RMSE) and the M(3000)F2 percentage improvement values M(3000)F2IMP(%)), the result demonstrates the effectiveness of the ELM model compared with the IRI-2016 model at hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly in high (2001) and low (2009) solar activity years. The ELM also shows good agreement with observations compared with the IRI during disturbed magnetic activity.  相似文献

Multi-reflected echoes (MREs) and satellite traces (STs) are referred in literature as ionogram signatures of Travelling Ionospheric Disturbances (TIDs) which is a phenomenon that apparently drives spread F development mainly at nighttime mid-latitude ionosphere. A long-term statistical study has been undertaken to investigate the morphological aspect of these signatures over the lower midlatitude European station of Nicosia, Cyprus (35.19°N, 33.38°E geographic; magnetic dip. 29.38°N) by inspecting all ionograms recorded by the DPS-4D digisonde in the interval 2009–2016. The results underline the systematic manifestation of these TID signatures over Cyprus with a possible (although not quite clear) solar activity dependence and a distinctive seasonal and diurnal occurrence rate with a seasonal peak of STs during summer and of MREs during January to April. Based on the experimental results of the present study, the seasonal occurrence rate of MREs and STs is found to increase by 75% and 56% during high solar activity periods. Satellite traces are well known ionogram signatures of TIDs and mostly correlated to the nighttime spread F formation. The occurrence of mid-latitude spread Fs over European longitude sector normally increases during summer. The occurrences of TIDs are also prominent at this interval of the year over nighttime mid-latitude ionosphere. The presence of MREs as an ionogram signature of TIDs over mid-latitude ionosphere is unique in nature.  相似文献

捕获轨迹系统(CTS)是一种先进的预测外挂物投放轨迹的试验系统,普遍采用六自由度(6-DoF)串联机构作为其运动机构,串联机构因惯性力大和关节累积误差大使其定位精准度不足。相比串联机构,并联机构具有惯性力小和关节误差不累积等优点。采用6-PTRT并联机构作为CTS试验系统的六自由度运动机构,在空间受限的风洞环境中对CTS并联机构进行地面标定:提出动平台位姿的测量和计算方法,建立包含直线驱动平台安装夹角修正的标定模型,并基于非线性最小二乘法辨识结构参数。辨识后CTS并联机构的位移定位准度优于0.1 mm,姿态定位准度优于0.05°,最后以CTS并联机构和常规攻角机构进行8#标模的对比风洞试验。风洞试验结果表明,CTS并联机构的风载定位准度满足测力试验精准度要求。  相似文献

The ‘scintillations’ observed on signals received in the equatorial region from GPS satellites are due to plasma instabilities in the F region of the ionosphere, also detected as spread F. These instabilities give rise to depletions of ionisation or ‘bubbles’. The occurrence of these events and their relation to the equatorial electrojet are reviewed. Possibilities of short-term forecasting are examined with particular attention to problems encountered in modelling the equatorial electrojet. The contribution of gravity wave (GW) to the initiation/development of spread F during a solar minimum year was investigated through the comparison of the observed precursory parameters and characteristics of the corresponding equatorial spread F (ESF) events. The ionospheric parameters were recorded at the magnetic equatorial station Sao Luis (2.3°S, 44°W, dip latitude 2°S) during March and October 2010. These data were used to estimate the influence of the relative gravity wave amplitude and the ambient ionospheric condition on the diurnal variation of the spread F initiation. The vertical velocity drift indicated a clear control and defines the threshold for the seasonal variability of the ESF occurrence. However, it was insufficient to solely determine or predict the day to day variation of ESF occurrence. Thus, few days with contrasting ambient ionospheric condition and magnitude of GW amplitude were analysed in order to investigate the role of the different precursory factors in the observed diurnal variation of the plasma irregularity development. The density scale length and gravity wave amplitude were shown to immensely contribute to the linear instability growth rate, especially during the days with a low post-sunset rise. Thus, the experimental observations have demonstrated the strong inter-dependence between the precursory factors and they have also highlighted the probable control of the ESF morphology.  相似文献

耦合飞机刚体六自由度运动,考虑飞机结构气动弹性变形,基于全湍流Navier—Stokes方程流场数值模拟方法.建立了离散阵风作用下弹性飞行器气动载荷与飞行姿态响应的数值模拟技术。其中模态空间中结构动力学方程以及六自由度运动方程分别采用四阶R—K进行时间推进求解,采用RadialBasicFunction(RBF)技术进行气动/结构数据耦合。对应飞机姿态以及弹性变形采用RBF与TFI组合模式的动网格方法进行网格更新;以飞翼布局弹性飞机为数值研究对象,研究了离散阵风作用下飞行器的气动载荷响应以及飞行姿态的变化,对比分析了刚性飞行器与弹性飞行器对离散阵风响应的区别,为进一步系统地分析真实飞机飞行品质提供数值平台。  相似文献
