具有星间链路的导航星座重构研究

针对具有星间链路的导航星座在卫星节点或链路失效情况下的重构优化设计问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的设计方法。首先,根据导航星座的功能需求与设计约束,建立了星座综合重构优化设计模型。其次,提出了基于遗传算法的综合优化设计方法,并根据问题特性对遗传算法的具体操作进行了修改。最后,应用该方法对Walker 24/3/2构型星座及网状星间网络在节点和链路混合故障模式下的重构进行了优化设计。结果表明,基于该方法重构后的星座与网络拓扑性能能够得到一定程度的改善,证明了方法的可行性。     

基于引文索引的航空发动机咨询通告分析方法

引入了引文索引方法对整部航空规章中所有咨询通告进行整体上的分析,提出了一种基于引文索引的航空发动机咨询通告分析方法.首先,确定某部航空规章的咨询通告为研究对象,根据咨询通告间的相互引用关系画出引文网络图;然后,在引文网络图的基础上结合评价指标的定性分析和定量分析对咨询通告进行全面的研究分析;最后,应用此方法对美国某部航空规章的咨询通告进行实例分析,同时也说明了基于引文索引的航空发动机咨询通告分析方法的可行性.     

Cycle slip detection using multi-frequency GPS carrier phase observations: A simulation study

The detection and repair of the cycle slip or gross error is a key step for high precision global positioning system (GPS) carrier phase navigation and positioning due to interruption or unlocking of GPS signal. A number of methods have been developed to detect and repair cycle slips in the last two decades through cycle slip linear combinations of available GPS observations, but such approaches are subject to the changing GPS sampling and complex algorithms. Furthermore, the small cycle slip and gross error cannot be completely repaired or detected if the sampling is quite longer under some special observation conditions, such as Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning. With the development of the GPS modernization or Galileo system with three frequencies signals, it may be able to better detect and repair the cycle slip and gross error in the future. In this paper, the cycle slip and gross error of GPS carrier phase data are detected and repaired by using a new combination of the simulated multi-frequency GPS carrier phase data in different conditions. Results show that various real-time cycle slips are completely repaired with a gross error of up to 0.2 cycles.     

Is there an instrumental drift in the counting rate of some high latitude neutron monitors?

For the last six decades the neutron monitors have provided a continuous string of very reliable data to the heliophysics community. Although neutron monitors are not the primary source of data for the galactic cosmic rays, these data serve as a baseline reference for the data collected by the detectors on board the satellites and deep space probes, far away from earth orbit. The pressure corrected hourly data are available from the World Data Centers. These data have been used to derive deep insights pertaining to the electromagnetic states of the heliosphere and the modes of transport of energetic charged particles in the tangled interplanetary magnetic fields. We present evidence that some of the high latitude neutron monitors are undergoing long-term drifts in their baselines. In particular, we argue that there is no physical basis to justify the observed long-term downward trend in the baseline of the South Pole neutron monitor. The real reason may have to do with its maintenance at a distant location with challenging logistics and an improper normalization of its data after the 26 months break in the 1970s.

当网络发生异常时，对网络上传输的数据进行监视和分析，是网管人员解决网络故障的一种常用方法。本文介绍一种支持多种平台及内容分析的网络监视器系统的设计与实现，并简要介绍其中所涉及的数据包截获、数据包分析以及应用数据重组等关键技术。该系统可以监听网管人员感兴趣的数据包，通过对其进行分析和研究，分析出其遵守的协议以及其应用层数据，同时支持将应用层数据进行重组，恢复到被监视用户所看到数据的格式，达到与被监视用户相同的显示效果。该系统的实现，为网管人员有效地管理网络提供了一种直观的工具。     

航线网络经济性的探讨

网络化数据采集系统的设计

介绍了网络测控中高速数据采集系统的设计，以及利用LabWindows/CVI建立网络化数据采集系统的方法，该方法把分布的测量系统变为集中的网络测控系统，并为实现遥测遥控提供了一条思路，该设计方案直接建立在网络应用层，不用考虑网络底层硬件，有利于简化设计方案和节约资源。     

运输决策模型对中枢航线网效益的影响

介绍了旅客／货主运输决策模型，并根据有关方法做出旅客／货主运输决策模型。然后通过将运输决策模型应用于中枢航线网络的USAPHMP模型，得到旅客／货主运输决策对中枢航线网络效益的影响因素。列举了中国民航某航空公司的实例。
