针对内斜齿轮数控成形磨削中较难解决的磨削干涉问题,研究了内斜齿轮成形磨削的砂轮修形方法.在建立内斜齿轮成形磨削数学模型的基础上,用截圆法得到磨削内斜齿轮时砂轮与齿槽接触点所满足的条件方程组,通过牛顿迭代法解此方程组求出砂轮廓形.用数值法模拟出所求砂轮的实际磨削齿形并与理论渐开线齿形作比较,以检验磨削是否干涉及砂轮半径和安装角的选取是否正确.基于 Visual C++ 6.0 编制内斜齿轮砂轮修形及误差分析软件,通过仿真正确选择砂轮安装角、砂轮半径,并输出数控砂轮修整程序.最后通过磨削和检测实例,验证了理论的正确性和软件的可行性.   相似文献

The microvibrations produced by momentum wheel assemblies(MWA) can degrade the performance of instruments with high pointing precision and stability on spacecraft.This paper concentrates on analyzing and testing the microvibrations produced by MWA.We analyze the disturbance sources produced by mass imbalance,structural mode,bearing irregularity and nonlinear stiffness,and random noise;then,test a well-balanced MWA by a highly sensitive measurement system consisting of a Kistler table and an optical tabletop.The results show that the test system has a resolution of less than 0.003 N in the frequency range of 3-300 Hz.The dynamic imbalance of the MWA cannot excite the radial rocking mode,but there are dynamic amplifications when the poly-harmonic disturbances intersect with the structural modes.Especially at high rotational speed(>3 000 rev/min),the main disturbance sources of the MWA come from the bearing irregularity interacting with radial translation mode in the high frequency range.Thus,bearing noise deserves more attention for the well-balanced MWA,and alternative of high quality bearings are proposed to reduce the microvibrations.  相似文献

To improve the bonding strength between the nickel bond and the hub of the electroplated diamond grinding wheel, a hybrid technique was proposed to combine laser pre-quenching steel substrate and post-electroplating nickel. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed technique, AISI 1045 substrate was nickel-coated. The bonding properties between the electroplated nickel coating and substrate with or without laser-discrete-quenching were discussed comparatively by scratch, indentation, and thermal shock tests. The results show that the pre-quenching treatment leads to phase transformation of AISI 1045 microstructure from the mixed pearlite and ferrite phases into the martensitic phase. Since the martensitic phase is characterized as a high corrosion resistance, the interface of substrate/coating is smooth and flat in the pre-quenched zone, and the coating is bonded well with the steel substrate. In contrast to the steel substrate without pre-quenching treatment, the proposed technique significantly enhanced the bonding strengths of the electroplated nickel-coating. On one hand, the average hardness of electroplated nickel-coating on the laser pre-quenched zone is increased by 18.7%, and the scratch depth with the same load become narrower and shallower. On the other hand, the coefficient of friction (CoF) and the vibration amplitude are reduced, and the coating is bonded effectively with the substrate to inhibit the crack initialization at the interface. This prevents effectively the coating from peeling off and improves significantly the thermal shock resistance property.  相似文献

The satellite reaction wheel’s configuration plays also an important role in providing the attitude control torques. Several configurations based on three or four reaction wheels are investigated in order to identify the most suitable orientation that consumes a minimum power. Such information in a coherent form is not summarized in any publication; and therefore, an extensive literature search is required to obtain these results. In addition, most of the available results are from different test conditions; hence, making them difficult for comparison purposes. In this work, the standard reaction wheel control and angular momentum unloading schemes are adopted for all the reaction wheel configurations. The schemes will be presented together with their governing equations, making them fully amenable to numerical treatments. Numerical simulations are then performed for all the possible reaction wheel configurations with respect to an identical reference mission. All the configurations are analyzed in terms of their torques, momentums and attitude control performances. Based on the simulations, the reaction wheel configuration that has a minimum total control torque level is identified, which also corresponds to the configuration with minimum power consumption.  相似文献

现代飞机对其地面滑跑性能的要求日益提高,同时要求能够在条件更加苛刻的环境下运行.以四点式起落架布局飞机为研究对象,基于阿克曼转向几何原理,推导该飞机地面滑跑时两个前轮之间的转角关系.在Adams/Aircraft中建立四点式起落架飞机虚拟样机,并进行其地面滑跑仿真分析.探讨四点式起落架飞机不同前轮作为主动操纵轮时,对转弯半径的影响.结果表明:在相同滑跑条件下,当前轮操纵转弯时,四点式起落架飞机比常规的前三点式起落架飞机拥有更小的转弯半径;当主轮差动刹车转弯时,四点式起落架飞机的转弯半径略大于三点式起落架飞机;四点式起落架飞机的两前轮同时为主动操纵轮时,飞机的转弯半径最小.  相似文献
